Abstract

This research aims to implement and evaluate design concepts and develop a PjBL-based students worksheet adapted to teaching materials to improve the 4C’s skill of Senior High School students in English subjects. Development research was used in this research. The PjBL-based students' worksheet was developed by matching the criteria for the components of the students' worksheet model: model syntax, social systems, management reaction principles, support systems, instructional impacts, and accompaniments, as well as other necessary instruments. The instruments developed were students' worksheet model validation sheets and learning tools validated by experts and practitioners. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research indicated that the Project-based Learning (PjBL)-based students' worksheet model met the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness to improve the 4C's skills of Senior High School students which contained: (a) syntax, (b) social system built on the principle of collaboration, (c) the principle of management reaction in which teachers act as facilitators, motivators, moderators, and consultants, (d) support systems in the form of Learning Implementation Plans, Teacher Books, Student Books, and Participant Worksheets Educate, (e) instructional impact in the form of students' 4C's skills and accompaniment impact in the form of critical thinking, creative thinking, responsibility, openness, and understanding of concepts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain posttest only control group desain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs. LAB IKIP Al Washliyah Medan pada kelas VII-A menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-E menjadi kelas kontrol, T.A 2022/2023. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal tes uraian kemampuan penalaran matematis. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 27 for windows menggunakan teknik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelaajaran problem based learning berbantuan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat resiliensi matematis dan kemandirian belajar siswa dan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa ditinjau dari resiliensi matematis dan kemandirian belajar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-B MTs Lab Ikip Al Washliyah. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pemberian angket, tes, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki resiliensi matematis hight dan kemandirian belajar hight mampu memenuhi sebagian indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan persentase sebesar 67%, siswa yang memiliki resiliensi matematis hight dan kemandirian belajar moderate dapat memenuhi sebagian indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan persentase sebesar 75%, siswa yang memiliki resiliensi matematis moderate dan kemandirian belajar hight juga mampu memenuhi sebagian indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan persentase sebesar 67%, dan begitu juga dengan siswa kategori resiliensi matematis moderate dan kemandirian belajar moderate juga mampu memenuhi sebagian kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan persentase sebesar 67%. Sedangkan siswa yang memiliki resiliensi matematis low dan belajar low tidak mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan persentase sebesar 25%.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kemampuan berpikir kritis mendasari kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi termasuk di dalamnya berpikir kreatif pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan Keputusan sehingga wajib dikuasai terlebih dahulu. Kemampuan pemahaman matematis adalah kemampuan peserta didik yang dapat memahami suatu konsep dengan baik. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal system persamaan linear dua variable (SPLDV). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTS EX PGA UNIVA dengan menggunakan metode adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teknik tes dan non tes. Instrumen penelitian meliputi instrument tes : kemampuan awal matematis, kemampuan berpikir kritis, intrumen tes pemahaman matematis, dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi berkelanjutan antar guru dan siswa, secara data hasil nilai yang diperoleh siswa pada test awal mengalami peningatan setelah siswa di mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model pemahaman matematis siswa, dimana nilai awal siswa sebelum melakukan pendekatan ini, nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 69,42 setelah melakukan pendekatan model pembelajaran pemahaman matematis siswa meningkat menjadi 80,76,berarti bahwa Model pembelajaran Pemahaman matematis siswa berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Production planning in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) is commonly based on deterministic assumptions that do not fully reflect uncertain market demand. This study develops a scenario-based production planning approach to support feasible and cost efficient decisions under demand uncertainty. Two stage stochastic programming model with demand scenarios is applied to a real multi-product SME (small medium enterprises) case, where three demand scenarios pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic are constructed from historical data. The model incorporates production costs, raw material availability, labor capacity, and machine capacity constraints and is solved using a standard linear programming solver with actual operational data. The results indicate that optimal production quantities and total production costs vary across demand scenarios due to differences in demand limits and resource availability. While deterministic planning becomes infeasible under extreme demand conditions, the proposed Two stage stochastic programming model consistently produces feasible and cost efficient production plans, resulting in consistently feasible solutions across all demand scenarios, and highlighting its usefulness as a practical decision support tool  for SMEs facing demand uncertainty.

Abstract

Strengthening 21st-century competencies requires students to possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems effectively. One effort to support this is through the implementation of instructional models that are relevant to current educational demands, such as Problem-Based Learning based on the Pancasila Student Profile. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that students' critical thinking skills in experimental class I, namely students taught using the Pancasila Student Profile-based Problem Based Learning learning model in class X-1 SMA Panca Budi on the material of the Three-Variable Linear Equation System, were in the Very Good category. While in experimental class II, students taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model in class X-2 SMA Panca Budi on the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System are in the Good category. The mathematical problem solving ability of students in experimental class I, namely students taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model based on the Pancasila Student Profile in class X-1 SMA Panca Budi on the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System is in the Very Good category. While in experimental class II, students who were taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model in class X-2 SMA Panca Budi on the material of the Three Variable Linear Equation System were in the Bai category. There is a significant difference in the critical thinking and mathematical problem solving skills of students taught using the Problem Based Learning learning model based on the Pancasila Student Profile which is known to be better in improving students' critical thinking and mathematical problem solving skills.
