Abstract

Climate change has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, requiring the development and implementation of adaptation technology as a strategic solution. This research aims to analyze the role of adaptation technology to deal with climate change and its impact on the social and economic life of the community. Using a literature research approach, this research explores the challenges in the development of adaptation technology, the effectiveness of implementation in various sectors, and its contribution to social and economic resilience. The results show that adaptation technologies play an important role in enhancing the productivity of the agricultural sector, strengthening infrastructure against natural disasters, and creating adaptive financial systems to reduce economic risks due to climate change. Adaptation technologies also contribute to raising community awareness of climate change risks and supporting sustainable development policies. Challenges in the implementation of these technology are still great, including limited funding, gaps in access to technology, and lack of policy coordination between central and local governments. More effective strategies are needed to accelerate the adoption of adaptation technology through enhanced investment in research and development, integration of ecosystem-based policy, and active community participation in adaptation planning. With a more inclusive and evidence-based approach, it is expected that adaptation technology can provide more optimal solutions to the challenges of climate change and improve the social and economic resilience of the community

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari pegawai yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut. Pegawai mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam organisasi. Meningkatnya kinerja organisasi merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan membuktikan : 1) pengaruh etos kerja Islami terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) pengaruh pembinaan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) pengaruh etos kerja Islami, disiplin kerja, dan pembinaan pengembangan karir secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data skunder. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Bengkulu sebanyak 222 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 70 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja Islami, disiplin kerja, dan pembinaan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel etos kerja Islami, disiplin kerja, dan pembinaan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 55,7%; dan sebesar 44,3 % kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers has not been optimal because clinical supervision plays a maximum role. The purpose of this paper is to map and analyze clinical supervision in improving the quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers. Using qualitative methods of descriptive analysis with three descriptive, explanatory and interpretive steps. The results can be concluded that the quality of teaching teachers is influenced by the implementation of clinical supervision, because the implementation of clinical supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, maximizing the follow-up program of clinical supervision results. Clinical supervision is part of teaching supervision, and clinical supervision emphasizes looking for weaknesses and causes of problems that occur in the learning process and striving for improvements to these weaknesses, so that teachers have a sense of security, and are willing to improve teaching behavior with full awareness and awareness. The quality of teaching teachers can be realized through clinical supervision because clinical supervision focuses on efforts to improve the learning process, and clinical supervision is professional assistance given to teachers who experience obstacles in carrying out learning so that the teacher can overcome the problems he experiences related to the learning process. Thus the author can warn if you want to improve the quality of teaching teachers then increase clinical supervision of madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers.
