Abstract: Waqf is one of the economic instruments of Muslims in an effort to improve the welfare of the community. There are two important aspects in the effort to carry out waqf, namely the spiritual and material aspects. These two aspects have an important role in the life of people who are Muslim throughout the world. When in the category of ownership rights, waqf is included in the rights of al-Intifᾱq. There are several types of waqf including stock waqf, cash waqf, corporate waqf and so on. The Aceh government needs to carry out every effort to build the economy starting from cities, villages and the region as a whole which has suffered a setback due to war and the Tsunami. The initial steps that must be taken are, such as explaining the interests and contributions of waqf to the economy on community, which will give a positive impression to the waqf institution itself. Every problem or obstacles must be viewed with full prudence so that society is not burdened in implementing waqf, and what is more important is the awareness of individual Muslims to carry out waqf in line with the interests of improving the socio-economic and infrastructure of Muslims. When the available waqf assets need to be developed so that they can be utilized by each individual.

Textbooks play a pivotal role in language classrooms in all types of educational institutions. However, textbook selection and evaluation is often given little time or attention despite its central role in most language courses. This study aimed at determining the extent to whichtwo selected eleventh grade English textbooks are appropriate in terms of content based on BSNP framework for textbook evaluation. Using descriptive qualitative method, this study attempted to find out the appropriateness of the content of the textbooks. A checklist adapted from BSNP (2014) framework for textbook evaluation was made, focused on the areas of relevance of materials with competency standards and basic competencies, materials accuracy, and supporting learning materials. The findings show that both textbooks were appropriate in terms of content based on BSNP framework for textbook evaluation.

Kami sudah melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Rencana pelaksanaan PKM adalah seperti tahun sebelumnya, berupa pelatihan para guru-guru (ustadz dan ustadzah) dan sosialisasi tentang Ilmu Kebumian kepada para murid-murid (santri dan santriyah) Pondok Pesantren Fajrussalam Bogor serta pemberian sumbangan berupa infocus oleh Tim PKM FTKE. Tetapi karena adanya pandemi yang tidak memungkinkan adanya suatu pertemuan langsung, maka kegiatan tatap muka kami alihkan menjadi kegiatan lain. Kegiatan yang kami baru dan sudah kami laksanakan adalah pemberian sumbangan berupa 55 buah buku pelajaran untuk SLTP kelas 7 mata pelajaran Matematika dan Plakat yang kami serahkan kepada pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Fajrussalam. Selain itu kami juga menyumbangkan Program Komputer Power Point yang berisi penjelasan tentang penggunaan buku yang telah kami sumbangkan tersebut. Penyerahan buku, plakat dan soft program serta penjelasannya kami lakukan secara daring dan luring.

The Simple Additive Weighting method is used to create an information system that can provide recommendations as the right decision-making method. This method is suitable for the decision-making process because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives. In addition, the advantage of the Simple Additive Weighting model compared to other decision-making models lies in its ability to make a more precise assessment because it is based on predetermined criteria values and preference weights. The total change in value generated by the Simple Additive Weighting method is very relevant for solving decision-making problems.

Abstrak Salah satu kejahatan dalam pencucian uang adalah dengan melibatkan korporasi. Keterlibatan korporasi dalam melakukan tindak pidana pencucian uang merupakan potensi ancaman bagi yang perlu dicegah dan diberantas, karena tindak pidana ini merupakan kejahatan terorganisasi yang memiliki jaringan yang luas dan melintasi negara serta didukung dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Sehingga korporasi dapat dipertangungjawabkan secara pidana, karena kejahatan yang dilakukan korporasi berdampak kerugian besar pada masyarakat, lingkungan dan negara. Dalam penulisan ini terdapat masalah yang diangkat penulis yaitu, bagaimana kedudukan korporasi sebagai subjek dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang di indonesia. serta bagaimana pertanggungjawaban korporasi dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang menurut hukum positif. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Pendekatan Perundang-Undangan dan Pendekatan Konseptual. Abstract One of the crimes in money laundering is to involve corporations. The involvement of corporations in committing money laundering crimes is a potential threat that needs to be prevented and eradicated, because this crime is an organized crime that has a wide network and crosses countries and is supported by advances in science and technology. So that corporations can be held criminally accountable, because crimes committed by corporations have a huge impact on society, the environment and the state. In this paper, there is a problem raised by the author, namely, how is the position of the corporation as a subject in money laundering in Indonesia. as well as how the corporate responsibility in the crime of money laundering according to positive law. The type of research used in this study is a type of normative juridical research. While the approach used in the research is the Legislative Approach and the Conceptual Approach.

Rehabilitation is crucial in aiding the recovery of drug addicts, emphasizing that the rehabilitation system influences individual behavior. The impact of a positive environmental system, including family support for the recovery of drug abuse victims, is very important. This research also explores the relationship between the rehabilitation system and resident behavior, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and the well-being of residents. The 9-month recovery program at IPWL Bukit Doa aims to rehabilitate residents from drug addiction. The study emphasizes the importance of a positive environmental system in the recovery of individuals from drug abuse. Family support and a good environment are essential for successful recovery. This research also highlights the influence of the rehabilitation system on resident behavior, with the goal of improving the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. The research shows that the 9-month recovery program is not always successful due to poor environments and lack of family support. The environment plays a significant role in individual behavior, with 74% being influenced by the environment. Although the 9-month recovery program at IPWL Bukit Doa aims to prevent relapse, the success of relapse prevention is not guaranteed due to environmental factors such as lack of family support and unsupportive environments often triggering relapse.

The number of drug users in Indonesia tends to increase every year, which leads to a rise in the number of cases that need to be handled by various related institutions, including the clinics of the Compulsory Reporting Institution (IPWL) of BNN RI. This study aims to describe the psychological condition and stress coping strategies used by the staff of IPWL BNN RI clinics in dealing with work pressures while serving clients with drug abuse problems. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was used to explore the staff’s subjective experiences regarding work-related stress and how they cope with it. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with two subjects and two informants who are clinic staff members. The results of the study indicate that the primary sources of stress stem from workload and difficult client demands. The staff employ two main coping strategies, namely emotion-focused coping and problem-focused coping. Although the stress experienced is quite significant, both subjects are able to manage it well, ensuring that it does not affect their overall performance.
