Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the marketing mix strategy in marketing management at the Sinar Argo Mandiri Shop, Pasuruan. To find out the marketing mix strategy from the perspective of Islamic business ethics at the Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan Shop. Business in the field of agricultural medicine is a business that is quite promising. Like the agricultural medicine shop which is quite large in the Penengahan District area, namely Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan. Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan is a private company operating in the field of agricultural medicine. The people of Penengahan District, most of whom work as farmers, make agricultural medicine businesses very promising and can earn quite large profits. Therefore, entrepreneurs want lots of profits, various strategies and innovations are implemented as steps to achieve the company's desired goals. In Islam it is strictly forbidden to produce or sell anything that destroys good faith and morals, shakes religious values ​​and morals, preoccupies oneself with futile things and takes them away from seriousness, brings them closer to falsehood and keeps them away from the truth, brings the world closer and keeps it away. hereafter. Researchers used a qualitative approach research method. The object of the research is the Sinar Argo Mandiri Shop in Pasuruan. Research data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation methods. The results of this research are that the marketing mix implemented by Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, this can be seen from the absence of deviations that violate the principles of Islamic business ethics in the marketing mix implemented by Toko Sinar Argo Mandiri Pasuruan.

Abstract

In the current digital era, consumer behavior is increasingly influenced by the development of e-commerce platforms and social media, including TikTok Shop which has developed rapidly as an online shopping platform, which combines entertainment with ease of shopping. This has led to an increase in consumer behavior among users, especially those triggered by hedonistic behavior, shopping lifestyle and facilities provided by the platform. This behavior needs to be studied further considering its impact on people's consumption patterns. This study aims to determine the effect of Hedonistic Behavior, Shopping Lifestyle, and Facilities on the Consumer Behavior of TikTok Shop Users in Kalianda, South Lampung. The research method used is a type of Causal study with a quantitative approach, in this case the population and sample used are the community in Kalianda, South Lampung as many as 97 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and documentation with data sources from primary and secondary data, in analyzing using multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of the study indicate that hedonistic behavior has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior of Tiktokshop users with a t-count value of 2.421> t-table 1.661 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then shopping lifestyle also has a positive effect. While facilities do not affect consumer behavior of Tiktokshop users in Kalianda, South Lampung. The t-count value is 1.369 <t-table 1.661 and a significance level of 0.174> 0.05. The results of the simultaneous F test show that all independent variables together have a significant effect on consumer behavior of Tiktokshop users. The results of this study are expected to contribute to similar variables in further research..

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis retail modern di Indonesia telah mengubah preferensi masyarakat dalam berbelanja, sehingga memicu pergeseran dari pasar tradisional ke retail modern. Fenomena ini berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan dan keuntungan pedagang tradisional, termasuk di Kecamatan Sidomulyo, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, setelah kehadiran Multimart. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kehadiran retail modern terhadap pendapatan dan keuntungan pedagang pasar tradisional di wilayah tersebut.Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pedagang pasar tradisional di Sidomulyo. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Multimart berdampak signifikan pada penurunan pendapatan dan keuntungan pedagang tradisional. Sebelum kehadiran Multimart, pendapatan harian tertinggi pedagang mencapai Rp1.000.000, sedangkan pendapatan terendah sebesar Rp100.000. Setelah kehadiran Multimart, pendapatan tertinggi menurun menjadi Rp500.000, sementara pendapatan terendah tetap sebesar Rp100.000. Selain itu, keuntungan harian pedagang juga mengalami penurunan, di mana keuntungan tertinggi sebelumnya mencapai Rp500.000 dan keuntungan terendah Rp100.000, sementara setelah kehadiran Multimart keuntungan tertinggi turun menjadi Rp200.000, dan keuntungan terendah hanya Rp50.000 per hari.Kata kunci : Dampak, retail modern, pendapatan, keuntungan.

Abstract

Dompet digital merupakan salah satu bentuk pembayaran fintech yang semakin populer. Penggunaannya meningkat seiring dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung gerakan masyarakat tanpa uang tunai (cashless society). Pengurangan penggunaan uang tunai didorong oleh berbagai faktor, seperti tingginya jumlah uang yang beredar, banyaknya kasus pemalsuan uang, dan biaya operasional besar yang dikeluarkan oleh bank sentral untuk mencetak, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan uang tunai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat Dan Persepsi Kemudahan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang dibagikan kepada Pengguna Dompet Digital DANA di Kecamatan Kalianda, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna Dompet Digital DANA di Kecamatan Kalianda dan pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 130 responden, uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik, analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (H1)  Nilai thitung 4,774 > ttabel 1,65685 artinya Persepsi Manfaat berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. (H2) Nilai thitung 3,602 > ttabel 1,65685 artinya Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna (H3) nilai fhitung 46,721 > ftabel 3,07 artinya Persepsi Manfaat dan Persepsi Kemudahan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Dompet Digital Dana (Study Pengguna Dompet Digital DANA Di Kecamatan Kalianda). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Persepsi Manfaat dan Persepsi Kemudahan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Dompet Digital Dana (Study Pengguna Dompet Digital DANA Di Kecamatan Kalianda). Kata Kunci: Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Kemudahan, Kepuasan Pengguna

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of disciplinary character education policy in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Riyadhus Sholihin Megang Sakti Musi Rawas. This research is field research with a qualitative approach, so in collecting data, the author uses observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation, and data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis, namely through the process of reduction, display, and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the discipline character education policy at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ryadhus Sholihin was carried out by including character education values in the school curriculum and then socializing the curriculum to student guardians in the new school year. The conclusion of the research found that the implementation of disciplinary character education policy includes integration in self-development activities, subjects, and school culture. This research contributes scientific information regarding the implementation of disciplinary character education policies in schools both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor strategis yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan devisa dan memerlukan pengelolaan profesional untuk menarik minat wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan dan kepastian (assurance), empati (empathy), dan bukti fisik (tangibles) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Pantai Rio By The Beach Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 190 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel independen secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada seluruh dimensi sangat penting untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan.
