Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) What is the factors influence the success ofreligious education for children? (2) How to educate good religious educationfor children? This research using qualitative methods while the type of researchused is library research. The discussion is based on literature review and severalwritings that have relevance to the object of study under research. Based on theresults of research that examined that there are four factors that can influencethe success of religious education for children, that is: parents, teachers, friendsand also active in learning. If the four factors are good then it is certain thatthe educated children will be a faith. Hope in the future is by together especiallyfrom parents and teachers in making children of this age active in learning andalso not wrong in choosing friends and socializing, because that will make futuregenerations not only good enough on technology, but also good on religion

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze one of the programs as an innovation from Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Ulum Kretek Bantul. The program was a language program, namely Arabic and English. The method used in this research was a qualitative method. The sources used as reference for analysis were divided into two, namely primary sources and secondary sources. The language program at Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Ulum Kretek Bantul was an important program to carry out. Both Arabic and English had their own urgency for students who were also santri. Both in the field of education and in the field of work. In the ongoing process of this language development program, there were still shortcomings so further evaluation as needed. The problems faced by the Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Ulum Kretek Bantul in this development program included the lack of expert teaching staff in the field of language and the absence of special learning modules at each grade level.

Abstract

As a santri village, Ngrukem village, Bantul, Yogyakarta needs to continue to develop various activities, both social, religious, and other activities, in order to improve the quality of its people. This research aims to determine the strategy of Islamic education through the Fiqih Fasholatan activities in Ngrukem Sewon Bantul village with the media Nadẓom Fiqih (Fasholatan) by KH. Nawawi Abdul Aziz. The researchers used qualitative research to understand this phenomenon. The subjects in this research were the Nadzom Fiqih presenters and the Ngrukem village community, who participated in the evening prayer activities. At the same time, the object of the research focused on the evening prayer activities that studied Nadzom Fiqih in Ngrukem Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. The research results indicate that the evening prayer activities in Ngrukem village have a significant impact on the community of the Ngrukem regarding Islamic education, especially in the study of Fiqih Fasholatan. There are several approaches to Islamic education used for the community, namely a humanitarian approach, a participatory approach, a collaborative approach, a sustainable approach, and a cultural approach. Not only that, this activity has two critical impacts, namely educational impact and social impact on the community.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the Islamic Spiritual Movement (Rohis) in two State Senior High Schools (SMA) in Yogyakarta, focusing on how they actualize the Qur'anic texts found in Islamic Education (PAI) books and their collections. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the researchers collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis, they applied data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the Rohis administrators' understanding aligns with Hermeneutical Theory, which emphasizes the interpretation of texts within their contexts. Specifically, Rohis administrators actively engage with Qur'anic verses as guiding principles for daily life. They attempt to comprehend both the contemporary context and the historical significance of Islam's glory during the era of the Caliphate. Furthermore, they contextualize these teachings in their personal lives and extend their understanding to influence the public sphere, including their school communities. This approach highlights the dynamic and practical application of religious texts in shaping spiritual and social life.
