Abstract

Penyakit Leiner adalah penyakit langka yang dapat mengancam nyawa. Faktor penyebab seperti defisiensi sistem imun (faktor komplemen) dalam opsonisasi jamur, diikuti infeksi sekunder yang meluas ke seluruh tubuh. Penyakit Leiner didefinisikan sebagai dermatitis seboroik berat dan meluas, terjadi pada awal kehidupan dan memerlukan penanganan khusus. Penyakit Leiner memiliki gejala klinis khas yaitu eritema universalis dan skuama kasar di seluruh tubuh, disertai diare dan gagal tumbuh. Penatalaksanaan lini pertama meliputi pemberian cairan untuk menghindari dehidrasi, emolien, dan salep kortikosteroid potensi lemah.Leiner disease is a rare and life-threatening condition. The causes are multifactorial, such as immune system deficiency (complement factor) in yeast opsonization, followed by secondary infection. Leiner disease is defined as severe infantile seborrhoeic dermatitis. Clinical manifestation is generalized eritema and scaly patches, followed by diarrhoea and failure to thrive. First-line therapy should include rehydration, emollients and topical low potential corticosteroid.

Abstract

Skabies merupakan salah satu infeksi parasit yang cukup banyak dan menjadi isu penting terutama daerah padat penduduk. Penyakit ini dapat menyerang segala usia dan berbagai kalangan sosial. Beberapa penyebab tingginya angka kejadian skabies adalah penularan yang cepat, siklus hidup Sarcoptes scabiei yang pendek, dan ketidakpatuhan pasien pada terapi. Tulisan ini mengusulkan terapi permethrin 5% diberikan tiga kali, dengan jarak satu minggu; didasarkan pada siklus hidup Sarcoptes scabiei sekaligus mencegah kegagalan terapi.Scabies is a common parasitic infection and a very important issue especially in densely populated areas. The disease can affect all ages and social strata. The high incidence is caused by rapid transmission, short life cycle of Sarcoptes scabiei, and poor compliance. This paper proposes therapy with permethrin 5 % given three times, with one week interval, based on the life cycle of Sarcoptes scabiei. This regimen can prevent treatment failure.

Abstract

In this digital era, TikTok Shop has become a strategic platform that stimulates impulsive buying behavior through its interactive features. The Louissescarlett account was chosen as the subject of this study due to its proven success in implementing effective marketing strategies, including engaging content creation, discount offers that create a sense of urgency, and interactive live streaming sessions. This research aims to examine the impact of Content Marketing, Price Discounts, and Live Streaming on impulsive buying behavior on TikTok Shop, using the Louissescarlett account as a case study.This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were gathered through an online questionnaire from 160 respondents who met the specified criteria, namely active TikTok Shop users who had previously purchased from the Louissescarlett account. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that Content Marketing, Price Discounts, and Live Streaming significantly and positively influence impulsive buying behavior, both individually and collectively. The combination of these variables plays a crucial role in driving consumers to make spontaneous purchase decisions. These results offer practical insights for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies on social media platforms and provide theoretical contributions to digital marketing and consumer behavior research.
