The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value

The study of organizational culture is interesting because it deals with the uniqueness, the characteristics that distinguish one organization from another. Organizational culture is a system of shared meaning held by members that distinguishes an organization from other organizations. This system of shared meaning is a set of key characteristics that organizations uphold. Organizational culture is created by the "founder" i.e. people who have already been in the organization, where the culture becomes a tradition, an inherent habit, which is embraced by members of the organization. Culture relates to something of positive value, which is unique which is the character of an organization. As well as the pattern of leadership, administrative neatness, discipline, reward system, authority system, and many more cultures adopted by the organization. Therefore, organizational culture should make a positive contribution to organizational development, especially in increasing employee retention in an organization as well as individuals and teams within the organization

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of ethical leadership on employee work engagement. The success of an organization or company can never be separated from the role of the leader who regulates and manages the resources and employees they have. The criteria for a good leader are not only seen from their intellectual abilities or far-reaching vision and mission, but also from their integrity, fairness and loyalty to the company and work team they lead.. Ethical leadership is the attitude of a leader who is in a certain management position, who has a role in introducing ethics and norms in every action and relationship with colleagues in the company. This leadership greatly influences employee engagement, because with a leader who has ethics and morals, employees will be more enthusiastic and have a strong desire to help the company achieve its goals. In the end, employee engagement will create good performance so that the company's performance will also increase.

The aim of this research is to analyze whether work environment variables and compensation mediated by work motivation have an effect on employee turnover intentions at PT Grandi. The population in this study were employees of PT. Grandi. The sample taken was 95 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, namely employees from the division that had the highest turnover intention. Based on statistical data analysis using Smart PLS, it can be concluded that the results of this research are that the work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. Compensation has a positive effect on work motivation. Compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention. The work environment has no effect on turnover intention. Work motivation has no effect on turnover intention. Work motivation is unable to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee turnover intention, and work motivation is unable to mediate the influence of compensation on employee turnover intention. It is hoped that PT. Grandi is able to improve the work environment, work motivation and maintain compensation so that turnover intention in the company can be reduced.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan pada PT Grandi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Grandi. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 95 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu karyawan dari divisi yang mempunyai turnover intention tertinggi. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik menggunakan Smart PLS dapat disimpulkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan, dan motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Diharapkan PT. Grandi mampu meningkatkan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan menjaga kompensasi sehingga turnover intention dalam perusahaan bisa berkurang.

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the level of loyalty in the use of shopees as an online shopping platform among students of the 2020-2023 cohorts in Business Management at Pradita University. These aspects include promotion, pricing, and satisfaction. Research methodology: The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using research tools. This study used a survey method and questionnaire techniques to collect data, which were processed using SPSS version 26. Results: The results show that promotion does not influence customer loyalty, whereas price and satisfaction influence customer loyalty. Promotion, price, and satisfaction influence customer loyalty simultaneously. Limitations: The limitation of this research is that distributing questionnaires via gform is not completely helpful; sometimes there are still some respondents who do not fill out the questionnaire as honestly as possible. Distributing questionnaires via form and offline will predominately not be completed by potential respondents. The satisfaction variable in this study is affected by the symptoms of heteroscedasticity. Contribution: The author advises that Shopee can increase customer loyalty by maintaining prices and satisfaction so that it can increase Shopee customer loyalty.

The aim of community service activities is to increase students' understanding of managing a business, namely how to prepare a simple Business Plan using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The BMC method is a very well-known business model and is quite widely used nowadays in the world of business management, especially entrepreneurship. This is because BMC has an overview of the core components of creating a Business Plan more easily through one canvas sheet. The method used in this activity is through lectures and learning discussions in class using Power Point learning media and videos delivered so that students better understand the topic being discussed. Then the students were given the opportunity to ask questions and also directly create a Business Model Canvas by dividing them into 6 groups, each consisting of 8 people. This activity was held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at Pradita University, with a total of 47 students from Solideo-Tangerang High School participating in the activity. From the results of the pre-test in the form of questions given to 25 students, initially their knowledge about the Business Model Canvas was still in the category lack of understanding. Meanwhile, the post-test results show that the students have increased their knowledge with very good understanding.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of physical evidence, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Lawson, Serpong branch, Tangerang. The population in this study were consumers of Lawson, Serpong branch, Tangerang. The sample taken in this study was 390 respondents. By using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through a google form in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 5 Likert scale levels. The data analysis technique used in this study using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables Physical Evidence, Product Quality and Promotion have a positive influence both partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at Lawson Serpong branch with a significant value <0.05. So it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that simultaneously all Physical Evidence, Product Quality, and Promotion variables have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Lawson, Serpong branch..

The telecommunications industry in Indonesia, dominated by Generations Y and Z, is confronted with a deficiency in leadership abilities, resulting in a leadership gap. The presence of many generations in the workforce leads to a variety of values and communication styles, which intensify conflict. This research investigates the impact of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, and managerial ability on the leadership gap syndrome within the multigenerational workforce of a telecommunications company in Indonesia. In a quantitative approach, data was collected from approximately 128 employees of PT XYZ. The study employs a convenience sampling method and utilizes SmartPLS version 4.0.9.6 for analysis. The findings revealed a significant negative relationship between adaptive leadership and the leadership gap syndrome, emphasizing the importance of leaders being adaptable. Emotional intelligence showed a weak or non-significant association with the syndrome, suggesting a nuanced relationship. Managerial ability demonstrated a negative association with the leadership gap syndrome, supporting the idea that competent managers can bridge leadership gaps. While the leadership gap syndrome did not directly impact multigenerational workforce motivation, leadership adaptability, emotional intelligence, and managerial ability positively influenced motivation through their effects on the syndrome.

With the increasingly intense business competition on social media, marketing strategies have become essential to attract potential customers. The right strategy not only enhances brand awareness but also supports long-term business growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of interaction activities, engaging content, and endorsements on the brand awareness of Carl & Claire, a premium perfume specialist in Indonesia, focusing on the Jabodetabek area. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 160 respondents who are Instagram users. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that interaction activities, engaging content, and endorsements significantly influence the improvement of Carl & Claire's brand awareness. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for the company in designing more effective social media marketing strategies.
