Abstract

Penelitian “Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Geografis Fasilitas Umum Kota Mataram” dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya sistem yang menampung data informasi mengenai pemetaan fasilitas umum. Akibatnya sebagian masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dan menemukan lokasi dari fasilitas yang dicari. Selain itu, akses yang mudah sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi, petunjuk jalan dan memberikan informasi mengenai fasilitas terdekat dari lokasi sekarang. Sistem ini dibangun berbasisi web dengan Framework Codeigniter dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan Twitter Bootstrap sebagai template. Selain itu, juga menggunakan Google Map API untuk menampilkan pemetaan fasilitas umum, rute, dan fasilitas terdekat. Dimana dalam tahap pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada tahap pengujian alpha, fungsi yang ada dalam sistem telah berjalan dengan baik tanpa ada kesalahan, sedangkan pada pengujian beta, rata – rata responden memberikan penilaian terhadap sistem dengan peryataan tampilan dan desain menarik dengan persentase 46,7% setuju, sistem mudah digunakan dengan persentase 66,7% setuju, sistem dapat membrikan informasi dengan persentase 73,7% setuju, informasi yang diberikan sudah lengkap dengan persentase 36,7% setuju dan apakah sistem bermanfaat dengan persentase 60% sangat setuju.

Abstract

Abstract - Hotel located on the Lombok island has a considerable amount. Integrating multiple hotel information systems into a single container that can be accessed by visitors. The purpose of this research is to build a website hotels at the island Lombok using web services technology to facilitate users in finding information and booking hotel rooms. Implementation of the web service technology, the method used to construct the hotels Lombok hotels webiste are SOAP and implements a distributed database system that connects the DBMS of the same type, compatible, structure and description of the same data. To know the system is successfully implemented, then the testing of the system by using the black box. Other than that, testing the questionnaire to 30 students as respondents. Based on the data obtained in this research will be calculated MOS value (Mean Opinion Score), so as to get the average value of MOS is 91.32%. The results of these tests show that the system is web-based information hotel Lombok service that has been implemented is a good system and easily understood by users. Abstract

Culinary development in the area of Mataram city at the moment is growing rapidly. Culinary tour offered varies greatly among them is the famous Lombok's cuisine with a taste of spiciness. The constraints experienced by travellers who have recently visited the city of Mataram is the difficulty to find a desired culinary location. Geographic information system for searching the location of nearby culinary Mataram city in this case can help make it easier for tourists to know the mapping of the location of the culinary tourism in the area of the city of Mataram. Web-based geographic information system is built by using the concept of MVC with directions from the position of travellers to culinary tour you want. The calculation to determine the distance of the location of culinary positions with travelers using the haversine formula. Based on a test that is done to the user, the average percentage of answers given by respondents agreed by 50% and the average percentage of answer strongly agree of 44.6% stating that geographic information systems this can already detect the locations of your users are able to display the distance between the user location information with location of culinary around, it can display the route to culinary tourism is selected and has the look of an attractive and easy to use. Abstract

“Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPMP2T)” handles a centralized and integrated the investment and licensing services in West Lombok Regency. BPMP2T has publish 2.114 of permits in 2015, but there has been no media or system used to publish the information disclosure. To solves these problems, it needs a system that can give a visualization of the location where the license takes place on map and displaying informations about license. Therefor this research is about Geographic Information System (GIS) Licensing to support the needs. GIS Licensing System integrated with “Sistem Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SPPT)”, it takes an architecture for integration between that systems. Therefore, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is used. Phases of system development using the waterfall method which is divided into five phases that is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. SIGP implemented on mobile applications and web applications by utilizing the service to run it functionality. Based on the test results, show that the system meets the functional requirements that have been set. The test results obtained proven that SIG Licensing and SPPT can be integrated with each other by utilizing the serice that have been built to run on SIGP functionality.

Abstract

The Technology of Master Plan is a something for planning over the next few years in a region. North Lombok Regency is a newly established district and requires the master plan to accelerate the development process especially in ITC section. Development of master plan in this region is difficult to do because the location of Government offices is spread, with a very wide area and hilly contours. To create a master plan in a region like this tool that is based on a digital map that allows viewing maps, routes, contours and distances between points on the map.The purpose of this research is to build a system that can give information about Government service locations, route, distance and elevation to determine the network infrastructure in every government service locations. This system is developed by CodeIgniter Framework and using PHP and HTML programming language, it is also using Google Maps API to display route, distance, and elevation. In this research using 5 steps as system development, that are defining system requirements, system planning, coding and implementation, testing and documentations. The user can determine the type of network in every government service locations that based on the result of the route, distance and elevation by using Google Maps API. This system is using black box and MOS for testing. The result of black box testing the function in the system has been running nicely and the result of MOS got 53,54% answers are agreed for this system.

Abstract

This research was triggered by the increasing number of malnutrition cases in West Lombok Regency that caused the mortality rate of children under five years old is also increasing. According to West Lombok Public Health Office, there were 49 malnutrition cases in West Lombok Regency in 2015. This number increased to 98 cases in 2016. It shows that West Lombok Public Health Office did not control and monitor these cases optimally. This research is aimed to provide the malnutrition status information and other related nutritional information, also to let the citizen send their feedbacks to the Public Health Office and Community Health Clinic. This system was built with Codeigniter framework with PHP and HTML as its programming languages. It is also integrated with the Google Maps API to show the maps of nutritional problems, health facilities, and poverties. This system was built with waterfall model as its System Development Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the nutritional areas. This system was tested with blackbox, whitebox and MOS. Whitebox was used to test the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the result was corresponding to the manually done calculation. Meanwhile the testing using blackbox showed that the system has been running well. The testing using MOS showed that the average assessment of public respondents to the system stated strongly agree, agree and fair were 39.04%, 55.24%, and 5.72% respectively. Abstract

Department of Population and Civil Registration of Mataram City does not yet have a system that can process population data to be visualized into maps and lack of information causing people not to know information about the area and population data in Mataram city. This study aims to design and build a Geographic Information System (GIS) that is useful to visualize and publish population data to the community in the city of Mataram. The system is built using PHP, HTML and JavaScript as the main programming language. The system integrates with the Google Map API to visualize population data into maps that provide information by population classification. The system is tested by the BlackBox method and the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) method. Blackbox test shows that all functions are running well and testing using MOS shows that the average rating of respondents and community apparatus in DUKCAPIL regarding the system agree, with the percentage of 42.44% and strongly agree with the percentage of 38.89%.

Abstract

Distribution process that takes a long time along with improper treatment, can cause meat become not fresh and decrease the quality of the meat. Therefore, unscrupulous meat sellers cheating on the non fresh meat by mixing the non fresh meat with the fresh one. A system that can classify the type and freshness level of meat automatically is needed. In this research, that system was developed based on texture, color and shape features using Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) classification. The methods used in the feature extraction process are statistical approach, GLCM and the HU's invariant moment. The total of data used in this research was 960 images of 3 different meat types which are chicken meat, goat meat, and beef. The highest accuracy obtained from the testing process was 90% on the combination features of HSI and invariant moment for the meat type in refrigerator.

Abstract

This article discusses sentiment analysis of the 2024 Presidential Election through data collected from platform X, this research aims to identify and classify positive, negative, and neutral sentiments in X related to the election. This research uses scoring and textblob methods. Where the scoring method is the process of deeply analyzing sentiment and then giving the sentiment value of each data comment and accumulating it. While the textblob method is a tool used specifically for text processing that can provide sentiment for each comment. The results of the analysis provide in-depth understanding of the responses and views of the community manifested in digital space. Sentiment analysis can serve as a guide to understanding the dynamics of public opinion during the election process and its potential to influence public participation and trust in the democratic system. The practical implications of this research include the development of more effective political communication strategies based on an understanding of the sentiments that develop on X.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the retraining process of face recognition systems for motor vehicle parking areas using Transfer Learning and k-nearest Neighbors (k-NN). The system enhances efficiency by retraining only on new classes, identified by checking the encoding file, allowing it to skip pre-existing classes, thus significantly improving retraining speed. Face data from 100 individuals (2725 images) was collected and augmented, with the VGG16 architecture used to generate face embeddings through Transfer Learning. Achieving 95.62% accuracy, with a precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.96 at k=1, the system demonstrates high accuracy and speed in identifying registered faces while effectively rejecting unknown ones. These optimizations greatly increase the feasibility of face recognition in parking security systems, making them more responsive to new data. Future research should focus on increasing dataset diversity and exploring more complex conditions, such as varied lighting, to enhance system performance and robustness further.
