Abstract

Background: Plantar Fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain that affects almost everyone, both elderly and adults. Plantar fasciitis due to stretching or excessive load on the longitudinal arch or the longitudinal arch. Various efforts have been made to reduce pain in patients with Plantar Fasciitis including physiotherapy using Ultrasound. Data from the Medical Rehabilitation Polyclinic of RSUD dr. Slamet Garut, West Java, in 2020, plantar fasciitis cases reached 173 cases. This study aims to determine the effect of Ultrasound on changes in pain in Plantar Fasciitis patients.The research method: is analytic with a quasi-experimental approach to Pretest-Posttest Group Design, which is to reveal a causal relationship. A sample of 16 people obtained by accidental sampling technique, data was collected using a questionnaire format and then analyzed by paired test. Results: The average pain in Plantar Fasciitis patients before Ultrasound intervention was 60.38 points (moderate pain). The average pain in Plantar Fasciitis patients before Ultrasound intervention was 31.31 points (mild pain). There is an effect of giving Ultrasound on changes in pain in Plantar Fasciitis patients at Dr. Slamet Garut Hospital in 2021 with a p value of 0.001. Conclusion: Giving Ultrasound for six times is effective in reducing pain in Plantar Fasciitis patients

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Kelas VII H SMPN 3 Kediri mengalami beberapa kendala. Kendalanya adalah nilai hasil belajar peserta didik yang belum mencapai KKM. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kemandirian peserta didik dalam belajar masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII H SMPN 3 Kediri di semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Word Square. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes tulis, dan dokumentasi. Desain penelitian dimulai dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Proses pembelajaran Word Square dimulai dari guru menjelaskan materi secara singkat dilanjutkan dengan membentuk kelompok. Kemudian guru memberikan pertanyaan (word square) kepada setiap kelompok. Peserta didik dapat berdiskusi saat mengerjakan tugas dari guru. Setelah selesai, guru dan peserta didik membahas bersama-sama. Indikator keberhasilan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat lebih dari 75% peserta didik yang lolos KKM. Berdasarkan data penelitian terlihat bahwa pada prasiklus terdapat 52% (16) peserta didik tuntas KKM. Kemudian, pada siklus I terdapat 65% (20) peserta didik tuntas KKM. Kemudian, pada siklus II terdapat 84% (26) peserta didik tuntas KKM. Keberhasilan penelitian sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan didapat saat siklus II, yaitu 84% peserta didik memiliki nilai tuntas KKM.

Abstract

The State Ministry/Institutions receiving the grant is required to administer the grant management to the Ministry of Finance as the State General Treasurer. Central government grant management administration is carried out through several stages, from the registration process to the accountability process. Grant registration stages are carried out manually by sending registration application documents to the Ministry of Finance via expedition services. In addition, each administrative stage of grant management uses several different applications managed by each authorized echelon I unit in the Ministry of Finance. This causes the administrative process of grant management to take a long time, is inefficient, and affects the accountability of financial reports due to differences in data/information generated by each application. To overcome this, digitization of the grant registration business process is needed, and integration of grant data/information from several applications used. The application development method uses the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Oracle database. The framework used is .NET (dotnet) Core as the back end (C# language), and Angular as the front end (typescript language). The system development design using the intended method can produce an application that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the grant registration process, and integrate data/information from several applications in order to realize good governance.
