Abstract

Public perception of turtle conservation in an area will determine the success of turtle conservation activities. This study aims to analyze the perception of tour guide groups towards turtle conservation on the coast of Bunaken Island, Bunaken National Park, Manado, North Sulawesi. The research method was carried out by means of observation and surveys. Collecting data in the form of interviews with a questionnaire guide. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling with the target group of tour guides, especially dive guides. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that most of the respondents (78%) already understand about turtle conservation and no longer consume turtles (100%). The turtle habitat which includes coral reefs and seagrasses still supports the presence of turtles and turtles are almost visible at all observation locations. The understanding of turtle conservation by dive guides is quite good, but to maintain the sustainability of conservation so that it is maximized, it is necessary to provide guidance and supervision to the diving guides and also to the surrounding community.

Abstract

ABSTRAK             Kecemasan merupakan hal yang paling sering dialami oleh semua orang terutama usia remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja putra (13-15 tahun) di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro.            Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest – Postest. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak  43 responden yaitu remaja (13-14 tahun) yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro bulan Februari 2015. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup (indept interview) skala HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) dan lembar observasi. Kemudian ditabulasi, data dianalisis menggunakan uji  Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan tingkat kemaknaan P <0,05.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari sebagian (79,4%) remaja yang telah diberikan terapi musik klasik terjadi penurunan kecemasan. Hasil pengujian statistik terdapat pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun) dengan nilai tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ada pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun).            Tenaga kesehatan perlu meningkatkan pemberian terapi musik klasik untuk kesehatan jiwa terutama tentang kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun). Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik Klasik, Kecemasan, Remaja ABSTRACT                         The anxiety is a moment all that happens to people especially the adolescents to face the day. The purpose of the study was to know the effect of classical music therapy at the level of anxiety adolescents (13-15 years) at SMPN 2 Baureno District of Bojonegoro.                        The research design was Pra-Experiment used one group pretest-posttest design research approach. The sample was simple random sampling, 34 respondents of adolescents that fulfill inclusion criteria at SMPN 2 Baureno Bojonegoro in February 2015. The data taken used indept interview HARS scale (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and observation. The data analysis used Wilcoxon sign rank test with p<0,05.                        The result showed more than (79,4%) of adolescents that have given therapy got lower of anxiety level. The result of statistic test showed that there was effect of giving classical music therapy for the level of anxiety adolescent (13-15 years) with the level significant was 0,000 (p<0,05). There an effect of classical music therapy for the level of anxiety adolescents (13-15 years).                        Based on the results, medical officer should be no increase in therapy of classical music celebration of mental health problems, especially of adolescents (13-15 years). Keywords: Clasical Musical Therapy, Anxiety, Adolescents

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to develop a classification system for the Clerodendrum paniculatum plant (Bunga Pagoda), focusing on its key parts—stems, flowers, leaves, and trees—using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The objective is to support conservation efforts and facilitate digital data grouping through technology-based classification. Methodology: The research involved collecting a dataset of images representing different parts of the Clerodendrum paniculatum plant. These images were then used to train a CNN model. The training process included 200 epochs to optimize performance. The model's accuracy and performance were evaluated using a confusion matrix to measure classification success across the plant's various parts. Results: The CNN model achieved its highest accuracy of 97.78% when trained for 200 epochs. The results indicated a significant improvement in evaluation metrics compared to models trained with fewer epochs. The mo   del successfully classified the plant parts with high precision, demonstrating its robustness and reliability for rare plant classification. Conclusions: This study confirms that the CNN algorithm is effective in classifying the parts of the Clerodendrum paniculatum plant. Increasing the number of training epochs substantially enhances the model's performance, making it a practical tool for digital plant conservation initiatives. Limitations: The study is limited by its reliance on a specific dataset, which may not encompass all possible variations of the Clerodendrum paniculatum plant under different environmental conditions. Contributions: This research contributes to digital plant conservation by developing a CNN-based classification system for rare plants. It highlights the importance of deep learning in biodiversity preservation and provides a foundation for future AI-driven botanical studies.
