Abstract

Various problems often arise in the family that affect the health of family members both physically and psychologically so that counseling is needed to the right person. Ideally, counseling is carried out by professionals, but due to the limited number of counselors, the counseling is carried out by BIKKSA cadres who are appointed and volunteer as lay counselors. Unfortunately, the cadres do not have the ability to explore problems and solve problems. The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of family health counseling training on the knowledge and counseling skills of BIKKSA cadres. Quasy experimental research design (one group pretest and posttest design). The sample is 27 BIKKSA cadres in Lamongan Regency. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data collection by observation. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon test with = 0.05. The results showed the value of p = 0.000. Based on this research, it is known that family counseling training is effective in increasing the knowledge and counseling ability of BIKKSA cadres.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation of societal development and managing human resources (HR) is key to the success of educational institutions. This article explores the basic concepts of human resource management (HRM), the role of digital transformation and its relevance in the context of education. Digital transformation has changed the education paradigm, presenting new challenges and unlimited opportunities in HRM. However, in-depth understanding of the integration between HRM and digital transformation in educational contexts is limited. This article aims to investigate the role of digital transformation in educational HRM, outline the basic concepts of HRM, and highlight its relevance in the current educational setting. A desk research method was used to evaluate literature related to HRM, digital transformation, and education. An in-depth review was conducted to present a comprehensive overview of the topic. The concept of HRM in education involves recruitment, development, performance management, and technology integration in the education process. Digital transformation changes the way of interaction, staff development, performance management, and affects the educational paradigm. A good integration between the two creates an educational environment that is adaptive, oriented towards individual development, and responsive to change. The integration of digital transformation with basic HRM concepts is crucial in creating an adaptive educational environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Retardasi mental merupakan fungsi intelektual umum yang di bawah rata-rata secara signifikan dan kondisi ini memberikan efek ke masalah perilaku yang terjadi, keterampilan anak untuk mandiri. Upaya peningkatan kemandirian anak dengan keterbelakangan mental, memerlukan program pendidikan formal, peran dan keluarga yang mendukung.Desain penelitian adalah Analitic Cross Sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah Simple Random sampling. Sampel adalah 22 responden, mereka adalah keluarga dan siswa retardasi mental sedang yang bersekolah di SDLB Lamongan tahun ajaran 2009-2010. Data diambil dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner kepada keluarga dan lembar observasi untuk siswa. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi rank spearman dengan signifikansi pada tingkat 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran keluarga dalam kategori baik adalah 9 keluarga (40,9%), kategori cukup adalah 13 keluarga (59,1%) dan tidak ada keluarga yang melakukan peran kurang. Kemampuan untuk merawat sendiri anak yang memiliki gangguan perkembangan dengan retardasi mental sedang dalam kategori baik adalah 7 anak (31,8%), kategori cukup adalah 15 anak (68,2%) dan tidak ada anak dengan kemampuan diri kurang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada hubungan antara peran keluarga dan kemampuan untuk merawat sendiri anak yang mengalami gangguan perkembangan dengan retardasi mental sedang dengan nilai p=0,049. Nilai koefisien korelasi adalah 0,424.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran keluarga harus ditingkatkan untuk kemampuan mengurus sendiri anak yang memiliki gangguan perkembangan dengan retardasi mental sedang sehingga lebih baik. Kata kunci: Peran Keluarga, Kemampuan merawat sendiri, Retardasi Mental Sedang ABSTRACT Mental retardation has general intellectual function which has under average signifanctly and these conditions give effects to behavior trouble happened, skills and children independent. The ability to take care of childrens self who has development disorder with medium mental retardation in good category is 7 children (31.8%), the enogh category is 15 children (68.2%) and none of the children with the ability to self care less. While obtained by results od statistical test, there is correlation between role of family and the ability to take care of children self who have development disorder with medium mental retardation. Abstract

ABSTRAK             Kecemasan merupakan hal yang paling sering dialami oleh semua orang terutama usia remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja putra (13-15 tahun) di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro.            Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest – Postest. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak  43 responden yaitu remaja (13-14 tahun) yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro bulan Februari 2015. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup (indept interview) skala HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) dan lembar observasi. Kemudian ditabulasi, data dianalisis menggunakan uji  Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan tingkat kemaknaan P <0,05.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari sebagian (79,4%) remaja yang telah diberikan terapi musik klasik terjadi penurunan kecemasan. Hasil pengujian statistik terdapat pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun) dengan nilai tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ada pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun).            Tenaga kesehatan perlu meningkatkan pemberian terapi musik klasik untuk kesehatan jiwa terutama tentang kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun). Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik Klasik, Kecemasan, Remaja ABSTRACT                         The anxiety is a moment all that happens to people especially the adolescents to face the day. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the teacher recruitment policies of state-salaried teachers in Indonesia and Malaysia, focusing on regulations, selection processes, distribution of placements, and pre-service training systems. Method: The study employs a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative and comparative approach, analyzing policy documents, academic journals, and official sources from the period 2018–2024. Results: The analysis reveals that Indonesia implements a decentralised recruitment system through the CPNS and PPPK mechanisms, but still faces challenges regarding central-local synchronisation and teacher distribution. Meanwhile, Malaysia adopts a centralized approach with strict selection criteria and an integrated teacher education system. Novelty: In conclusion, Malaysia’s system is more structured, while Indonesia requires strengthened coordination and reform of recruitment management based on regional needs.

Abstract

Lansia banyak menghadapi berbagai masalah kesehatan yang perlu penanganan segera dan terintegrasi. Seiring dengan bertambahnya usia, maka akan terjadi penurunan fungsi tubuh pada lansia, baik fisik, fisiologis, maupun psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh terapi guided imagery untuk menurunkan kecemasan psikologis pada lanjut usia.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-Eksperiment dengan Design one group pre test and post test dengan teknik Purposive sampling didapatkan 30 lansia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini. Kecemasan diukur menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilition Anxiety Rating Scale).Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan SPSS menunjukkan sebelum diberikan terapi guided imagery 46,7% mengalami kecemasan sedang. Setelah diberikan terapi guided imagery 60% tidak ada kecemasan. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 dengan tingkat kemaknaan p=<0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh terapi guided imagery terhadap kecemasan psikologis pada lanjut usia.

Abstract

Mental disorders involve disturbances in a person's thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. If left untreated, mental disorders, such as depression, can become a serious issue. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation and five-finger hypnotherapy in reducing depression levels among individuals with mental disorders. The research used a Pre-Experimental design (Two group pre-test and post-test design) with 52 participants selected through Consecutive Sampling. The interventions were conducted four times over the course of one week. Depression levels were measured before and after the intervention using the Beck Depression Inventory II. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Test and the Mann Whitney Test. The Wilcoxon Test revealed a significant effect for both progressive muscle relaxation therapy (p = 0.003) and five-finger hypnotherapy (p = 0.000). The Mann Whitney Test showed no significant difference in the effectiveness between the two therapies, with a p-value of 0.274 (p > 0.05). Both therapies were effective in reducing depression levels among patients with mental disorders. In conclusion, five-finger hypnotherapy proved to be more effective in reducing depression compared to progressive muscle relaxation therapy in individuals with mental disorders
