Abstract

This research wish to know the strategy for developing human resources at the Baitul Mal Forum Komunikasi Aktivis Masjid (FKAM); wish to know the implications of human resource development strategies on improving employee performance Baitul Mal FKAM. This research used qualitative descriptive to reveal facts, phenomena, and circumstances that occurred during the research and present it as it is. Subject in this study are employees at Baitul Mal FKAM in Surakarta 2022. Primary data sources are obtained from the Director, Head of HRD, Head of Program Division, Head of Fundraising Division, Head of Finance Division and Head of Marketing Communications Division. Meanwhile, secondary data sources were obtained through literature study, namely books, documents and archives that are relevant to the research topic. The results showed that HRD's strategy carried out by Baitul Mal FKAM includes several forms, That are recruitment, training that classified into internal and external training, and the strengthening motivation work. The performance of Baitul Mal employees is quite good, but there are still obstacles, so that the knowledge after participating in the training has not been fully applied to the maximum.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the Cooperative Scramble method in Javanese script instruction for fifth-grade students at SDIT Al-Hadi Jaten. The research employs a comparative quantitative approach with statistical descriptions covering the mean, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation. Conducted at SDIT Al-Hadi, Jaten, Karanganyar, the study includes a population of 87 students and a sample of 47 students selected through cluster random sampling. Validity testing used Aiken’s formula, while reliability was assessed with the Sperman Brown formula, and data analysis employed descriptive statistics. Prerequisite tests included normality and homogeneity tests, and the hypothesis was examined using cooperative analysis techniques. Results indicate that students' reading and writing skills in Javanese script were relatively high before the method was applied (pre-test average of 52.87), improved after the method's application (post-test average of 67.6), with the method’s effectiveness demonstrated by a significance value of 0.141 in the homogeneity test.

Abstract

Variabel independen (x) dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pendidikan orang tua, sedangkan variabel dependen ((variabel y) adalah pencapaian pembelajaran Tahfidzul Qur'an. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 12 dan sampel penelitian adalah 12 responden Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan instrumen yang berisi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 9 item pertanyaan dan didistribusikan kepada orang tua, menguji validitas instrumen menggunakan formula momen produk. Tentukan tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan pencapaian pembelajaran Tahfidzul Qur'an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan orang tua adalah 71,25. Nilai empiris antara 0,800 hingga 1.000. ro rt pada tingkat signifikan 5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X mempengaruhi variabel Y.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of international halal certification on the export performance of Indonesian non-food products. Although halal certification has been widely discussed in the food sector, research on non-food sectors, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and fashion, remains limited. The main objective of this study is to examine how halal certification can expand export market access and enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian non-food products in global markets. The approach is qualitative, using a documentation study method that relies on secondary data from industry reports, export statistics, and policy documents related to halal certification. The results show that halal certification has a positive impact on export volumes of non-food products, with the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and fashion sectors experiencing significant increases. In addition, halal certification not only strengthens the product's position in the international market but also enhances the brand image and builds consumer trust, while also identifying the challenges companies face in meeting international standards, especially in the non-food sector, which requires more stringent testing and verification. The recommendations of this study include harmonizing halal standards across countries and strengthening international recognition of Indonesian halal certification. Companies in the non-food sector are also advised to make better use of halal certification as a strategy for global market expansion. Further Research is needed to explore the factors influencing the success of halal certification in the non-food sector and its impact on Indonesia's export performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Sendangijo, Kecamatan Selogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri melalui edukasi berbasis hadis ekologi dalam pemanfaatan Moringa oleifera. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai nilai ekologi dalam ajaran Islam serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai tanaman bernilai kesehatan dan lingkungan. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap awal berupa survei pengetahuan masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi nilai ekologi Islam, edukasi manfaat daun kelor, serta praktik menanam, memanen, dan mengolah daun kelor, dan tahap evaluasi untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan serta merumuskan solusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap nilai ekologi dalam Islam dan manfaat daun kelor, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan tanaman kelor secara mandiri di lingkungan keluarga. Pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan berbasis nilai dan pendidikan lingkungan masyarakat, melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan nilai keagamaan, pengetahuan ekologis, dan praktik nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
