Abstract

Myth is part of the oral literature genre that must be explored, preserved, and developed, because it contains values ​​and functions that are useful for the lives of Indonesian people, especially rural communities. Myths can be used as a medium for ethical and moral education for the Indonesian people. This study uses a qualitative approach. The object of this research is the myth of Dewi Kilisuci. The data of this research is the value of humans as social beings in the myth of Dewi Kilisuci. The location of this research is Mount Kelud, on the border between Kediri and Blitar. The data collection method in this study used the techniques of (a) observation, (b) interviews, (c) recording, (d) recording, (e) documentation. The data analysis technique used an objective hermeneutic technique. Values ​​related to humans as social beings include the value of justice, the value of democracy, and the value of mutual assistance. The myth of Mount Kelud functions as (1) an entertainment tool, (2) a reinforcement of social institutions and cultural institutions, (3) a means of social criticism, (4) an educational tool, (5) developing the economy, and (6) forcing people to comply with the norms of the community. norms that still apply in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada konteks psikologi humanistik Abraham Maslow. Tujuan penelitian guna mendeskripsikan hierarki kebutuhan dalam psikologi humanistik Abraham Maslow secara detail pada novel "My Perfect Imperfection" karya Erlin Cahyadi. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif guna mendeskripsikan secara runtut, padat, sistematis, dan akurat fakta jelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pustaka, baca, dan catat. Dari hasil penelitian teori hierarki kebutuhan menurut Maslow ditemukan berhasil ke jenjang pernikahan pada kebutuhan bertingkat, kebutuhan makan, minum, dan berciuman pada kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan saling melengkapi, dan nyaman pada kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan cinta, komunikasi, dan sefrekuensi pada kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki, kebutuhan perasaan malu pada kebutuhan rasa harga diri, dan kebutuhan kepastian hubungan pada kebutuhan aktualisasi diri.Kata Kunci: humanistik, novel, My Perfect Imperfection

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out by the PKM Team of Surabaya State University (UNESA) in collaboration with Hasyim Asy'ari University (UNHASY) Tebuireng Jombang and the Indonesian Language Teacher Working Group (MGMP) of Jombang Regency. The program aims to improve the competence of Indonesian Language and Literature teachers in public and private junior high schools throughout Jombang Regency in facing the challenges of learning in the digital era. The training focused on five main aspects, namely: (1) mastery of Indonesian spelling, (2) skills in writing standard sentences based on digital technology, (3) application of innovative Indonesian language learning, (4) innovation in Indonesian literature learning, and (5) development of creative teaching materials. The implementation methods included lectures, discussions, question and answer sessions, assignments, practice, mentoring, and direct supervision at partner schools. The program was attended by 232 teachers, far exceeding the initial target of 50 participants, demonstrating the high level of enthusiasm and need for competency improvement among teachers. The results achieved include an increase in participants' understanding and skills in technology-based teaching, the development of innovative teaching materials, and the publication of scientific articles, online media articles, and video documentation of activities. This program has succeeded in creating a more interactive and digital-friendly learning ecosystem, which is expected to improve the quality of Indonesian language and literature teaching in Jombang Regency towards the achievement of a literate and character-building generation.
