Abstract

The use of providers can increase customer satisfaction and the development of various future features. Performing network performance is the main thing that must be considered in network management. Sriwijaya State Polytechnic has several buildings, and many students, lecturers and academic staff. Each individual uses a provider on a mobile phone to communicate. The reason researchers measured the signal quality of Telkomsel, XL and H3I providers using the G-Nettrack Pro application is based on the parameters measured to determine the service's quality. The best RSRP measurement results from XL providers on the first day, with a consequence of -77.5 dBm. The lowest RSRQ value measurement was found on the first day of the H3I provider, with a value of -37.25 dB. The highest SNR value measurement was found on the first day, with a result of 7.56 dB.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bidang dari Manajemen umum yang meliputi segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan pengorganisasian. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang sangat penting perannya dalam pencapaian tujuan, maka berbagai pengalaman dan hasil penelitian dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dikumpulkan secara sistematis dalam apa yang disebut dengan Manajemen sumber daya manusia Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan kajian kepustakaan (library research) dimana penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan fenomena fenomena yang ada, yang berlangsung saat ini atau saat yang lampau. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia adalah proses kegiatan pemimpin yang bermaksud memperkerjakan pegawai yang memberi prestasi dan tidak memperkerjakan pegawai yang tidak bermanfaat. Kesimpulan : Beberapa usaha dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam pendidikan :1. Meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dengan perguruan umum dari tingkat dasar sampai ke perguruan tinggi. 2. Memantapkan peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang berwawasan luas. 3. Perguruan tinggi mengembangkan pikiran-pikiran ilmiah dalam rangkamemahami dan menghayati serta mampu menyelaraskan dengan kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic air fryer with a timer feature, which allows users to control and monitor the device remotely through the Blynk application. This system utilizes hot air circulation from heating elements and mechanical fans for the cooking process without using large amounts of oil. The methods used include hardware and software design, as well as testing the function of the ESP32-based control system. The main components in the system include a MAX6675 temperature sensor, an ESP32 microcontroller, a solid state relay (SSR), an MK2P relay, and the Blynk application as a user interface. The test results show that the system is able to automatically regulate the temperature and cooking time and provide a fast response via a Wi-Fi network. This study contributes to the development of an IoT-based control system for kitchen appliances, with a focus on the efficiency of remote control and monitoring. Evaluation of cooking quality is not the scope of this study and is recommended as an agenda for further study.
