Abstract

The learning cycle 7E learning model is one of the learning models that allows students to optimize their way of thinking, searching, finding, and explaining the concepts that have been learned. This study aimed to determine the effect of learning models on the ability to write news texts in class VIII, students of MTs Nurul Falah Talagahurang school, the year 2024/2025. This research method uses a quantitative method of experimental type. Data analysis using one group design, and IBM SPSS Statistics T-test. Research results Based on the pretest value, an average value of 53.05 was obtained with a low category, and the posttest results after treatment were 72.90 with a good category. The results of the Paired Sample T-test hypothesis, got a Sig value, of 0'001 <0.05 which showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, then the results of the t-count value of 13.976> t-table 2.093 the t-count value is greater than the t-table so that the Ha hypothesis is accepted. Shows that there is an influence of the use of the learning cycle 7E learning model on the ability to write news texts for students.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) di Desa Sungai Jaga A bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan serta mendukung penataan calon lokasi kampung nelayan maju. Dalam konteks ini, tingkat partisipasi sekolah rendah dan prevalensi penyakit menular yang tinggi akibat sanitasi buruk menjadi tantangan utama. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi melalui pertemuan, seminar, serta kegiatan gotong royong yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga desa. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk membentuk tim pemantau kebersihan yang diharapkan dapat menjaga kebersihan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan partisipasi yang lebih aktif dalam kegiatan kolektif seperti penanaman pohon serta pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Melalui kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat diharapkan dampak positif yang dihasilkan dapat berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap kualitas hidup masyarakat di Desa Sungai Jaga A. Dengan evaluasi yang diharapkan menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan program-program pengabdian masyarakat yang lebih efektif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research addresses the legal status of children born to a couple in which one partner committed apostasy after marriage. The issue arises when a marriage, initially based on Islamic principles following the conversion of one Christian partner to Islam, later becomes complicated as one spouse returns to their previous religion. This situation leads to questions regarding the legitimacy of children born before and after the apostasy, especially in the context of Indonesian Law No. 16 of 2019, which states that a marriage is valid only if conducted according to the religious laws of each party. This study employs a normative legal research method with a comparative approach, focusing on literature review and documentation techniques. The analysis compares the perspectives of Indonesian positive law and the Shafi'i school of Islamic jurisprudence on the child’s status. The findings indicate that, under Law No. 16 of 2019, the children are considered legitimate despite the marriage's invalidity due to differences in religious belief. From the Shafi'i perspective, if apostasy occurs before consummation (dukhul), the marriage is immediately annulled; if it occurs after consummation, the marriage remains valid until the completion of the 'iddah period. In both cases, children retain legitimate status. However, regarding custody, the law does not provide explicit guidance, whereas in the Shafi'i school, custody is automatically granted to the Muslim parent.
