The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of research study on objects. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing the head of LPK Nagano DS and several training participants at LPK Nagano DS, and observing the implementation of training activities. The research results show that based on the accuracy of the program's target, it is considered appropriate, namely high school/vocational school graduates, or diploma/graduate graduates who are of productive age. Then based on the socialization of the program which has not been optimal, this is because the socialization to the community is carried out door to door independently. Then based on the program objectives, namely that the participants have achieved their goal of graduating after being deemed capable of working in Japan even though the time for carrying out training at LPK Nagano DS has passed. As well as program monitoring carried out by LPK Nagano DS regarding the development of each training participant.
