Abstract

Abstrak Menentukan Interval waktu optimum dapat dilakukan dengan  menggunakan pendekatan reliability dan  maintenance. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam  menentukan interval waktu optimum dies nozzle mesin extruder dengan dengan kode mesin E09 dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan reliability dan biaya perawatan optimal. Dilakukan dengan mengetahui nilai keandalan dari komponen dies nozzle, sedangkan biaya perawatan optimal adalah biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam penggantian dies nozzle. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Central Wire Industrial Surabaya pada bulan Juni 2016. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pada bagian manajemen maintenance pada mesin extruder dengan kode mesin E09 untuk mengetahui waktu penggantian dies nozzle pada mesin extruder. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan hasil observasi. variabel yang digunakan adalah waktu penggantian dies nozzle dan biaya perawatan pada dies nozzle (cost maintenance) serta reliability pada mesin extruder kode mesin E09. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilitian adalah (CM) sebesar Rp. 8.131.178,-, biaya penggantian kerusakan (CF) sebesar Rp. 15.013.850,-. Interval waktu penggantian dies nozzle pada mesin extruder sesuai ketentuan reliability di PT. Central Wire Industrial Surabaya adalah 6 hari. Dengan tingkat keandalan komponen sebesar 0.815130341 untuk 5 kali penggantian dalam satu bulan. Biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 2.403.392,5 tiap bulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi bahan masukan mapun bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan perawatan maintenance mesin extruder dengan ketentuan 5 kali penggantian tiap bulan Kata Kunci: Interval Waktu Optimum, Biaya, Keandalan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of user participation, user personal techniques, training and education as well as management support on the performance of accounting information systems at PT. BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih. The samples in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Shinta Putra Pengasih working section of marketing, human resources, planning, administration and reporting, and the public. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression. The results show that management support and training and education programs for employees does not affect the performance of accounting information systems, in this case can be seen at a significance level above 0.05 is equal to 0.407 and 0.126. While the personal techniques and user participation affect the performance of accounting information systems, it can be seen from the significant value for the variable and value engineering 0,045 personal significance for variable user participation 0.016. That means the value of the personal significance of variables technique and user participation below 0.05. So the higher the personal techniques and user participation, then the information system performance will increase.

Abstract

In the digital era, image edge detection plays an important role in various image processing applications such as medical analysis and object recognition. This research develops a hybrid model that combines the high accuracy of deep learning with the efficiency and robustness to noise of morphological processing to improve edge detection performance. The method used involves deep learning models for image feature extraction and morphological processing techniques to improve detection results. The research results show that this hybrid model is able to overcome the weaknesses of traditional methods and pure deep learning by producing edge detection that is smoother and more continuous, and more efficient in processing time. Tests on the BSDS500 dataset and medical images show that this model provides consistent performance in a variety of image conditions, including images with high noise and low contrast. This hybrid approach offers a practical and effective solution for a variety of image processing applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of share ownership structure on debt policy and company value in the properties real estate sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2019-2023 period. This research design is associative with quantitative type. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used is the properties real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 93 companies, then with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method so as to get a selected sample of 5 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with panel data. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a negative and insignificant effect on the debt policy of properties real estate companies. In addition, managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a significant positive effect on the firm value of properties real estate companies. Keywords : ownership structur, debt policy, firm value

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work motivation, training on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample of this research is 81 employees at PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan. The main data source in this research is questionnaires. The data processing application uses Smart PLS. The results showed that compensation (X1) has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (Z) of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan employees. Work motivation (X1) has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction (Z) of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan employees. Job Training (X1) has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction (Z) of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan employees. Compensation (X1) has a significant positive influence on the performance (Y) of employees of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan. Work Motivation (X1) has no influence on the performance (Y) of employees of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan. Training (X1) has a significant positive influence on the performance (Y) of employees of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan Job Satisfaction (X1) has a significant positive influence on the performance (Y) of employees of PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia Pasuruan. Job satisfaction (X1) can mediate the effect of compensation, work motivation and training on performance (Y).
