Abstract

Background: Cardiac angiography CT examination is a non-invasive measure to evaluate coronary blood vessels. Multislice CT with a high level of sensitivity and specificity is required to be able to reconstruct data from a constantly moving heart, resulting in diagnostic and informative image quality. Heart movement or heart rate plays a role in the occurrence of motion artifacts so that a stable heart rate is required at the time of data acquisition. The purpose of this paper is to see the role of the heart rate in cardiac CT Angiography examination and to determine the value of the heart rate to obtain the best image quality. Methods: The research method uses a literature study approach by describing the article. Article searches use Science Direct, Radiopedia, American Journal Radiography, and Google Search to find articles that match inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 4 articles are obtained and then they are reviewed. Results:: The study results show that the heart rate plays a very important role in producing image quality from CT examination. Cardiac angiography, a stable heart rate will minimize the occurrence of artifacts, which is one of the points in the image quality parameter. A stable heart rate to get the best image quality is at ≤60 BPM when data acquisition with low heart rate variability Conclusion: .Nilai heart rate untuk mendapatkan kualitas citra yang informatif dan diagnostik pada nilai heart rate 60 bpm, sehingga kualitas citra akan baik.

Abstract

Mastering fundamental financial proficiency and expertise in finance in managing financial resources can enhance each individual's welfare so that they can grasp national concerns in the financial sector. This is because such knowledge and skills are necessary to manage financial resources. A person's capacity to use the financial institution system might be hindered by their lack of financial literacy, which can also harm prosperity. This study aimed to investigate the considerable influence that financial literacy and financial attitudes are of paramount importance in personal finance., and demographic characteristics have on how individuals make decisions regarding financial investments. In this study, a descriptive technique was taken in conjunction with a quantitative one. A total of 67 participants were sampled from the population for this study. In order to collect data for this study, the researchers utilized a questionnaire. The research utilized a method known as multiple regression analysis for the test. The study's findings explain concurrently why financial literacy, financial attitudes, and demographic characteristics play a substantial role in investment decision-making. It is thought to be influential because the level of financial literacy, financial Attitude, and demographic characteristics all contribute to the behaviour of investment decision-making, and the better they are, the more influential it is thought to be. According to the findings of this research, employers and investors should be able to meet their expectations about their knowledge of how to comprehend financial literacy properly. Keywords: demography, investment, finance, decision, literacy, Attitude

Abstract

Sudoku is a puzzle game that arranges numbers from one to nine on a board consisting of 9x9 squares. This game has a rule: the numbers arranged on a board cannot be the same in each row or column. The main goal of this Sudoku game is to complete the board and win by entering numbers into each empty box. Therefore, in this Sudoku game, there is only one valid solution. At the start of the game, several numbers are provided, which serve as clues for players to fill in the next box. The number of clues at the start of the game determines whether the Sudoku game level is difficult. The fewer the clues given, the more difficult it is to solve Sudoku. Solving Sudoku problems cannot be done manually, so several algorithms are needed, which require a lot of repetition and search functions. In this research, we will compare concepts in solving Sudoku using the Backtracking algorithm and the backtracking algorithm using the brute force technique. This comparison is seen from the effectiveness of solving Sudoku. The results of this research conclude that to solve Sudoku logic quickly and efficiently, the backtracking algorithm can be used compared to the Brute Force algorithm. This is because the backtracking algorithm has better complexity, and the solution steps are fast and “smart”. In contrast, the brute algorithm takes longer to complete because the brute force algorithm has to search for all the possibilities. The average time required to complete 10 9 x 9 puzzle tests with backtracking is 10910.96 ms, while the brute force algorithm takes longer, around 15871.90 ms.

Abstract

Primary health care services serve as the frontline of public health development. Health cadres play a strategic role as intermediaries between communities and health facilities, yet their capacity remains limited. This community service project aimed to analyze the impact of strengthening cadres’ roles through structured training on knowledge, skills, attitudes, and self-efficacy in improving access to and quality of primary health care services in Jekek Village, Nganjuk Regency. The study applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving 25 posyandu cadres. The evaluation showed a 25% increase in cadres’ knowledge based on pre- and post-test results. Community participation in posyandu increased by 20%, and cadres demonstrated improved skills in health data recording and communication with residents. Furthermore, the establishment of a communication forum between cadres, the puskesmas, and the village government contributed to the sustainability of the program. The findings highlight that effective empowerment strategies include continuous training, area-based mentoring, and non-financial incentives such as social recognition and competency certification. Empowerment through a participatory approach was proven to enhance access and quality of primary health care services and strengthen community-based health systems, although limited training opportunities and logistical constraints remain challenges. Sustainable policy support is therefore needed to further strengthen cadres’ capacity in primary health care delivery.
