Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai Tambah yang diperoleh dari Pengolahan Kopi Asalan Manjadi Grade 1 pada PT.Indo CafCo Kampung Mongal Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Hayami.Hasil penelitian ini nilai faktor konversi dihitung berdasarkan pembagian antara nilai output yang dihasilkan dengan nilai input yang digunakan sehingga didapatkan nilai 0,82 dan 0,14 berdasarkan perhitungan, artinya setiap satu kilogram biji kopi asalan yang diolah akan menghasilkan 0,82 kg biji kopi grade 1 dan 0,14 biji kopi pesel atau setiap penambahan 10.000 kg biji kopi asalan akan menghasilkan 8.234 kg biji kopi grade 1 dan 1.383 kg biji kopi pesel. Upah rata-rata dalam proses pengolahan biji kopi asalan menjadi biji kopi grade 1 pada tahun 2016 adalah Rp 113.473,93 per HKP. Sumbangan input lain dalam menghasilkan biji kopi grade 1 adalah sebesar Rp 323,15. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan 1 kg biji kopi asalan menjadi biji kopi grade 1 di PT. Indo Cafco adalah Rp 3.374,05/kg, dengan rasio 6,02%. Pendapatan bagi tenaga kerja langsung pada proses pengolahan biji kopi grade 1 adalah sebesar Rp 718,29 yang artinya bagian tenaga kerja terhadap nilai tambah pada pengolahan biji kopi asalan adalah sebesar 21,29 persen. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari pengolahan satu kilogram biji kopi asalan menjadi biji kopi grade 1 adalah sebesar Rp 2.655,76 per kilogram bahan baku. Nilai tersebut merupakan nilai tambah bersih karena sudah dikurangi dengan imbalan tenaga kerja langsung. Tingkat keuntungan pengolahan biji kopi sebesar 78,71 persen. Marjin yang diperoleh dari hasil analsis nilai tambah pengolahan biji kopi asalan sebesar Rp 3.697,20 per kilogram bahan baku. Besarnya marjin akan didistribusikan kepada faktor-faktor produksi yang terdiri dari 19,43 persen untuk imbalan tenaga kerja, 8,74 persen untuk sumbangan input lain, serta 71,83 persen untuk keuntungan PT. Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memungkinkan [kelompok sasaran] untuk melakukan [nama kegiatan pengabdian] dengan melaksanakannya. Dalam hal ini, kami berkonsentrasi pada [aspek/aspek tertentu], melibatkan [mitra lokal/organisasi]. Metode pelaksanaan menggabungkan pendekatan ilmiah dengan pengetahuan lokal. Termasuk dalam hasil kegiatan adalah [hasil utama], yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka menguntungkan [kelompok sasaran]. Selain itu, tindakan ini berkontribusi pada [lokasi] melalui [hasil kedua]. Kegiatan ini dievaluasi untuk memastikan bahwa mereka bertahan lama dan dapat digunakan di tempat lain. Penulisan ilmiah adalah bagian penting dari akademik.[i] mahasiswa, sebagai komponen penting dari masyarakat, harus aktif terlibat dalam kegiatan akademik, terutama penulisan ilmiah. Penulisan ilmiah adalah proses menulis karya ilmiah. Pengutipan dan daftar pustaka merupakan standar penulisan ilmiah yang harus dipenuhi. Penulis menemukan bahwa banyak mahasiswa tidak memahami apa itu penulisan ilmiah dan etika. Sangat disayangkan ketidakpahaman ini di tengah upaya pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan, termasuk universitas, untuk meningkatkan budaya riset kampus. Penulis mengajarkan mahasiswa penulisan pengutipan sebagai bagian dari upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan budaya riset di kampus untuk memenuhi Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan riset partisipatif, yang mengharuskan mahasiswa mengambil bagian dalam kegiatan selama dua minggu. Hasilnya, mahasiswa dapat memahami dan menerapkan

Abstract

PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau is a company focused on providing essential building materials in Riau Province. This is driven by the rapid development in the region, including office infrastructure and road networks. The company was established to support the significant growth of construction in Riau, and due to its high competitiveness, it must maintain strong performance both in terms of product quality and customer service. To ensure that the quality and services provided by PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau align with the company's vision and mission, it is essential to evaluate the extent to which the organization’s IT goals support its overall business objectives. This evaluation is carried out using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on the EDM (Evaluate, Direct, Monitor) domain. The research process involves three stages of analysis: assessing the current IT capability level, identifying the desired capability level, and analyzing the gap between the two. Data for this study were collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that the IT processes at PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau have been effectively implemented, achieved, and well-managed.

Abstract

This service presents the results of activities carried out at PT PLN (Persero) Aceh Distribution Unit, focusing on designing a web-based automatic certificate generation system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The main goal of the development of this system is to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the process of creating certificates that were previously done manually. Through the needs analysis, it was found that the current manual system resulted in delays and errors in the management of certificate data. The SDLC method was chosen to ensure that system development is carried out in a structured manner, from needs analysis to system maintenance.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru memiliki peran kritis dalam mendorong kemandirian siswa melalui implementasi kebijakan pendidikan yang efektif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pendekatan komprehensif dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong kemandirian siswa. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, difusi ipteks, pelatihan, mediasi, dan advokasi dengan melibatkan 45 guru dari Yayasan Perguruan IRA, SD IRA dan SMP IRA selama tiga bulan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian workshop, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung pengembangan rencana pembelajaran inovatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi guru, dengan rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pedagogis sebesar 23,4%, profesional 23,8%, dan pemahaman kebijakan pendidikan mencapai 31,6%. Sebanyak 78% guru berhasil merancang strategi pembelajaran berbasis problem-solving dan inquiry learning. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mentransformasi praktik mengajar dan mendorong implementasi kebijakan pendidikan yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan potensi siswa melalui pengembangan kemandirian.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Tootor Coffee Takengon. This study aims to determine how the effect of Price (X1), Store Atmosphere(X2), and Foof Product Quality (X3) on Buying Interest (Y) of Tootor Coffee Takengon Customers. The population in this study is the population in Central Aceh. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling and accidental sampling. With the Lemeshow method, the research sample was 98 respondents. The research was conducted from February to August 2022. Data processing was processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application with multiple linear regression models. Source of data is primary data taken directly from respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test, it can be seen that the product, service quality, price, and store atmosphere variables together influence consumer buying interest at Tootor Coffee Takengon. This can be seen through the obtained Ftest, namely Fcount = 659,591 > Ftable = 1,985. The results of this study indicate that price has the most significant effect on consumer buying interest to eat/drink at Tootor Coffee. These results illustrate that Tootor Coffee is in accordance with what consumers expect, so that consumers feel satisfied and loyal to eat and drink at this café.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Company's Reputation, Product Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty of one-door refrigerators product in Takengon City. The research uses a quantitative research approach with associative methods. The population in the study amounted to 251 customers of the Sinar Matahari store in Takengon City, with a total sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, with the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The research data is sourced from primary data and the data collection process uses interviews, questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the results of the t test for the Company's Reputation variable are 1.222 and significant 0.226 > 0.05, which means that the Company's Reputation partially has no positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Product Quality variable is -0.642 and significant 0.000 > 0 0.05, which means that the location partially has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the price variable is 4.137 and significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that the price partially has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the F test are 20.860 and a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that the company's reputation, product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the R2 test show that the Adjusted R Square value of 0.471 means that 47.1% of consumer satisfaction can be obtained and is explained by the variables of Company Reputation, Product Quality and Price.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether supervision, leadership, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 42 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that partial supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2.364 > ttable 2.024 and significant 0.011 <0.05. Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2,303 > ttable 2,024 and significant 0,011 < 0,05. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2.837 > ttable 2.024 and significant 0.007 <0.05. Supervision, leadership, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where Fcount 39.604 > Ftable 2.85 and significant 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation, work itself, promotion, work supervision, and co-workers partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method with the help of the SPSS version 20.0 program. This research uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The population in this study were all employees of the operational division at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division, and a sample of 82 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis test show that the components that most influence job satisfaction are compensation with eigenvalues of 2,644 and the work itself with eigenvalues of 1,274. The results of the study harmed job satisfaction and the work itself had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. Compensation and the work itself simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division.
