Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the mediation effect of investment efficiency (ROA) and the moderation effect of Syariah in the relationship of free cash flow on firm value (Tobin q). Research population involved all manufacturing companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2012-2018. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique and the obtained sample was 36 companies with total observation of 252. Hypothesis test was conducted with PLS-SEM analysis technique supported by software WarpPLS 5.0. Type of data was data panel with observation period from 2012 to 2018. Several empirical results were obtained. First, free cash flow has positive and significant effect on firm value. Second, free cash flow has positive and significant effect on investment efficiency. Third, investment efficiency has positive and significant effect on firm value. Fourth, Syariah does not have moderation effect in the relationship of free cash flow on firm value. Last, investment efficiency mediates partially the effect of free cash flow on firm value. From these results, several conclusions were made. Firm value can be indirectly affected through intervening variable. Mediation role played by investment efficiency informs that investment efficiency proxied by ROA can alleviate the contradictive results of empirical studies (research gap) concerning the effect of free cash flow on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to determine the integration of multidisciplinary science in community-based mangrove forest management. The object of writing is the mangrove forest in Bagan Serdang, Pantai Labu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Community-based mangrove forest management is an important approach to ensure the sustainability of the ecosystem and the welfare of local communities. This scientific paper explores the integration of legal, state administration, economic, and accounting aspects in community-based mangrove forest management. By highlighting the importance of cooperation between various disciplines and compliance with regulations, this scientific paper seeks to provide a comprehensive framework for managing mangrove forests effectively and sustainably. The results of the discussion of this scientific paper are 1. The importance of the legal aspect to educate the public about the potential for conflict and customary law that applies among the community in the management of mangrove forests, 2) in the aspect of administrative science, it is necessary to accommodate the social response of the community to the regional regulations that are made, 3) The economic aspect is the need to educate the community in empowering mangrove forests in producing economic value such as ecotourism and processing of mangrove forest resources that can have economic value, 4) The accounting aspect is by suggesting the application of the mangrove kite concept, namely by involving 4 elements in the management of mangrove forests, namely: Government, Academics, Community and Private. From the results of this scientific paper, it is hoped that it can provide education to the community in optimizing the use of mangrove forests from the integration of various fields of science and will be able to provide solutions to obstacles that will occur.

Abstract

The development of the banking world in Indonesia is very rapid and modern, in both aspects variety of banking products as well as the quality and technology they have. The competition Competitiveness spurs companies to develop new innovations according to developments period with the aim of attracting consumer interest in using each product and make him a regular customer. This article reviews the factors that influence Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, namely: Service Quality and Trust. A literature study Marketing Management. The method for writing this scientific article is a qualitative method and literature study or library research. The purpose of writing a literature review article This marketing management is to develop hypotheses that can be used for further research. The results of this literature review article are 1) Service quality influence on customer satisfaction. 2) Trust influences satisfaction customer. 3) Quality of service influences customer loyalty. 4) Trust influence on customer loyalty. 5) Customer satisfaction towards loyalt customer.

Penelitian Ini Membahas Tentang Pengaruh Customer Relathionship Management (Crm) Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Itervening Pada Cv Surya Pratama Indonesia Penelitian Ini Terdiri Dari 3 Variabel Penelitian ,Yaitu Sebagai Variabel Idependent Adalah Yaitu Customer Relathionship Management (Crm) Sebagai (X) Dan Variabel Dependent Varibel Loyalitas Pelanggan Sebagai (Y) Dan Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai (W) Variabel Intervening .Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pengaruh 1). Customer Relationship Managemen T(Crm) Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Cv. Surya Pratama Indonesia 2). Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Padacv. Surya Pratama Indonesia Perkasa Beralamat Di Jl. Boulevard Barat Raya R.7 No.57 Kec.Percut Sei Tuan. Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Adapun Populasi Penelitian Ini Adalah Adalah Seluruh Konsumencv. Surya Pratama Indonesia Perkasa Yang Berjumlah 150 Orang. Dengan Pengambilan Sampel Ukuran Yang Diperoleh Sebesar 30 Konsumen. Kriteria Penyebaran Angket Diantaranya Customer Relationship Management, Loyalitas Pelanggan Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Metode Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Yaitu Interview (Wawancara), Quesioner (Angket) Dan Observasi. Kesimpulan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Berdasarkan Hasil Uji T Yang Dapat Dilihat Pada Tabel Di Atas Diperoleh Nilai T Tabel = Pada N-K (30-1) Adalah 29 Pada Taraf Signifikan 5% (0,05) Adalah 1.70113. Selanjutnya, Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Secara Parsial Dapat Diuraikan Dari Nilai Yang Didapat Pada Variabel Crm Diperoleh Nilai Thitung Yang Diperoleh Dari Tabel Diatas Untuk Variabel Crm Yaitu Sebesar 18,355 Berarti Thitung>Ttabel (18,355 > 1.70113) Dan Signifikan Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 Artinya Crm (X) Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Maka H1 Diterima. Berdasarkan Hasil Uji T Yang Dapat Dilihat Pada Tabel Di Atas Diperoleh Nilai T Tabel = Pada N-K (30-2) Adalah 28 Pada Taraf Signifikan 5% (0,05) Adalah 1.70113. Selanjutnya, Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Secara Parsial Dapat Diuraikan Dari Nilai Yang Didapat Pada Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan Diperoleh Nilai Thitung Yang Diperoleh Dari Tabel Diatas Untuk Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan Yaitu Sebesar 0,919 Berarti Thitung>Ttabel (5,952 > 1.70113) Dan Signifikan Sebesar 0,366 > 0,05 Artinya Kepuasan Pelanggan (W) Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Maka H2 Ditolak. Berdasarkan Hasil Uji T Yang Dapat Dilihat Pada Tabel Di Atas Diperoleh Nilai T Tabel = Pada N-K (30-1) Adalah 29 Pada Taraf Signifikan 5% (0,05) Adalah 1.69913. Selanjutnya, Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Secara Parsial Dapat Diuraikan Dari Nilai Yang Didapat Pada Variabel Crm Diperoleh Nilai Thitung Yang Diperoleh Dari Tabel Diatas Untuk Variabel Crm Yaitu Sebesar 13,212 Berarti Thitung>Ttabel (13,212 > 1.69913) Dan Signifikan Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 Artinya Crm (X) Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (W) Maka H3 Diterima. Berdasarkan Uji Sobel Yang Telah Dilakukan, Diketahui Bahwa Hasil Dari Two-Tailed Probability-Nya Adalah 0.35752871. Selanjutnya, Untuk Mengetahui Apakah Variabel Intervening Yang Diteliti Berpengaruh Terhadap Variabel Dependennya Adalah Hasil Uji Sobel < 0.05. Setelah Dihitung Melalui Sobel Test Calculator, Didapatkan Bahwa 0.35752871 > 0.05 Maka Disimpulkan Bahwa Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (W) Sebagai Variabel Intervening, Tidak Berpengaruh Baik Pada Variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Employing a systematic literature review and thematic analysis methodology, the research delves into the role of platform-based business models, digital marketing strategies, and emerging trends within the digital landscape. The study reveals that platform ecosystems play a pivotal role in driving value creation and innovation, serving as catalysts for entrepreneurship by providing essential infrastructure and opportunities for value exchange. Additionally, it emphasizes the significance of data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics in optimizing digital marketing strategies, enabling businesses to deliver personalized experiences and drive engagement across multiple channels. Key findings include the transformative implications of platform-based business models for various stakeholders, the importance of user-centric design principles in enhancing customer experiences, and the challenges posed by regulatory compliance and technological integration. The study contributes to theoretical understanding by elucidating the complexities of digital entrepreneurship and marketing, while also offering practical implications for entrepreneurs to navigate the competitive digital marketplace successfully.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce an application to help MSMEs in calculating the cost of goods produced, predicting selling prices with competitive margin levels and producing financial reports that can be used as supporting data in making business decisions. The cost of goods is urgently studied because the determination of the wrong cost of goods and not in accordance with the business carried out by MSME entrepreneurs will have an impact on the selling price set. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection techniques are carried out using a combination of Observation, interviews, surveys and FGDs and data analysis using full costing, and descriptive analysis. User satisfaction is measured using webqual 4.0. The results of the study produce an application for cost of goods, contribution margins and selling price projections. Keywords: Cost Price, Selling Price, Application Utilization, MSMEs Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan apalikasi  untuk membantu UMKM dalam menghitung harga pokok barang yang dihasilkan, memprediksi harga jual dengan tingkat margin yang kompetitiv serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai data dukung dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Harga pokok menjadi urgen diteliti karena penetapan harga pokok yang salah dan tidak sesuai dengan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha UMKM akan berdampak pada harga jual yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi Observasi, wawancara, survei dan FGD serta analisis data menggunakan full costing, dan analisis deskripsi. Kepuasan pengguna diukur menggunakan webqual 4.0. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan aplikasi harga pokok, margin kontribusi dan proyeksi harga jual. Kata kunci: Harga Pokok, Harga Jual, Pemanfaatan Aplikasi, UMKM

Abstract

Research to determine the influence of compensation, organizational culture, style leadership and work discipline on job satisfaction of Sari Laut Restaurant employees Medan fishermen. With descriptive methods, This type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample for this research was 110 employees at the company employee. Analysis uses multiple linear regression models. Results testing which shows that partially or simultaneously the compensation variable, organizational culture, leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study explores the strategic transformation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the context of technological advancement, employee-centric practices, and sustainability integration. As HRM evolves from a traditional administrative function to a strategic organizational driver, technologies such as Big Data Analytics (BDA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and HR Analytics play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making. These tools enhance employee attrition prediction, improve person-organization fit, and strengthen employer branding. Simultaneously, Strategic HRM (SHRM) emphasizes the alignment of HR policies with long-term organizational goals, contributing significantly to performance outcomes. Beyond operational efficiency, this paper highlights the growing importance of employee engagement, well-being, and sustainable HRM practices that support a healthy, inclusive, and balanced work environment. Sustainable HRM links employee well-being with organizational productivity while addressing social, environmental, and economic dimensions. The Dynamic Capability Theory provides the theoretical lens to understand how agile HR systems enhance organizational resilience and competitiveness amid rapidly changing business environments. This study formulates twelve hypotheses focusing on four key dimensions: technology integration in HRM, strategic HRM and performance, employee-centric practices, and industry-specific competency challenges. The hypothesized model outlines relationships between independent variables (technology, HRM strategy, competencies), mediating factors (psychological/social aspects, managerial roles), and dependent outcomes (performance, turnover, innovation, commitment). By synthesizing recent literature and identifying theoretical gaps—particularly in the areas of sustainability, social network utilization, and non-R&D employee innovation—this study contributes to advancing HRM research and proposes pathways for future exploration that are inclusive, data-driven, and aligned with dynamic organizational needs.

Abstract

PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau is a company focused on providing essential building materials in Riau Province. This is driven by the rapid development in the region, including office infrastructure and road networks. The company was established to support the significant growth of construction in Riau, and due to its high competitiveness, it must maintain strong performance both in terms of product quality and customer service. To ensure that the quality and services provided by PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau align with the company's vision and mission, it is essential to evaluate the extent to which the organization’s IT goals support its overall business objectives. This evaluation is carried out using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on the EDM (Evaluate, Direct, Monitor) domain. The research process involves three stages of analysis: assessing the current IT capability level, identifying the desired capability level, and analyzing the gap between the two. Data for this study were collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that the IT processes at PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Riau have been effectively implemented, achieved, and well-managed.

Abstract

In today's digital age, information systems are the backbone of various organizations' operations, yet they are vulnerable to increasingly complex cybersecurity threats. Information system auditing plays a crucial role in ensuring system security and reliability, but conventional audit methods are beginning to face various limitations, particularly in handling large volumes of data and detecting threats quickly. This study aims to analyze the role, benefits, and challenges of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology into the information system audit process. Using a literature review method, this research found that AI can enhance audit effectiveness through data analysis automation, real-time fraud detection, and optimizing auditors' roles in strategic analysis. However, the implementation of AI still faces issues such as data quality, algorithm transparency, potential bias, auditor readiness, and the need for strong regulation and governance. This study recommends the need for synergy between technology, policy, infrastructure, and human resource competencies to ensure the effective and responsible implementation of AI in information system auditing in modern business environments.
