Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that influence the development of behavior and language in early childhood during the pandemic. The type of this research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were early childhood (2-3 years) totaling 4 children, as well as 4 mothers of these children. The data in this qualitative research were obtained through observation and interviews. Where observations were made on the activities of these children, while interviews were conducted on the mothers of these children. The results of this study indicate that there are factors that influence the development of behavior and language in early childhood during the pandemic. And the developmental factors of the four children are different. In general, the factors that influence the development of early childhood behavior consist of habits, imitation, family environment, media, and learning. While the factors that influence the language development of children consist of intelligence (the process of acquiring knowledge), parental experience/experience, educational status, number of children/number of family members, gender, and bilingualism.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to know the effect of organizational structure and teams processes toward decision making of elementary school principals in Ternate Municipality. This study consisted of two exogenous variable, they are organizational structure and endogenous variable is decision making of elementary schools principals. The population of this study was all of the elementary school principals in Ternate, they were 100 respondents. The sample was taken by applying simple random sampling. The total sample of this study was 80 principals. The result of study showed that, (1) There is a significant direct effect of organizational structure toward decision making.(2) There is a significant direct effect of team processes toward decision making. (3) There is a significant direct effect of organizational structure toward team processes.Based on the result of this study, the researcher suggested to the principals in order to improve the organizational structure and team processes in school organization so they could make decision effectively, and finally the school goal achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Guru.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  Guru SMP Negeri Kota Ternate, yang berjumlah 120 orang dan pengambilan sampel 92 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah proporsional random sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien jalur sebesar 0.240 dan nilai  thitung sebesar 2,68, thitung =2,68>ttabel =1,99 pada α= 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, artinya jika kualitas kehidupan kerja meningkat maka produktivitas kerja akan meningkat. Dengan demikian kualitas kehidupan kerja yang baik, akan meningkatnya produktivitas kerja guru  secara efektif, efisien dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi kearifan lokal Maluku Utara dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Ternate. Kearifan lokal seperti nilai-nilai Islam dalam budaya Kesultanan Ternate-Tidore, tradisi lisan, dan adat istiadat lokal dijadikan pendekatan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketertarikan peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Peneliti juga berperan langsung sebagai guru SKI yang mengimplementasikan integrasi tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal membuat siswa lebih mudah memahami materi dan merasa terhubung secara emosional dengan sejarah Islam yang diajarkan. Narasi sejarah yang relevan dengan identitas kultural siswa meningkatkan antusiasme dan partisipasi mereka di kelas. FGD dengan guru dan tokoh adat mengungkapkan bahwa metode ini mendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman secara alami. Namun, keterbatasan bahan ajar berbasis lokal menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi melalui kolaborasi antara pendidik dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyusunan kurikulum tematik berbasis budaya lokal untuk memperkuat pembelajaran SKI yang bermakna

Abstract

 This study aims to know how the students' motivation of learning English, how is the teacher's way to motivate students to learn English, and how the effect of learning management on students. The method use was descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by doing observation, interviews, documentation, and questions. The results of this study stated that students were motivated to learn English caused by two factors, which are an internal stimulus and external stimulus. A teacher should know first these two things before determining what appropriate method to apply. The good of teacher's learning management would help students learning English. Smart students should not always be allowed to work alone in group assignments. This method makes students with the type of external stimulus even more unmotivated. Keywords: Efforts, Motivation, Managing Class.
