Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of Islamic education as a means of rehabilitation, preventive, curative, and moral formation strategies among students in Madrasas. The type of research used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by using, observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions, the object of research is carried out at MTS Ma'arif Boyolali. The results of this study show that: (1) There are three types of student problems related to delinquency in Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Ma'arif Boyolali, namely mild delinquency that does not reach violations of the law, moderate delinquency that has the potential to violate the law, severe delinquency that is classified as a violation of the law; (2) The factors causing student delinquency in Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Ma'arif Boyolali are the family environment (broken home), and the school environment (promiscuity); (3). The teacher's strategy to overcome student delinquency in Madrasah Tsanawiyyah Ma'arif Boyolali uses preventive, curative, and rehabilitation strategies (healing) in collaboration with counselling guidance teachers to create participant morale following applicable student norms and behave better.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the correlation between Islamic law (fiqh) and Sharia economics in Indonesia, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. The research methods used are literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review from various relevant sources, including academic literature, official documents, and case studies related to the implementation of Islamic law in the economic context in Indonesia. The results showed that the correlation between Islamic law and Sharia economics in Indonesia is very significant. Fiqh, as the foundation of Islamic law, has a major impact on the development and implementation of Islamic economic principles in Indonesia. Various aspects of Islamic law such as muamalah (economic transactions), zakat, waqf, and others, provide a strong theoretical foundation for the practice of Islamic economics in Indonesia. However, there are challenges in integrating fiqh with Islamic economic practices in Indonesia, including in terms of harmonization between the principles of Islamic law and existing government regulations. In addition, public awareness and understanding of Islamic law and sharia economics also play an important role in the successful implementation and development of the sharia economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui eternalisasi nilai-nilai bijak syair-syair Imam Syafi’i yang begitu fenomenal dan menggugah para aktivis dan akademisi di belahan dunia. Syair-syairnya yang begitu kontekstual dirasa sangat eternal bisa dipakai di manapun dan kapanpun jua. Untuk itu rumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Mengungkap eternalisasi syair-syair Imam Syafii yang bermuatan ajakan dan ajaran kebijakan yang sering dijadikan rujukan para akademisi? 2). Kontekstualisasi kekinian makna nilai-nilai bijak yang ada di dalam syair tersebut?. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif–kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi, kebahasaan (linguistic), interpretasi (hermeunetika), dan normative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Ditemukan beberapa syair imam syafi’i yang sangat eternal serta mampu menggugah para aktivis dan akademisi, diantaranya: “Ilmuku tetap selalu bersamaku, jikalau aku menghafalnya ia berguna untukku, hatiku adalah penampungnya, tidak sekedar tutup kotak”; “Apabila aku berada di rumah, maka ilmuku juga di rumah bersamaku, dan jika aku di pasar, maka ilmuku pun jua ikut di pasar”. 2). Kontekstualisasi makna dalam syair imam syafi’i mencangkup beberapa ajaran bijak, diantaranya: a). Berisikan ajaran tentang keutamaan mencari ilmu, b). Pentingnya ilmu dan etika mencari ilmu, c). Ajaran etika dan moral, seperti konsepsi zuhud, menjaga lisan dan perkataan, tulus dan ikhlas, jujur dan amanah, tawakkal dan tawadhu’, serta selalu mau evaluasi diri, d). Semangat bersosial kemasyarakatan, agar tetap selalu rukun, toleran, dan menjaga pergaulan. Dalam penelitian ini ternyata ditemukan banyak sekali nilai-nilai bijak yang sangat berharga, kontekstual, kekinian, dan eternal yang layak diteladani dalam syair-syair bijak Imam Syafi'i.
