Abstract

The Corona Virus Diseases 19 (COVID-19) pandemic causes uncertainty, many educational institutions are unable to carry out face-to-face learning processes due to the impact of distance restrictions. Advances in communication and information technology in the world of education, one of the supporters of educators in developing learning media, utilizes the e-learning system to increase the flexibility of learning and teaching. By using digital literacy, learning media can be easily accessed anytime and anywhere. The use of computers and smartphones proves that SMAN 1 Kotaagung (Public Senior High School 1 Kotaagung) has started using digital literacy in the teaching and learning process as well as when looking for sources of learning materials, such as text, images, and video teaching materials that are carried out by both teachers and students.

Abstract

In this disruptive era, information systems are a basic need in every field that we do. Almost all jobs have an information system that is used to help complete the work so that it becomes more effective. Libraries process a lot of data that must be processed properly and quickly so that they can provide maximum service to customers. In addition to the information system built to manage all data, information system security must be a major concern so that data can be stored safely and avoid attacks or defacements from irresponsible people. One way to secure the information system that we create is to separate the model view and controller so that the system will be difficult to hack or disable. With the CodeIgniter Framework, it will be easier for us to create a secure website because CodeIgniter has a Model View Controller (MVC) concept.

Abstract

The process of accepting new students at Taman-Siswa of  Senior High School has so been manual namely, prospective students register with a writer on the registration form. So recapitulated by new student committee into the computer. In the process of recapitulating only Microsoft Office was for managing and haven't used an information system so need a long time and was found less effective. A Decision Support System (SPK) is an interactive information system interactive that provides information, modelling and data manipulation. This system is used to assist decision-making in semi-structured and unstructured situations. The SAW method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The Decision Support System uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. used to provide recommendations to students to choose majors. The result of the system calculation is the ranking of the scores for Mathematics Report Cards, Indonesian Language Report Scores, English Report Scores, Science Report Scores, IPS Report Scores, Science Interests, Social Science Interests, Science Parents' Advice, IPS Parents' Advice wished for next developing in information system It has interactive facilities based on Android which can be installed on the smartphones of all concerned users. Information system websites for acceptance and determination of majors would be better if facilitated by an SMS Gateway to remind online test schedules.

Abstract

The increasing importance of digital archival systems in managing legal data efficiently. The methods section describes the use of a descriptive approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design, emphasizing the systematic analysis of document storage needs at the Central Lampung district attorney's office. Major findings include the inefficiencies of the existing manual archival system, the necessity for a digital archiving solution, and the benefits of UML implementation in improving system efficiency and reliability. The discussion delves into the implications of transitioning to a digital system, such as enhanced accuracy, improved efficiency, and the promotion of collaboration among legal professionals. Suggestions and implications focus on the need for continuous monitoring, staff training, and exploring advanced technologies like artificial intelligence for automated document management. The abstract encapsulates the study's key components, findings, and recommendations, providing a concise yet informative summary of the research on digital archival systems in prosecutorial offices.

Abstract

Proses peneriamaan siswa baru di SMA Taman Siswa selama ini masih bersifat manual yaitu calon siswa registrasi dengan menulis pada formulir pendaftaran, kemudian di rekap oleh panitia PSB kedalam komputer. Dalam proses rekap data panitia hanya menggunakan Microsoft Office dalam mengolah data dan belum menggunakan sebuah sistem informasi sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan dirasa kurang efektif. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan sistem informasi interaktif yang menyediakan informasi, pemodelan dan pemanipulasian data. Sistem ini digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi yang semi terstruktur dan situasi yang tidak terstruktur. Metode SAW sering juga dikenal istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut.Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pada siswa untuk memilih jurusan. Hasil dari perhitungan sistem merupakan perangkingan dari nilai Nilai Rapot Matematika, Nilai Rapot Bahasa Indonesia, Nilai Rapot Bahasa Inggris, Nilai Rapot IPA, Nilai Rapot IPS, Minat IPA, Minat IPS, Saran Orang Tua IPA, Saran Orang Tua IPS Diharapkan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut pada sistem informasi ini memiliki fasilitas interaktif berbasis android yang dapat di install di smartphone seluruh user yang bersangkutan. Website sistem informasi penerimaan dan penentuan jurusan akan lebih baik apabila difasilitasi SMS Gateway untuk mengingatkan jadwal test online.

Abstract

Saat ini pengelolaan data pegawai, penilaian kinerja, surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan kegiatan rutin dilakukan oleh kasubbag Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Mesuji Sekampung Bandar Lampung. Pengelolaan dokumen masih menggunakan microsoft office dan harus di cetak terlebih dahulu apabila dokemen ingin diserahkan kepada pegawai lainnya, sehingga selain lambatnya proses pengiriman dokumen tentunya berkas dokumen yang semakin bertumpuk tidak dapat dihindari. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metodologi Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSAD). Metodologi ini memiliki beberapa tahapan penting yang harus dilakukan dalam merancang dan membangun e - document pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Mesuji Sekampung Bandar LampungSistem yang akan dibangun ditujukan untuk melakukan pengelolaan data E – document pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Mesuji Sekampung Bandar Lampung berbasis website, sehingga dapat dihasilkan proses kerja yang lebih baik dan maksimal dengan menggunakan penyimpanan data yang tersentralisasi pada database yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan penambahan data, pencarian, dan publikasi data dengan menggunakan teknologi komputerAplikasi E- document akan lebih baik apabila dikembangkan menjadi berbasis android ataupun mobile agar dapat mudah di akses melalui perangkat handphone seluruh pegawai pada Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Mesuji Sekampung Bandar Lampung

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is currently growing very rapidly. Various sectors have taken advantage of this technological advancement, including the wedding organizer business. This is indicated by changes in the management of work, which was previously done manually, now using technology. This research aims to overcome the problems of the semi-manual system used by Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer, where customers must come directly to obtain booking information and data is recorded in a book, so that data can be lost or damaged and can cause redundancy of schedule data.  In this study using the agile software development system development method. Using data collection techniques of interviews, observations and literature studies. This system was developed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language using the SQLyog database. The result of this research is an ordering and scheduling information system that is able to facilitate the ordering process, check the availability of service dates and support the operational efficiency of Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer. In conclusion, this booking and scheduling information system makes it easy for customers to place orders and check date availability, and helps Sri Kadarsih Wedding Organizer to schedule orders more efficiently, reduce the risk of errors, and improve the accuracy of managing event schedules.
