Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan resiliensi guru selama masa pandemi Covid-19 pada guru sekolah menengah atas di Maumere. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini skala efikasi diri dan skala resiliensi. Skala efikasi diri memiliki rentang korelasi validitas sebesar 0,301 sampai 0,710 dan total item valid sebanyak 20 item. Skala resiliensi memiliki rentang korelasi validitas sebesar 0,335 sampai 0,659 dan total item valid sebanyak 15 item. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan resiliensi pada Guru selama pandemi covid-19 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.480 pada taraf signifikan 0.000 (p<0.05). Korelasi tersebut menunjukan adanya hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dan resiliensi pada guru. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and teacher resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic for high school teachers in Maumere. This research is a quantitative research with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The scale used in this study is a selfefficacy scale and a resilience scale. The self-efficacy scale has a correlation validity range of 0.301 to 0.710 and a total of 20 valid items. The resilience scale has a correlation validity range of 0.335 to 0.659 and a total of 15 valid items. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and resilience in teachers during the covid-19 pandemic with a correlation coefficient of 0.480 at a significant level of 0.000 (p<0.05). The correlation shows a positive relationship between self-efficacy and resilience in teachers.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dapat menyesuaikan diri dan bertahan dengan permasalahan akademik yang terjadi, karena mahasiswa memiliki resiliensi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan resiliensi akademik ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel incidental melalui google form. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen resiliensi akademik yang disusun oleh Hardiansyah, dkk. Total aitem berjumlah 27 aitem, semua aitem valid dengan rentang korelasi validitas 0,432 – 0,693 dengan reliabilitas 0,932. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan independent-samples t-test adalah nilai sig. 0,204 > 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan secara signifikan antara resiliensi akademik mahasiswa perempuan dan laki-laki. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi akademik mahasiswa tidak dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin. Artinya faktor gender tidak berpengaruh pada tingkat resiliensi akademik mahasiswa. The covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on students. Students can adapt and survive with academic problems that accur, because students have academic resilience. This study aims to determine differences in academic resilience in terms of gender in students. This research is included in quantitative research with sampling technique using incidental samples via google form. Methods of data collection using academic resilience instrumens compiled by Hardiansyah, et al. The total number of items is 27 items, all items are valid with a validity correlation range of 0,432-0,693 with a reliability of 0,932. The results of hypothesis testing using independent-samples t-test are sig. values 0,204 > 0,05, this indicates that there is no significant difference between the academic resilience of female and male students. This shows that the academic resilience of students is not influenced by gender. This means that the gender factor has no effect on the level of student academic resilience.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap kecanduan game online pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 60 remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 (dua) skala yaitu skala kontrol diri dan skala kecanduan game online. Uji analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kontrol diri terhadap kecanduan game online pada remaja dengan taraf signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000<0,05, artinya ada pengaruh negatif kontrol diri terhadap kecanduan game online. Artinya semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah kecanduan game online pada remaja, sebaliknya semakin rendah kontrol diri maka semakin tinggi kecanduan game online pada remaja. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of self-control on online game addiction in adolescent. The type of research was quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 60 adolescents. This research used 2 scales, namely self-control and online game addiction. The analysis method was simple linear regression. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the results of the research showed a significant effect of selfcontrol on online game addiction with a significance level (p) of 0,000 <0,05. It means that there was a negative effect of self control on online game addiction

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence against children always increase every year, seeing this, to reduce the rate of growth in the occurrence of sexual violence, one of the efforts made is to carry out psychoeducation for elementary school students with the theme of body parts that can and cannot be touched by people. other. This aims to provide understanding to children that not all parts of their bodies can be touched by other people, even if it is their own parents. Before carrying out psychoeducation, as a form of community service, direct observations and interviews are carried out with the school principal, guardian. classes and to student representatives regarding knowledge about sexual violence that occurs in schools. The results of the preetest carried out before sexual psychoeducation were 4.9 posttest, so the results obtained were preetest 4.9 < posttest 9.53, meaning that there was an increase in knowledge (cognitive) in children about how to deal with sexual violence in children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning discipline of students at SMP Negeri Alok Maumere. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. Learners in this study amounted to 55 people. This type of research is a quantitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that the description of students' learning discipline was in the moderate category totaling 26 people, with a percentage of 50.9%, meaning that some students already had learning discipline. While some students do not have learning discipline, this can be seen from the indicators found, namely the indicator of being on time in learning which includes coming and going home on time, a mean of 21.25, an indicator of not leaving class, a mean of 19.84, an indicator of completing assignments according to a predetermined time and discipline in preparing learning equipment, a mean of 20.74. Based on the results of the t test on gender, it was found that there was no difference between men and women with a significance result of 0.126 (0.126> 0.05), which means that both men and women have the same opportunity to carry out learning discipline. Judging from the place of residence, namely living with parents with a higher mean test result of 64.5, which means that the role of parents is very important to support student learning discipline.
