Abstract

Cognitive development in early childhood is a gradual process that requires active learning in the school environment. Teachers, as educational agents, play a crucial role in designing educative interactions and understanding the cognitive development of children. According to Jean Piaget's theory, cognitive development in children continues to evolve until it matches the thinking processes of adults. The Independent Kindergarten Education Foundation in Palembang accommodates children with diverse characteristics. To enhance children's focus and attention, the use of play media, especially picture number cards, is considered an effective learning strategy. This service aims to evaluate the impact of using picture number cards on the development of mathematical logic intelligence in children at the Independent Kindergarten. The service method involves planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The sample consists of 12 children, with 6 in the control group and 5 in the experimental group. The results show a significant improvement in children's logic and mathematics learning activities after the implementation of picture number cards. The average posttest scores indicate an improvement from the pretest, particularly in the experimental group. During the service, children are directly and actively involved, making picture number cards a playful tool that facilitates learning. This service contributes positively to the development of mathematical logic intelligence in Taman Kanak-Mandiri Palembang. The learning strategy using picture number cards can be an effective alternative in providing enjoyable educational services that support children's development

Abstract

This project aims to develop and implement an attendance website for Prakerin (Industrial Work Practice) at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing student attendance during the Prakerin program. The use of information technology is expected to facilitate monitoring. The methods used include needs analysis, system design and development, implementation and testing, training and guidance, and evaluation and improvement. The results of this project show that key features such as the attendance dashboard, daily reports, and attendance recapitulation facilitate teachers and supervisors in monitoring student attendance. Additionally, more structured student data management and comprehensive reports and analysis enable better evaluation of the Prakerin program. Evaluation of training performance through pretest and posttest with five users representing teachers, students, and field supervisors showed a significant improvement in understanding and skills in using the website, with an average pretest score of 70.78% and an average posttest score of 89.08%. The training and technical support provided ensure that users can utilize the system optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of this Prakerin attendance website has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of educational management at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang.

Abstract

Community Service activities aim to provide skills to partners in developing interactive multimedia-based learning materials. The method used is the approach method which includes observation, interview and counseling. The implementation of this activity was carried out in two meetings or about two days, where the meeting was in the form of presentation of material, and continued with assistance in making multimedia-based learning materials until completion. The results obtained by participants can create interactive learning media with the Sothink SWF Easy application. The response results from participants gave positive statements.

Abstract

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company.
