Abstract

Climate change has evolved into a pressing global concern, prompting a concerted effort towards achieving net zero emissions as outlined in the Kyoto Protocol and Paris Agreement. In line with this urgency, this research focused on carbon emissions disclosure. This study aims to explore the determinants of carbon emissions disclosure among energy sector companies listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022. Using a purposive sampling technique, we selected a sample of 17 companies based on predetermined criteria. Employing a quantitative approach, specifically panel data regression analysis, we investigated the influence of various factors including company size, profitability, company growth, media exposure, board gender diversity, and carbon trading on carbon emissions disclosure. The results show that the company growth and board diversity gender variables influence carbon emission disclosure, while the carbon trading variables and company characteristics which are proxied by company size, profitability, and media exposure do not affect carbon emission disclosure.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share(TPS) dengan pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) pada materi perubahan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X.4 di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 siklus pembelajaran. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Indikator keberhasilan dianalisis dengan menghitung rerata dan jumlah ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai lebih atau sama dengan 75. Penelitian dinyatakan berhasil jika 85% peserta didik mendapatkan nilai lebih atau sama dengan 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan tipe TPS yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan TaRL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas X.4 di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Mataram secara signifikan. Rerata hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I dan II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Peningkatan hasil belajar ini dapat terjadi karena meningkatnya motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan tanggung jawab peserta didik dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar peserta didik. Seseorang akan mendapatkan keberhasilan dalam belajar apalagi ada keinginan untuk belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning digarapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X.8 SMAN 5 Mataram pada materi perubahan lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus dimana pada siklus II motivasi belajar peserta didik meningkat dibandingkan dengan siklus I yang dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Entrepreneur is a promising profession if it is occupied seriously for the future. On entrepreneur where they could get the opportunity to show their potential fully also could do a change and have freedom to reach the purpose they need without depending on others.Ngringo village as an economic point at Karanganyar regency which putting forward the entrepreneurship side. The independence power of community of Ngringo village has been tested independently by IPD (Development of Village Index) categorize as independent village. It is implied that the Ngringo villages community is much participated on independence as improving their economic. That statement is proved by Ngringo village which placed the 4th of 100 the best village in Indonesia released by village ministry, Development remote village, and transmigration on 2018.Entrepreneurial trend which carrying the economic creative in Ngringo village is developing nowadays, and more spreading by the social development that occurred. The actor of economic creative obviously that is the entrepreneur which actually a young age who trying a new one. The young people paradigm gives different color at Ngringo village. Therefore, the research is going to analyze the link between the spirit of young entrepreneur as an effort of economic creative improvement.This research is done at Ngringo village, Karanganyar regency. The data analyzing method which is used is qualitative method by phenomenology approach by collecting data technique, interview, observation and documentation.The output target is the released of national journal accreditation. The research is expected to be able to give additional insight for the reader and also as the reference of researches at University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta area at the future time.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kepemimpinan dalam organisasi bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan motivasi yang tinggi kepada siswa SMP Al-Azhar Budi Syifa Samarinda dalam berorganisasi dan menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan di Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, mahasiswa mengetahui pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Dan pada akhirnya beberapa mahasiswa ini tertarik untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam organisasi yang mereka ikuti nantinya.

Abstract

Penelitian menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, growth opportunity dan carbon emission disclosure terhadap trading carbon. Kami menggunakan perusahaan-perusahaan sektor energi di Indonesia sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang kami gunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan random effect sebagai estimator yang terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kami menemukan bahwa carbon emission disclosure berpengaruh negatif terhadap trading carbon. Variabel-variabel lain seperti profitabilitas dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap trading carbon. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bertolak belakang antara carbon emission disclosure dengan trading carbon di Indonesia. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik perusahaan mengungkapkan carbon emission-nya, maka kebutuhan perusahaan tersebut untuk melakukan trading carbon menjadi lebih rendah

Abstract

Business development is an indicator of economic progress so that in the process it experiences various kinds of changes which pressure companies to continue to adapt to business developments. The aim of this research is to examine in general the field factors that can influence the increase in positive sentiment towards consumer loyalty through various business strategies. The research methodology is direct observation and is included in the field research category, which is direct observation of the object being studied. This study contains the general population which is interpreted into three objects, namely Toko Emas A, Toko Emas B, and Toko Emas C. The research results show that indirectly Toko Emas A can be said to be superior because of its strategic location, excellent service, and good supporting facilities. can make it easier for consumers, as well as good product displays and layout so as to provide comfort to consumers. Toko Emas A implements marketing strategies well and thoroughly, which will get a positive response and can increase consumer interest in buying the products offered. The compatibility between theoretical knowledge and field implementation so that it can be used as a basis for developing marketing strategies by companies.
