Abstract

This research aims to develop a community-based economic empowerment model through a social entrepreneurship approach as a sustainable rural development strategy. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of economic inequality and low independence of rural communities due to dependence on external assistance. The social entrepreneurship approach is seen as able to be an innovative solution because it combines social values with entrepreneurial principles that are oriented towards economic, social, and environmental sustainability. The research method used was mixed methods with an exploratory stage to explore local potential, followed by the implementation of a community-based participatory model in three pilot villages. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and quantitative surveys that were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the study show that the implementation of community-based social entrepreneurship significantly increases economic capacity, social cohesion, and environmental sustainability of rural communities. The model developed focuses on collaboration between local governments, microfinance institutions, and community groups in building a fair and inclusive economic value chain. In addition, this model succeeds in fostering a spirit of social entrepreneurship that is oriented towards collective well-being, not just financial gain. These findings confirm that community-based economic empowerment through social entrepreneurship can be a strategic framework to strengthen rural economic resilience and support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

External Representation is a learning strategy that is applied to convey the subject matter of teaching to students by using various modes of representation. The mode of representation consists of verbal representations, images, graphics, and mathematics. The application of the RE approach because learners experience learning obstacles to be able to understand newton's law of straight motion that is only conveyed verbally and mathematically. The purpose of this research is to train and improve students' cognitive skills in the domains of C1 (remembering), C2 (understanding), C3 (applying), and C4 (analyzing) in learning Physics. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were selected by purposive sampling. The students of class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences in a high school in West Bandung regency were 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. Measurement of cognitive skills using multiple choice instruments on pre-test and post-test. Analysis to see the increase in students' cognitive skills using normalized gain analysis. The results obtained that the experimental class students have increased to the moderate category with a <g>= 0.41 and students in the control class have a moderate category with a value of <g>= 0.36 from each cognitive domain skill that is trained.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between these variables either separately or together. This research is classified as a correlational research consisting of three independent variables of teacher quality and professionalism, commitment and one variable of educator performance. with a sample of 40. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, where data on the variables of teacher quality, professionalism and commitment are all collected with a questionnaire instrument using a rating scale. All instruments are tested by multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that there is a very significant positive relationship between the quality of teachers' work, commitment, and professionalism and the performance of education personnel. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the performance of educators can be improved through quality, professionalism and commitment. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of financial planning and administration on the realization of budget absorption at the Tangerang City Education and Culture Office. The research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and cumentated studies. The data analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that financial planning and administration have a significant effect on the realization of budget absorption and financial administration causes an increase in the realization of budget absorption. From the test of the determination coefficient, financial planning and administration contribute to the realization of budget absorption. Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of public policy formulation and its implications for community welfare within the context of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The decentralization framework grants local governments greater authority in designing, implementing, and evaluating policies that directly address local needs. However, variations in institutional capacity, leadership quality, stakeholder involvement, and fiscal management often lead to disparities in policy effectiveness. This research employs a qualitative literature review supported by policy analysis to identify key determinants that shape policy outcomes at the local level. The findings reveal that inclusive policy formulation—characterized by participatory decision-making, inter-agency collaboration, and evidence-based approaches significantly contributes to improving public welfare outcomes. Conversely, weaknesses in governance practices, such as limited transparency, low bureaucratic competence, and inadequate budget allocation, hinder policy impact and perpetuate regional inequality. The study underscores that effective policy formulation in the autonomy era requires strengthening institutional capacity, enhancing community engagement, and optimizing local fiscal resources. Ultimately, the research highlights that robust policy design has the potential to accelerate welfare improvement, reduce regional disparities, and support sustainable development at the local government level.
