Abstract

Abstract. The E-Wallet application helps all business transactions, one of which is the culinary business.These online transactions are very helpful to maintain business operations, especially the culinary business in current conditions. This study aims 1) to find out business people using the E-wallet application optimally during the PPKM period. 2) to find out that the use of the E-wallet application is very profitable during the PPKM period. This research method is descriptive qualitative where the researcher conducts observations and interviews on business people, consumers and user informants. From the results of this study, the use of the E-wallet application for business people and consumers is used optimally because it is safe and convenience for transactions. This application is also an alternative because cash payments are very rarely made during the PPKM period. The E-Wallet application uses a tool called barcode or QR code and the money can go directly to the owner’s account. Abstraksi. Aplikasi E-Wallet membantu segala transaksi bisnis salah satunya adalah bisnis kuliner.Transaksi online yang digunakan sangat membantu untuk mempertahankan operasional bisnis terutama bisnis kuliner pada kondisi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui para pelaku bisnis menggunakan aplikasi E-Wallet secara maksimal di masa PPKM . 2) untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi E-Wallet sangat menguntungkan di masa PPKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti melakukan obsevasi dan wawancara pada pelaku bisnis, konsumen dan user informan. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan aplikasi E-wallet bagi pelaku bisnis dan konsumen digunakan maksimal karena untuk keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam bertransaksi. Aplikasi ini juga menjadi salah satu alternatif karena pembayaran tunai sangat jarang dilakukan di saat PPKM. Aplikasi E-Wallet menggunakan alat yang dinamakan barcode atau kode QR dan uang dapat masuk langsung ke rekening pemilik.

Abstract

Organizational success cannot be separated from the work culture that develops in the organization. Clan culture is a culture that thrives in a work environment with a communicative and collaborative emphasis. Clan culture prioritizes deliberation for consensus because it prioritizes communication with family closeness or people who are closer. However, not all Clan cultures can be applied in all organizations such as in companies that are on an international scale. Because international-level companies prioritize the nature of professionalism and expertise in their field. The focus of the research was carried out in organizations engaged in electricity services in Central Java. The research method uses the phenomenological method. To obtain research results, researchers dig up information through interviews and observations at research locations. The interviews were conducted using a semi-structured method and succeeded in interviewing a number of 8 informants in several regional offices in Central Java. The results of the study show that the organizational character of the Clan culture approach reflects organizational members who are innovative, collaborative, and close in terms of communication so as to be able to support the creation of organizational goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the measurement of the biological assets of sheep using the fair value and cost approach in accordance with the concept of accretion to the measurement of biological assets contained in PSAK 69. PSAK 69 which refers to IAS 41 emphasizes that biological assets are measured fairly and if the difference included in profit or loss in the financial statements. However, in the context of the application of commodity agribusiness in Indonesia, discrepancies are still found, therefore more studies are needed to discuss the application of PSAK 69 to agricultural commodities in Indonesia, especially in sheep farming. The focus of the research was carried out at the Kendal Open Prison Farm. The research method is a qualitative descriptive research by obtaining data through interviews and observation at the research location. The results are the recognition of the biological assets of sheep using the fair value approach is less relevant than the cost approach in agribusiness commodities in Indonesia during the transformation of the development of biological assets.

Abstract

Pemahaman investment society sangat diperlukan dengan cara sosialisasi secara berkelanjutan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak agar pemahaman tentang literasi pasar modal kepada masyarakat dapat terus berkembang yaitu dengan mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat terutama genarasi milenial bahwa investasi di pasar modal itu mudah, terencana, dan murah. Pengenalan literasi pasar modal sebagai sarana menabung saham bagi siswa SMK bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa sebagai generasi milenial agar melek terhadap literasi investasi pasar modal sehingga diharapkan siswa dapat tertarik mengikuti edukasi literasi investasi pasar modal selanjutnya tertarik dan berminat untuk menabung saham dengan membuka rekening pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pemberian pembelajaran kepada mitra berupa ceramah atau pemberian materi kepada siswa di kelas tentang pengenalan literasi keuangan, pembelajaran pengenalan investasi pasar modal saham dan perlunya menabung sejak dini, selanjutnya diskusi dan tanya jawab mengenai literasi menabung saham serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil PKM  menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai literasi investasi pasar modal sebagai sarana menabung saham bagi siswa SMK Negeri 9 Kota Semarang.
