Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has reshaped marketing dynamics, prompting businesses to adopt innovative strategies to foster customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive e-commerce environment. Traditional marketing paradigms are being replaced by personalized, data-driven, and omnichannel approaches that cater to the evolving expectations of digital consumers. This study aims to explore and synthesize innovative digital marketing strategies that significantly enhance customer loyalty in the digital commerce landscape. Using a qualitative literature review method, this research analyzes academic sources from 2019 to 2025 to identify prevailing trends and strategic patterns in digital marketing innovation. Findings reveal five critical strategies: AI-powered personalization, omnichannel integration, gamified loyalty programs, emotionally resonant storytelling, and CRM with marketing automation. These techniques not only increase customer engagement but also strengthen brand trust and emotional attachment. For instance, companies like Amazon and Sephora use AI and CRM systems to personalize customer experiences, while brands like Starbucks and Dove leverage gamification and storytelling to drive loyalty. These strategies collectively form a framework that underscores the importance of technology, emotional connection, and data intelligence in cultivating sustainable consumer relationships. The research contributes by offering a comprehensive model for businesses aiming to enhance customer lifetime value through adaptive and personalized digital engagement. It highlights the necessity of innovation in both content and delivery mechanisms within e-commerce ecosystems.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Jatirejoyoso Village, Kepanjen District, which is rich in historical and cultural values, reflected through the existence of five ancestral tombs located in each hamlet. Religious and cultural traditions such as pilgrimage (ziarah), nyadran, regular pengajian on Friday Legi nights, and tirakatan nights are still preserved as expressions of respect for the ancestors. However, the lack of documentation has caused the local history to survive only through oral narratives, which risk disappearing over time. This activity aims to record, organize, and preserve the village’s historical narratives using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with community leaders, and visual documentation of the ancestral tomb sites and related cultural traditions. The main outcomes include a documentary video and a historical pocketbook that serve as digital archives and learning media for the community and students. This initiative not only raises awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage but also encourages youth participation in strengthening local identity. The documentation serves as an initial step toward maintaining the continuity of local historical heritage amid the dynamics of modern change.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of green innovation and stakeholder engagement in driving business growth within sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial firms. With increasing environmental and social pressures, entrepreneurs are challenged to integrate sustainability into their core business strategies while achieving competitive advantages. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs and managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a structured survey. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted to examine the relationships among green innovation, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. The results indicate that both green innovation and stakeholder engagement have significant positive effects on business growth, with evidence of synergistic interaction between the two factors. These findings underscore the strategic importance of sustainability-oriented practices, highlighting that environmental innovation and active stakeholder collaboration can simultaneously enhance firm performance and societal value. The study contributes to theory by integrating resource-based and stakeholder perspectives in entrepreneurial sustainability and offers practical guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers seeking to achieve economic success while addressing environmental and social challenges.
