Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of learning materials for pitch, tempo, and dynamics with eurhythmic-based mp3 format. The theory used is music learning and eurhythmic dalcroze. This research is a research and development with ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) learning design model. The trial subjects were 40 students who were taking Diatonic Music Theory courses in the 2020/2021 school year. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire used to measure the feasibility of the product by material experts and product users. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics to determine the extent to which the product is feasible for use in the wider community. The result of this research is to produce a product in the form of teaching material about pitch, tempo and dynamics based on eurhythmic which is measurable its feasibility. Based on field trials, the product achieved an eligibility percentage of 93.3% with the category very feasible to use from the user's point of view, namely students as prospective teachers of cultural arts.

Abstract

Komplain pasien merupakan indikator penting mutu layanan kesehatan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari kegagalan penanganan komplain terhadap mutu pelayanan rumah sakit di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Narrative Review dengan penelusuran literatur melalui Google Scholar. Dari 16.500 artikel yang ditemukan, disaring menjadi 26 artikel berdasarkan tahun, judul, dan abstrak. Sebanyak 20 artikel dieksklusi karena duplikasi atau tidak relevan, sehingga tersisa 6 artikel jurnal nasional yang dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh artikel yang direview menyatakan adanya dampak negatif yang signifikan akibat kegagalan penanganan komplain. Dampak yang teridentifikasi meliputi penurunan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien, meningkatnya konflik antara pasien dan tenaga medis, penurunan citra serta reputasi rumah sakit, hingga meningkatnya risiko tuntutan hukum. Dampak tersebut diperoleh melalui analisis isi dan temuan empiris pada masing-masing artikel. Kajian ini dibatasi pada literatur yang terbit di Indonesia dan hanya fokus pada aspek dampak, tanpa membahas intervensi atau solusi. Hasil ini diharapkan menjadi dasar dalam upaya perbaikan sistem penanganan komplain di rumah sakit secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are changes in behavior that involve affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. The scientific approach has stages, namely observing, questioning, gathering information and communicating. The importance of a learner-centered approach and emphasizes the ability to think to improve learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects of cultural arts (music) material. This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific approach on the cognitive aspects of solo vocal singing material. The place used in this research is SMPN 14 Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative research method with experimental research type. The experimental research design used was One Group Pretest-posttest Design. Sampling using Cluster Sampling technique with a total of 57 samples. The research instrument is a learning outcome test. Data analysis used in this study using paired t-test. The results of the Paired t-test analysis obtained the value of t (12.54 ) t table (2.00) and the significance value (0,00) 0.05, so that Ha there is an influence of the scientific approach on the learning outcomes of vocal solo material significantly in class 9th at SMP N 14 Yogyakarta is accepted. The results of the pretest and posttest showed an increase in the average score of 41.3%. Based on the results of this analysis, the scientific approach has an effect on the learning outcomes of cognitive aspects of solo vocal singing material significantly on grade IX students at SMP N14 Yogyakarta.
