ABSTRACT Exclusive breastfeeding in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District is still low. The low level of exclusive breastfeeding in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District, is related to breastfeeding fathers and the husband's level of knowledge. This study aims to determine the relationship between breastfeeding father and the level of knowledge of husbands with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who have babies in the village of Paya Mala, Sei Lepan district. This type of research is analytic survey research with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all husbands of mothers who had babies in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District, totaling 42 people with a total sampling of 42 people. Data collection with primary and secondary data and analyzed by chi Square statistical test with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that there was a relationship between breastfeeding father and the success of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who had babies in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District, and there was a relationship between the husband's knowledge level and the success of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who had babies in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District. It is suggested that husbands in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District, need to increase their knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding by following counseling held by health workers and seeking information about exclusive breastfeeding and for health workers in Paya Mala Village, Sei Lepan District, it is necessary to increase the understanding of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding and increase family support in an effort to increase exclusive breastfeeding. Keywords: Breastfeeding Father, Knowledge, The Success of Exclusive Breastfeeding ABSTRAK Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan masih rendah. Rendahnya pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan terkait dengan breastfeeding father dan tingkat pengetahuan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan breastfeeding father dan tingkat pengetahuan suami dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif pada ibu yang memiliki bayi di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh suami dari ibu yang memiliki bayi di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan yang berjumlah 42 orang dengan total sampling sebanyak 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan data primer dan sekunder dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik chi Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan breastfeeding father dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif pada ibu yang memiliki bayi di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan dan terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan suami dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif pada ibu yang memiliki bayi di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan. Disarankan kepada suami di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan mengikuti penyuluhan yang diadakan petugas kesehatan dan mencari informasi tentang ASI Ekslusif dan kepada tenaga kesehatan di Desa Paya Mala Kecamatan Sei Lepan perlu meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dalam upaya peningkatan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. ABSTRAK Pasien Diabetes Tipe II ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan Kadar Glukosa dalam Darah. Xanton merupakan senyawa bioaktif pada kulit buah manggis yang diperkirakan mempunyai efek antidiabetes. Studi fitokimia telah menunjukkan bahwa mereka mengandung berbagai metabolit sekunder, seperti oksigen dan terprenilasi xanthones. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sibolangit dengan melakukan wawancara pada 10 orang penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II, sebagian besar mengatakan jika kadar glukosa darah meningkat hanya meminum obat yang telah diberikan pihak Rumah Sakit dan tidak pernah mengetahui manfaat dari jus kulit manggis dapat mengatasi kestabilan kadar glukosa darah. Tujuan dari edukasi yang dilakukan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II dalam pembuatan jus kulit manggis. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan cara pembuatan jus kulit manggis secara langsung oleh pengabdi. Sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesms Sibolangit. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan akan dievaluasi hasil edukasi yang telah diberikan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II tentang manfaat jus kulit manggis untuk kestabilan Kadar Glukosa Darah setelah 1 minggu mengkonsumsi jus kulit manggis dan dievaluasi penurunan kadar glukosa darahnya. Hasil pengukuran pengetahuan penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II sebelum dan sesudah edukasi meningkat sebesar 7,9. Kesimpulan evaluasi hasil kadar glukosa darah pasien Diabetes Tipe II mengalami penurunan yaitu rata-rata 2.00 mg/dl. The method in this service is to provide assistance on how to make mangosteen peel juice directly by the servant. The targets in this service are people with Diabetes Mellitus Type II in the Working Area of the Sibolangit Health Center. After counseling and mentoring will be evaluated the results of the education that has been given using a questionnaire to evaluate the knowledge of Type II Diabetes Mellitus sufferers about the benefits of mangosteen peel juice for stability of blood glucose levels after 1 week of consuming mangosteen peel juice and evaluated for a decrease in blood glucose levels. The results of measuring the knowledge of people with Diabetes Mellitus Type II before and after education have increased of 7,9. The conclusion of the evaluation of the results of blood glucose levels in Type II Diabetes patients has decreased, namely an average of 2.00 mg/dl. ABSTRAK Pola hidup sehat didapat dari mereka yang memperhatikan keadaan tubuhnya, rajin berolahraga, makan dan tidur yang cukup, hal ini menyebabkan tingkat kesehatan seseorang menjadi lebih baik, hal ini akan menjadikan kualitas hidup seseorang meningkat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu masyarakat Desa di Lingkungan XI Kelurahan Sei Agul, mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi saat ini dalam meningkatkan dan memelihara kesehatan dengan menerapkan pola hidup sehat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatan penyuluhan agar masyarakat di Lingkungan XI Kelurahan Sei Agul dapat menerapkan pola hidup sehat. Selain itu, memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan dalam menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan tubuh agar terhindar dari berbagai macam penyakit (Public Healt Education). dari hasil pelatihan dan penyuluhan disimpulkan Hasil: masyarakat di lingkungan XI mengerti akan pentingnya menerapkan pola hidup sehat dalam meningkatkan system imun. Bahwa selama proses pelatihan masyarakat Lingkungan XI Kelurahan Sei Agul antusias mengikuti pelatihan. Saran: diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. In addition, providing training in maintaining and maintaining a healthy body to avoid various diseases (Public Health Education). from the results of the training and counseling it was concluded Results: the community in the XI neighborhood understood the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle in improving the immune system. The quality of service at UPT Puskesmas Sibolangit is still not good. The quality of service at UPT Puskesmas Sibolangit is still not good which is related to the management of the health center which has not been able to carry out its functions properly including: planning, implementation and performance assessment. This study aims to determine the effect of planning, implementation and assessment of health center management work on service quality at UPT Puskesmas Sibolangit. This type of research is an analytical survey study with a cross-sectional design. The population of the study was all employees at the Sibolangit Health Center UPT as many as 52 people and using total sampling. The data collected were primary data and secondary data, primary data were obtained using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Multiple Logistic Regression statistical tests with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that the majority of planning was less than good as many as 28 people (53.8%), the majority of implementation was less than good as many as 28 people (53.8%), the majority of assessment was less than good as many as 29 people (55.8%) and the majority of service quality was less than good as many as 29 people (55.8%). The conclusion of this study is that planning obtained p-value = 0.037 <α=0.05, implementation obtained p-value = 0.037 <α=0.05 and assessment obtained p-value = 0.022 <α=0.05 means that there is an influence of planning, implementation and assessment on the quality of service at the Sibolangit Health Center UPT and the most dominant health center management influencing the quality of service at the Sibolangit Health Center is the assessment variable that has an influence with a strength of influence of 29,153 times. It is recommended to the Head of the Health Center to increase the joint commitment of the leadership and employees and the Head of the Health Center to improve coordination, communication and cooperation by involving all program managers in the management process and for the Health Office to further improve technical guidance to the Health Center on health center management.

Utilization of VCT services in Male Sex Men at Padang Bulan Medan Public Health Center Pematangsiantar City is still relatively low (34.4%). The low utilization of VCT services in Male Sex Men is related to the perception of seriousness and the possibility of taking action. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of seriousness and the possibility of taking action on the use of VCT services in Male Sex Men at Padang Bulan Medan Health Center Pematangsiantar City Year 2018. The type of this research is analytic research using cross sectional design. The population in this study is all MSM who utilize VCT service at Padang Bulan Medan Public Health Center Pematangsiantar City in the year 2017 that as many as 189 people and sample counted 61 people. Data were obtained by questionnaire and observation interviews, analyzed by Multiple Logistic Regression statistic test at α = 5%. The results showed that the perception of seriousness and the possibility of taking action had an effect on the utilization of VCT service to MSM in Puskesmas Padang Bulan Kota Medan and the most dominant variable influencing the use of VCT service on Male Sex Men at Padang Bulan Medan Public Health Center Pematangsiantar City was the possibility variable to take action with Exp B = 11,450 . It is suggested to health workers to increase the extension to the MSM on the use of VCT services so that MSM will come to utilize VCT services to Kota Pemassiya Kota Pemassiantar Health Office to further improve the implementation and socialization to LSL (Male Sex Man) in Pematangsiantar City about the importance of VCT service utilization and to LSL (Male Sex Men) in Padang Bulan Medan Health Center Pematangsiantar City should routinely make use of VCT services.

The manual registration information system for incoming students is still commonly used by certain universities and colleges in Indonesia. However, the challenge lies in the fact that many potential students, especially those living outside urban areas, face difficulties with manual procedures and indeed many colleges still need a more efficient and effective information system to facilitate ownership of exam participant cards. The purpose of this study is to design a new student admissions website using PHP and MySQL to facilitate online registrants in ownership of exam participant cards. The methodology used in this study involves a system development research procedure, specifically focusing on creating a web-based system for new student admissions information that can be accessed via a web browser. The system for new student admissions information was developed using the PHP programming language and utilizing the MySQL database as a database server. The results of the design of this new student admissions website show that the newly implemented web-based student admissions system is able to offer convenience to prospective students in accessing broad information about the admissions process, as well as completing registration procedures, making online payments, and issuing exam participant cards. Hopefully this system will continue to be developed and can be applied in every college.

Sexual behavior among teenagers in class VIII of Gajah Mada Middle School, Medan Selayang, many of them engage in sexual behavior. Sexual behavior in adolescent students of class VIII SMP Gajah Mada Medan Selayang is related to knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents in sexual behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents with sexual behavior among adolescent students in class VIII of SMP Medan Selayang in 2024. This type of research is descriptive analytical survey research with a research plan (cross sectional study). The population in this study were all teenagers in class VIII of SMP Gajah Mada Medan Selayang, totaling 50 students and a sample of 50 respondents. This data collection technique uses primary and secondary data. This data was analyzed using the chi square test with a knowledge level of 95%. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and the role of parents and there is a relationship between sexual behavior in teenagers in class VIII of Gajah Mada Middle School Medan Selayang in 2024, that the more knowledge teenagers have can reduce sexual behavior in teenagers based on the results of the chisquare statistical test using The SPSS application obtained a p-value = 0.000, thus, p-value (0.000) <0.05. A meaningful conclusion can be stated that the knowledge and role of parents regarding sexual behavior has an influence on teenagers because teenagers who have good knowledge will make it easier for teenagers to get information about healthy sexual behavior.

Satisfaction of patients hospitalized in Dr Pirngadi Medan much experience dissatisfaction. Patient satisfaction is related to the quality of nursing care that assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. This study aims to determine the quality of nursing care to patient satisfaction in Dr Pirngadi Medan. This research is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population is all inpatients in Dr Pirngadi Medan on average per month amounted to 138 people. Sample of 102 people, the sampling technique by means of proportional random sampling. Data collected from interviews using questionnaires, analyzed by Multiple Logistic Regression at α = 5%. The results showed that the quality assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of influence on patient satisfaction in hospitals Dr Pirngadi Medan and the most dominant variable influencing patient satisfaction in hospitals Dr Pirngadi Medan is variable implementation, namely on the value of the coefficient regression exp (B) 19.978. It is suggested to RSUD Dr Pirngadi Medan , to pay attention to the nurses in the room to be more active in improving the quality of nursing care in the patient, for the nurse to study more detail about the problems that emerged so that the accurate nursing diagnosis can be made, the nursing plan that has been formulated can give Quality nursing care and comprehensive, should nurses should be able to document any nursing actions that have been implemented and is expected to improve the performance of nurses so as to improve nursing care in patients.

This research aims to optimize environmental health education by strengthening literacy and language in Dusun V, Hulu Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. Conducted from July 15 to July 27, 2024, the study focuses on enhancing public understanding of waste management and environmental health. The methods employed include socializing the processing of organic waste, providing public facilities such as stacked bins and signs prohibiting improper waste disposal, and activating reading parks and literacy programs at PKK. Additional activities include organizing community service projects, sports events, and educational competitions for children. The results indicate that the program was successfully implemented, despite facing technical and coordination challenges. The community responded positively and showed enthusiasm for the initiatives. Challenges included limited expertise in some manufacturing processes and insufficient coordination with relevant stakeholders. Key supporting factors were community support and the facilities provided by residents. Recommendations include improving coordination, reactivating Karang Taruna, and developing MSMEs as part of future local economic empowerment efforts.
