Abstract

Insomnia is a condition where it is difficult to initiate sleep, maintain sleep, and sleep that has not been refreshing for 1 month or more.  This study aims to determine whether lavender aroma therapy can effectively reduce insomnia in the elderly. The research design used is a literature study, by means of literature articles or comparing several articles.  Elderly research subjects who experience insomnia.  From the results of research, several articles indicate that before giving lavender aroma therapy, almost all of the elderly experienced poor sleep quality and after giving lavender aroma therapy almost all experienced an increase in sleep quality.  It is hoped that further research can pay attention to the level of aromatherapy giving in order to provide more effective results.

Abstract

Angka kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di Puskesmas Ulak Karang menurun tercatat dari tahun 2020 sebesar 53%, tahun 2021 sebesar 33% dan menjadi 30.59% pada tahun 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya kunjungan lansia (60 tahun ke atas) ke posyandu lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ulak Karang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu 153 lansia yang berumur 60 tahun ke atas dan sampel sebanyak 109 lansia.Teknik pengambilan sampel Proportional Random Sampling. Pengolahan data dengan aplikasi komputer yaitu SPSS. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa 58.7% memiliki pengetahuan lansia yang kurang baik, 65.1% memiliki motivasi lansia yang kurang baik, 66.1% memiliki dukungan keluarga yang kurang mendukung serta sarana dan prasaran yang tidak lengkap membuat lansia tidak tertarik mengikuti posyandu lansia. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan lansia (p-value 0,000), motivasi lansia (p-value 0,012), dan dukungan keluarga (p-value 0,008). Diharapkan kepada seluruh tenaga kesehatan pemegang khususnya program lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ulak Karang untuk memaksimalkan penyuluhan secara door to door dan memberikan motivasi lansia dan memberikan informasi tentang pentingnya berkunjung ke posyandu lansia.

Abstract

This study is inspired by the need to share sustainability data to boost investor trust, particularly in the face of challenges related to upholding a favorable corporate reputation. The main goal of this study is to investigate the effect of revealing sustainability reports and the company's size on market reaction, considering the role of sustainability report assurance as a moderating element. The research relies on data from sustainability and financial reports of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. Researcher employed multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as the analysis techniques. The findings showed that sustainability report disclosure has a significant effect on market reaction, while company size does not show a significant effect. In addition, sustainability report assurance is unable to moderate the relationship between sustainability report disclosure and market reaction. This study underscores the importance of comprehensive sustainability report disclosure to attract positive market reactions, although the role of assurance still needs to be improved. The implication of this research is the need for companies to strengthen sustainability reporting in accordance with international guidelines and consider additional strategies to increase credibility and investor appeal.
