Abstract

Karya sastra merupakan sebuah karya yang dapat berupa karangan yang di dalamnya terdapat unsur pengajaran. Pengarang karya sastra berusaha untuk memasukkan nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam karya sastra. Salah satu karya sastra berupa fiksi yang banyak mengandung pengajaran adalah novel Cinta dalam Diam karya Shineeminka. Nilai pengajaran yang disampaikan dalam novel Cinta dalam Diam berkaitan dengan adab bergaul, yaitu adab bergaul suami istri dalam Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan adab bergaul suami istri dalam Islam yang terkandung dalam novel Cinta dalam Diam. Teori yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra yang dikemukakan oleh Wellek dan Austin Waren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adab bergaul suami istri dalam Islam yang terkandung dalam novel Cinta dalam Diam karya Shineeminka, yaitu adab bersikap sabar, saling memaafkan, saling bersikap lembut, saling menjaga pandangan dan kemaluan, pandai berterima kasih, suami mencari nafkah, istri melayani suami, bercanda dan bermesraan, menasihati wanita, dan tidak saling hina. Peneliti menyarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar meneliti novel Cinta dalam Diam karya Shineeminka dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas lagi, seperti gambaran ajaran agama Islam, akhlak terpuji, penerapan sunnah Rasulullah, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in integrated thematic learning. The research objective was to improve student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning model in class V SDN 16 Koto Balingka, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was carried out in two cycles with the stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Data collection techniques are Observation, Test, and Non-test by using observation sheets, test sheets and non-test sheets. The research subjects were class V teachers and 23 students. The results of the study on the lesson plans for the first cycle were 76.78%, an increase in the second cycle was 92.85%. The implementation of the first cycle of teacher activities increased by 80.35% in the second cycle by 96.42%. The implementation of the first cycle of student activities increased by 78.5 in the second cycle by 96.42%. The learning outcomes of the first cycle were 77.56%, increasing in the second cycle, namely 90.65%. In conclusion, the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in ape, integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

This study examines the critical role of business characteristics in addressing the complexity of global challenges. The main objective is to identify and analyze key business characteristics that enhance resilience and adaptability in the face of international markets, technological advancements, and socio-political changes. Using a literature review method approach, this study seeks to further examine the critical role of business characteristics in addressing the complexity of its global challenges. The results of the analysis indicate that businesses that emphasize innovation, strategic planning errors, and strong stakeholder engagement are better equipped to manage global business. In addition, this study highlights the importance of cultural competence and sustainability practices as critical factors contributing to long-term success. These insights provide valuable guidance for businesses seeking to strengthen their competitive advantage and resilience in an increasingly connected world.
