Abstract

Strategy management is an approach or process used by organizations to plan, implement, and evaluate strategic steps in achieving the objectives that have been carried out. The matriculation program is a Study Program that provides initial debriefing for new students before active learning. The competence of new learners is the ability that students must have or achieve after participating in learning. The abilities possessed by these students are a combination of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that are reflected in the habit of thinking and acting. The research used a qualitative approach descriptive method. This study examines the implementation of the matriculation program. Implementation contains the meaning of planning, implementation and supervision. The purpose of the study was to find out 1) Implementation of Matriculation Program Strategy Management at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong, 2) Matriculation Program Process at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong, 3) Matriculation Program Evaluation at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong. The results showed that MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong has successfully implemented the Matriculation program, amtsilaty method and yanbu'a method using well-structured strategy management.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua terutama ibu terhadap pentingnya memahami emosi agar mendampingi anak untuk belajar dirumah menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pendampingan bagi orang tua terutama ibu yang memiliki anak usia sekolah didesa Ampelan kecamatan Wringin. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksakan dengan jumlah peserta sekitar 30 orang. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dari ibu-ibu dalam diskusi di mana dapat terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Selain itu, pendampingan pelatihan pengelolaan emosi yang dilaksanakan dengan antusias. Sehingga tim pengabdian masyarakat merencanakan akan melakasakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didesa lain dan merencakan untuk memeberikan pelatihan kepada guru sehingga hasil pelatihan dapat memberikan arahan dan informasi kepada orang tua sebagai tindak lanjut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Intra-school/Madrasah Student Organizations are essential to students' learning and practicing organizing and working together. The success of an organization cannot be separated from the role of a leader. Therefore, leadership is a discussion that continues to develop. Community service activities (PKM) were carried out by a team of MPI study program lecturers at Zainul Hasan Genggong Genggong Probolinggo Islamic University, and students were part of a collaboration program with the MTs Badridduja Kraksaan Probolinggo institution. This PKM aims to ensure OSIM administrators improve their organization, starting with leadership, organization, self-development, and problem-solving. Mentoring activities are integrated with implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) activities. In P5, there is also the formation of the character of critical reasoning, creativity, independence, faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, working together and having global diversity. The results of this activity were very significant in the changes obtained; students had more integrity, Discipline, and responsibility and could communicate and collaborate well.
