This study aimed to know and describe the main elemen musical of gending arje in gendang beleq telaga waru of pedaleman daye at kotaraja by using music and song theory. This study was used deskriptif qualitative. Base and result showed that the main musicalof gending arje in gendang beleq telaga waru had asection of song form, homophonis texture. In rhythm music tolls (gendang and kenceng or cemprang) was used rhapsoldic rhythmic and resultant rhythm which was only in gendang music tool. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of distinctive flagship programs, focusing on how technology integration contributes to cultivating outstanding and pesantren-spirited students through the Prodistik program. The research method employed a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as participatory observation and in-depth interviews with students, educators, and Prodistik heads to gain a comprehensive understanding and stakeholders' perceptions of technology-based and pesantren-integrated education management in shaping outstanding students at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan Genggong. The findings indicate that the implementation of technology-based and pesantren-integrated education management at the madrasah successfully merges traditional values with technology and serves as an inspiration for other educational institutions. This success is evidenced by graduates proficient in technology with a pesantren spirit, easily accepted in the workforce and universities.

Strategy management is an approach or process used by organizations to plan, implement, and evaluate strategic steps in achieving the objectives that have been carried out. The matriculation program is a Study Program that provides initial debriefing for new students before active learning. The competence of new learners is the ability that students must have or achieve after participating in learning. The abilities possessed by these students are a combination of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that are reflected in the habit of thinking and acting. The research used a qualitative approach descriptive method. This study examines the implementation of the matriculation program. Implementation contains the meaning of planning, implementation and supervision. The purpose of the study was to find out 1) Implementation of Matriculation Program Strategy Management at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong, 2) Matriculation Program Process at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong, 3) Matriculation Program Evaluation at MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong. The results showed that MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong has successfully implemented the Matriculation program, amtsilaty method and yanbu'a method using well-structured strategy management.

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal penting bagi setiap individu terutama anak usia dini, dalam hal ini anak membutuhkan stimulasi yang baik salah satunya pada aspek kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal warna melalui penggunaan media balok kelompok di TK PGRI Al Hidayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh murid TK PGRI AL hidayah. Media balok kelompok digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan untuk memperkenalkan warna kepada anak-anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan anak dalam mengenal warna setelah menerapkan media balok kelompok. Anak-anak menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penerapan media balok kelompok memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak, meningkatkan keterampilan motorik, dan memperkuat kemampuan sosial mereka. Sedangkan, keefektifan media balok dapat diketahui melalui daya ingat dalam menyelesaikan masalah saat proses pembelajaran konsep bilangan, bentuk, ukuran dan warna. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini dengan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media balok kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman warna anak-anak. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pendidik dan lembaga pendidikan untuk memperkaya metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan potensi anak dalam mengenal warna secara menyenangkan dan interaktif.

This research aims to develop an interpretive framework for the Strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile Project or abbreviated as P5in educational institutions which is synthesized from School-Based Management and reality in educational institutions. This research uses the library research research method which comes from books, journals, research results and other sources. The approach used is a qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm. The results of this research found that there are several points of manifestation of School Based Management (SBM) or what is known as School Based Management (MBS) in the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, including 1). In practice, there is an urgency for educational management, where the success of an educational institution is supported by the management of the educational institution itself. 2), There are components in School Based Management such as curriculum management, educator management, student management and culture & school environment management which are interrelated in the realization of P5PPRA. 3), the role of the community and students' parents as school partners. School-Based Management is a policy program formulated by the government to officially integrate the community into the management of schools in their environment with the aim of improving their performance

The establishment of a Sustainable Organizational Culture is a major concern in an increasingly complex and sustainable business era. This study analyzes the implementation of environmental values in human resource management practices as an effort to create a sustainable organizational culture. Through in-depth case studies of organizations that integrate environmental values in their human resource management processes, this study aims to explore the impact of these changes on the overall organizational culture. The research method involved interviews with key stakeholders, direct observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study highlighted the challenges and opportunities organizations face in adopting environmental values in their human resource management practices. It was found that the integration of environmental values not only increases environmental awareness among employees, but also forms the foundation for a sustainability-focused organizational culture. This research provides an in-depth insight into how organizations can achieve sustainability through the integration of environmental values in human resource management. Practical implications and strategic recommendations are outlined to assist organizational leaders and human resource practitioners in guiding cultural transformation towards sustainability in this changing era.

Islamic education should not only be a process of transmitting material, but far from it, integrated into the personality and become a guide in the activities of daily life. Fazlur Rahman is one of the reformers of Islam who incised his thoughts on the modernity of Islamic education. His ideas include the basics of Islamic education, namely the Qur'an and Sunnah, the goal of Islamic education is to form a morally and intellectually intact human being, the education system integrates general knowledge and religion. Education curriculum with a double movement and mastery of language. The method of writing is descriptive analysis with a library research approach. Analyze the data collected through books or scientific journals, then describe them. The result of his research is that the essence of Islamic education from Fazlur Rahman's perspective is the growth of original and adequate Islamic thought. Then, Fazlur Rahman said that the most important thing about Islamic education is its essence and as Islamic intellectualism, because for him this is what is meant as the essential essence of Islam itself.

Natural factors can encourage a work of poetry that taps humans' consciences so that they are aware of what they have done to the environment. The purpose of this study is to describe the basic study aspects of ontology from the work of D. Zamawi Imron, the axiology of cultural elements, and the linguistic epistemology contained in a poem produced. Qualitative research here also describes the results of the research, so it is not used to draw broader conclusions. In addition, comparative research is based on cause and effect or comparing something. The subject of this research is a poem by D. Zamawi Imron with an environmental or ecosemantic theme, which has been published in several books that can be downloaded on googlebookstore.com in 2022-2023. The results of the research from the semantic, ecosemantic, and ecological studies show a complex and layered representation of nature and its ecology, the integration of knowledge, and the analysis of the aspects of knowledge sources from the three elements of the poetry work of D. Zawawi Imron on its axiological, epistemological, and ecosemantic values.

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the cognitive development of students in early adulthood. This type of research is literature study. Qualitative research is inductive using a flexible research design, data collection techniques in the form of documentation, data validity testing using triangulai, and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are many changes in the cognitive development of students in early adulthood, due to experiences that are supported by the cerebral cortex, especially the forebrain. Cognitive progress and brain growth of students in early adulthood are most fundamentally triggered by various major events experienced by students in life and while studying in college, which initially students' way of thinking is based on Piaget's theory, namely formal operational and experiencing a shift to post-formal which is relative and reflective. Perry is multi-minded, more relative thinking, and full relativism. Gisela is pragmatic thinking and cognitive complexity. Schaie phase achieves achievement and responsibility.

Nilai-nilai ekologi menjadi bagian yang terkandung dalam puisi D. Zamawi Imron dalam mendeskripsikan kerusakan lingkungan untuk mengetuk hati manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai ekologi yang terkandung dalam puisi karya D. Zawawi Imron melalui pendekatan semantik. D. Zawawi Imron dikenal sebagai penyair yang dekat dengan alam dan karyanya sering kali menyuarakan keprihatinan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Pendekatan semantik digunakan untuk menggali makna tersirat yang berhubungan dengan konsep ekologi dan hubungan manusia dengan alam dalam menemukan kata denotatif dan konotatif dari kata-kata dan simbol alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puisi-puisi D. Zawawi Imron memuat kritik terhadap eksploitasi alam, ajakan untuk menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan, serta refleksi spiritual tentang hubungan manusia dengan alam. Nilai-nilai ini sangat relevan dalam konteks krisis ekologi yang dihadapi dunia saat ini.
