Abstract

S1 Ilmu Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Surabaya Abstrak Sistem pengelolaan Keuangan Desa (Silokdes) adalah sebuah media elektronik yang digunakan pemerintah desa untuk merencanakan, mengelola dan melaporkan dana yang telah digunakan oleh desa sebagai media akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam kegiatan perencanaan ataupun hasil dari pengelolaan pembangunan. Desa Mancon Kecamatan Wilangan Kabupaten Nganjuk merupakan salah satu desa pengguna Silokdes di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan Silokdes di Desa Mancon. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan Indikator-indikator dalam penerapan Electronic Government menurut Indrajid (2002) yang terdiri dari Data Infrastruktur, Infrastruktur Legal, Infrastruktur Institusional, Infrastruktur Manusia, Infrastruktur Teknologi, dan Strategi Pemikiran Pemimpin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa jelasnya pembagian data infrastruktur yang digunakan dalam penerapan Silokdes. Indikator Infrastruktur legal yaitu berpedoman Pada Peraturan Bupat Nganjuk Nomor 10 tahun 2014. ndikator Infrastruktur Instusional, Desa Mancon merupakan desa Koordinator di Kecamatan Wilangan dalam penerapan Silokdes. Indikator Infrastruktur Manusia, operator Silokdes Desa Mancon berjumlah satu orang. Indikator Infrastruktur Teknologi, sarana dan prasarana yang di memiliki Mancon untuk mendukung pelaksanaan penerapan Silokdes sudah baik dan sudah lengkap. Indikator Strategi Pemikiran Pemimpin, Kepala Desa Mancon memiliki memiliki visi dan misi yang sejalan dengan penerapan Silokdes. Abstract

This study examines the effects of external pressures, environmental uncertaintly, management commitments and the government intern control systems on thetransparency of financial reporting.The population in this research is the organization of dumai city area of 34 opd. Of the existing population then obtained samples in this study as many as 102 respondents. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, while the data processing method used by SPSS version 20.0 as software to process data. The results of the research indicate that external pressure has significant effect on thetransparency of financial reporting. Environmental uncertainly has a significant effect on thetransparency of financial reporting. Management commitment has a significant effect on thetransparency of financial reporting. And the government's internl control system have a significant effect on thetransparency of financial reporting.Keywords : External Pressure, Environmental Uncertainly, Management Commitmen, the government’s intern control system and transparency of financial reporting.

Abstract

Tourist villages are interesting destinations for many people because tourist villages have their own culture and character. Tourist villages can attract more tourists because they have natural tourism with a diversity of flora and fauna as well as education about tourist villages which have their own characteristics. The Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village in Batam is one of the tourist villages that is recognized by the world of tourism and was awarded 3rd place in the ADWI (Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia) event. The Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village has been developed for the last five years and continues to experience development. The researcher's aim is to analyze the influence of revisit intention in the Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village by using perceived value and trust which act as independent variables with word of mouth as mediation. This research analyzes how each variable has an influence, related, and provides a positive impact on each other. This research took samples from people who had visited the Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village. The sampling method used non-probability sampling and intentional sampling, and the total sample was 294 respondents. As a survey method, data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google forms. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is a data analysis method using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) technique using computer software, namely SmartPLS. The research results show that perceived value and trust have a positive effect on revisit intention with word of mouth as mediation. Therefore, the Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village must be maintained and preserved so that revisit intention can be realized continuously.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a food waste problem, particularly at the household level. Food waste causes negative impacts on several aspects such as environment, society, and economy. Ironically, at the same time, Indonesia also has a serious hunger problem. Through community development programs, we aimed to empower households in recycling their food waste by eco enzyme and their awareness through an online challenge. Eco enzyme is an affordable and useful method to recycle food waste being a liquid product with many benefits such as insect repellent, organic fertilizer, general cleaner, air purifier, and laundry cleaner. The total participants of the eco enzyme workshop were 57 people. On the other hand, through an online campaign #MelawanFoodWate, 101 users took action to be conscious customers in shopping behavior. These activities were in collaboration with several stakeholders to ensure the success of the program. These programs can be considered an initiation to develop Food Smart City that focuses on the community-based movement and circular economy.

Abstract

Teachers at State Junior High Schools in Batam City, Riau Islands Province, have varying work ethics. The varying performance of teachers is caused by education, training and experience gained while working. The problem in State Junior High Schools in Batam City is the less than optimal achievement of teachers. Based on the problem, it is suspected that there are several influencing factors, namely leadership, work place, motivation and work commitment felt by teachers. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of work commitment in the influence of leadership, work place, motivation on teacher achievement. The study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The data used in this study used primary data obtained from the answers of 125 respondents. The results of this study support the proposed hypothesis, namely: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Work Place has a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment. Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher achievement. Work Commitment can mediate the positive and significant influence between leadership variables, work place and motivation simultaneously on teacher achievement in SMP Negeri Batam City. The managerial implication of this study is that the role of work motivation needs to be considered more deeply to improve teacher achievement to accomplish the targeted goals, because this variable has a positive and significant influence both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected the tourism and hospitality industry in Indonesia. Many businesses have closed to help keep the virus under control, such as shopping centers and tourist attractions. Staycation can be a profitable business for tourism opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staycation has increased the popularity of hotels and resorts in Batam City. The study aims to help develop the world of tourism, especially in resort lodging in Batam City by exploring the influence of the physical environment, service quality, and satisfaction on revisit intentions at resorts in Batam City. The study used a quantitative approach by examining various variables and analyzed through a sampling process. The research respondents are local and domestic tourists who have previously had a staycation in Batam City. There were 1,883,244 tourists visiting Batam City in 2018 according to BPS data. The sample size in the population was calculated using the Sloven formula to obtain a sample of 440 respondents using Google Form Questionnaire disseminated through social media. IBM SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the collected data and test the hypothesis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between the physical environment, service quality, and satisfaction on revisit intention. Resort business owners need to understand the concept of staycation and the importance of improving products, services, and satisfaction to customers in order to create customer revisit intentions.
