Abstract

Beringharjo Market is the largest traditional market in Yogyakarta owned by the Yogyakarta city government . Beringharjo Market is one of the markets affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that this situation makes it difficult for market traders to serve consumers who usually gather at the stalls or market booths and make sales. The number of buyers decreased quite a lot and happened a decrease in visits from tourists by up to 70 percent. This condition resulted in approximately 5000 traders and 300 carrying workers experiencing negative impacts due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on these problems, the solution is the Sepasar application as a Hybrid Education and Online Marketing media. Sepasar as a solution to the problems faced by providing online courses according to the needs of Beringharjo market traders . The Sepasar application also helps increase sales for Beringharjo Market Merchants by promoting products, events, and services. Expected output targets from the joint community empowerment program Sepasar is existence enhancement knowledge, skills , HR and organizational capacity, as well as digital literacy of Beringharjo market traders in using various digital media that help them in marketing, finance and organizational management .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, job satisfaction and compensation on employee retention. The sample in this study was 55 respondents who worked at PT. Intracawood Tarakan Branch. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used being a questionnaire. The results of the instrument test stated that the data in this study were proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test stated that the data in this study were normally distributed and produced a regression model that was free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study prove that: (1) Career development values ​​have a significant positive effect on employee retention, (2) Job satisfaction values ​​have a significant positive effect on employee retention and (3) Compensation values ​​have a significant positive effect on employee retention. These results have implications for further researchers to study the field of HR management, especially regarding employee retention. The findings of this study have implications for PT. Intracawood to formulate career development strategies, job satisfaction and compensation in order to influence employee retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh customer review, kualitas produksi dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembeli pengguna marketplace Tokopedia di Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode uji koefisien regresi (uji-t). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa online customer review tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai keputusan pembeli pengguna marketplace Tokopedia di Yogyakarta. Implikasi praktisnya adalah pentingnya pengaruh online customer review, mengetahui kualitas produk serta promosi yang dilakukan produsen terhadap pembeli pengguna marketplace Tokopedia di Yogyakarta

Abstract

Trini Karya is one of the driving forces for the family economy in the Trini hamlet whose existence must be supported by intellectuals so that its business continues to develop and grow. Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta is one of the campuses that has contributed tothe development of Trini Karya through service programs. This service aims to be able to help describe the problems that occur in the Trini Karya Business Unit, where one of the problems that arise is problems in the field of financial reporting. In the Trini Karya business unit, the problems are unstructured financial reporting, knowledge of financial reports and the ability of Trini Karya members to perform digital financial reports. Based on these problems, several things that can be a solution are to disseminate information about making financial reports simpler so that Trini Karya members can easily understand how to make financial reports. In addition, Trini Karya members or management are also given socialization regarding the use of digital financial reports, the goal is to use digital financial reports, which are expected to be able to make financial reports easier and more structured. After that, members and administrators are given training on the practice of making financial reports and making financial reports digitally using software that can be accessed by members or administrators of Trini Karya. After that, assistance was provided to the Trini Karya management in relation to digital financial reporting. The expected output target of this program is, it is hoped that Trini Karya will be able to make digital financial reports more accurately, structured and well-scheduled.

Abstract

The important function of traditional markets is not only as a market for selling local (local) community products, but also as employment opportunities that are very beneficial for the community. One of the traditional markets located in Slemn Regency is Sambilegi Market. Sambilegi Market is one of the driving forces in driving economic growth and mobilizing the community. The conditions in the Sambilegi market are the weak organizational network of traders which results in weak unity and inter-market networks . Therefore, technology must be treated specifically if businesses are to survive and thrive. Digital technologies create new economic dynamics and social environments that need to be managed for technological changes in industry and society to provide long-term and far-reaching benefits. Opportunities and opportunities for Sepasar.id to apply institutional engineering models and support the transformation of traditional markets in the digital era. The traditional market digitization model embodies several institutional elements, such as organizational, human resources, business, and network elements. In addition, training is given to volunteers who will go directly to the market to assist traders in learning the video material that has been prepared. The expected output target of the joint community empowerment program Sepasar.id is exists enhancement knowledge, skills, HR capacity and organization, as well as digital literacy of Sambilegi market traders.
