Abstract

The goals of this research are to provide a historical context for the evolution of the teaching profession, to characterize the current state of teacher performance, and to identify the factors that have an impact on teachers' professional effectiveness. This study focuses on the professional growth of experienced instructors, although previous research has mostly ignored this topic. A survey strategy is used. In order to gather information for this study, researchers filled out questionnaires. Twenty-one teachers from MI Az Zahro’ Pagar Alam were interviewed for this study. Simple regression was used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrated that (1) teacher professional development is at an acceptable level, and (2) professional development has a beneficial effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This article examines the economic development based on halal tourism in Lampung Province. Tourism is a sector that has a very significant impact on national income. The increase in tourist visitors from year to year is also welcomed by the government in developing halal tourism along with increasing public awareness of halal products.Lampung province as one of the areas that continues to increase the number of tourists coming each year also needs to develop halal tourism, the implementation of halal tourism in Lampung province is expected to increase the economic growth of the community. The research uses qualitative methods,with data sources in the form of interviews, field observations and related documents. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of halal tourism can be realized because of four aspects, namely the system used based on Islamic sharia principles, the availability of halal products, the availability of halal facilities, and the comfort and safety of tourist. The implementation of the four aspects of halal tourism will be able to increase the economic growth of the community in Lampung Province amid increasing public awareness of halal products which are considered clearer and more reliable, not only by Muslims but also by non-Muslims.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to identify, describe, and analyze the impact of the management variable of the X1 device (gadget) and the variable of student learning motivation (Y). In order to determine the impact of gadgets on the learning motivation of class IX students at SMP Negeri 10 Kotabumi, this study employs quantitative research methods with 60 participants. A closed questionnaire with multiple choice answers was used to collect data. The research data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The findings revealed that the use of gadgets had a very strong influence on the learning motivation of class VII students of SMP Negeri 10 Kotabumi.
