Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the KKNI Curriculum at the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The type of research used is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation and interview techniques. This study shows that the KKNI curriculum management at the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has been running well. This is influenced by human resources, leadership support (Deans to Chancellors), and the MPI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which received A accreditation. In addition, all lecturers and students gave an excellent response to the implementation of the KKNI in the MPI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program to improve the quality of students.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana Perencanaan Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA N 1 Pajar Bulan, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses Perencanaan Kurikulum PAI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan data display, data reduksi dan data verifikasi. Untuk melihat keabsahan data maka penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi yang terdiri dari triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa proses perencanaan kurikulum PAI sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan memperhatikan tahapan-tahapan yang ada, juga keterlibatan dari semua stakeholders dalam prosesnya, seperti guru, supervisor, siswa dan unsur lainnya yang memiliki hubungan dengan kegiatan Pendidikan. Kemudian, landasan juga menjadi bagian penting dalam proses perencanaan kurikulum PAI, yakni landasan kekuatan sosial, perlakuan pengetahuan dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the takrir bil-ghoib program and the inhibiting and supporting factors. The type of research used is a qualitative field research type. This research was conducted at the Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an Putri Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are the analytical techniques used. The research results are 1) the implementation of the takrir bil-ghoib program has been implemented optimally even though it has not yet received maximum results. Islamic boarding schools have done their best to support the program's success, but many students still have not implemented the program properly and still need a lot of encouragement and strict supervision; 2) the supporting factor is an intense desire and support from all parties. The inhibiting factor is the lack of sincerity from some students. It requires strong motivation. The researcher concludes that implementing the takrir bil-ghoib program will get maximum results if all students cooperate in supporting this program.

Abstract

Worship has the primary purpose of devotion to Allah and simplicity in intention towards Him, whether in times of joy or hardship, with the hope of attaining happiness in the Hereafter. One example is prayer. Additionally, worship aims to distance oneself from wrongdoing and evil deeds and can achieve other objectives through the performance of prayer. The aim of this research is to identify issues in the implementation of congregational Asr prayer in an effort to enhance the quality of Asr prayer worship and to find solutions to these issues at SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Pagar Alam. This study uses a qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique, and data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the issues in the implementation of congregational Asr prayer in improving the quality of worship include various excuses, negligence in bringing prayer garments, inadequate facilities, lack of discipline in maintaining prayer, insufficient cooperation with parents, and lack of concentration in performing congregational prayer.

Abstract

This study aims to strengthen good teachers' character by cultivating students' noble morals, especially SDN 01 South Lahat Lahat Regency. In particular, Tanjung Payang Village, SDN 1 Lahat Selatan, uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Writing scientific articles helps students learn more while cultivating respectful behaviour and attitudes. These findings suggest that many students, particularly at SDN 1 Lahat Selatan, still lack the ability to use manners, preventing them from understanding how to do so per Islamic law. Based on the results of my teaching, I have found that teaching with qualitative descriptive methods and promoting Islamic principles is an effective way to help students develop moral character and become more respectful of their teachers and the wider community. The development of high moral principles, demonstrated by courtesy and respect for others and the environment, as well as the teaching strategies of those with high moral principles and knowledge of the subject, helps students become more morally upright.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to provide a historical context for the evolution of the teaching profession, to characterize the current state of teacher performance, and to identify the factors that have an impact on teachers' professional effectiveness. This study focuses on the professional growth of experienced instructors, although previous research has mostly ignored this topic. A survey strategy is used. In order to gather information for this study, researchers filled out questionnaires. Twenty-one teachers from MI Az Zahro’ Pagar Alam were interviewed for this study. Simple regression was used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrated that (1) teacher professional development is at an acceptable level, and (2) professional development has a beneficial effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Prevalensi pengguna ponsel secara signifikan memengaruhi berbagai faktor yang dapat berdampak buruk pada pengguna individu. Misalnya, mengenai prestasi akademik, kemampuan siswa untuk berkonsentrasi dapat menghasilkan hasil yang menguntungkan dan merugikan. Selain itu, hal ini dapat berdampak pada nilai prestasi akademik yang dicapai oleh siswa, yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran tentang ketidakjujuran akademik dalam penyelesaian tugas atau selama ujian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan apakah ponsel berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi studi dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi studi mahasiswa yang terdaftar di Program Studi PAI semester enam di STIT Kota Pagar Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif yang ditandai dengan pemanfaatan data kuantitatif, sehingga memfasilitasi analisis kuantitatif (inferensi) melalui penerapan rumus matematika-statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini berasal dari nilai r tabel korelasi. Rxy yang dihitung secara substansial lebih besar dari nilai r kritis pada tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,2182 > 0,316) dan pada tingkat signifikansi 1% (0,2182 > 0,408). Akibatnya, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ditegakkan, dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dampak penggunaan ponsel dengan konsentrasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This curriculum change encourages a shift in the paradigm of curriculum and learning. It strengthens the independence of teachers as the main controllers in the learning process, loosens overly rigid standard controls, and demands a homogeneous learning process across all educational units in Indonesia, while enhancing student agency. The aim of this research is to explore how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum affects Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning, as well as the quality of the Merdeka Curriculum in IRE learning in Class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Pagaralam. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Pagaralam, it can be concluded that there are two curricula applied: the Merdeka Curriculum for Classes VII and VIII, and the 2013 Curriculum for Class IX.

Abstract

Low student learning motivation is often a major challenge in learning Natural Sciences (IPA) at the elementary school level, which can have an impact on conceptual understanding and learning outcomes. This study focuses on the application of Happy Note media as an innovative solution to overcome this problem. The main objective is to specifically determine how Happy Note media can improve students' learning motivation in the subject of Natural Sciences in grade V of Elementary School 26 Pagaralam. This study uses the classroom action research (CAR) method or experiments with 13 students as subjects. Important stages of the study include observing the initial conditions of student motivation, implementing Happy Note media in several learning cycles, and final evaluation to measure the changes that occur. The findings of the study showed a significant increase in learning motivation after the intervention. Students became more enthusiastic, actively involved, and excited in each learning session. In addition, the use of this media has also been shown to help students understand science concepts more deeply and meaningfully. It is concluded that Happy Note media is an effective and interesting tool to improve learning motivation, so it can be a recommendation for teachers to create a more dynamic and quality learning environment. ABSTRAKRendahnya motivasi belajar siswa seringkali menjadi tantangan utama dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di tingkat sekolah dasar, yang dapat berdampak pada pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan media Happy Note sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengetahui secara spesifik bagaimana media Happy Note dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 26 Pagaralam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau eksperimen dengan subjek sebanyak 13 siswa. Tahapan penting penelitian meliputi observasi kondisi awal motivasi siswa, penerapan media Happy Note dalam beberapa siklus pembelajaran, dan evaluasi akhir untuk mengukur perubahan yang terjadi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan setelah intervensi. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, terlibat aktif, dan bersemangat dalam setiap sesi pembelajaran. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini juga terbukti membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep IPA secara lebih mendalam dan bermakna. Disimpulkan bahwa media Happy Note merupakan alat bantu yang efektif dan menarik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar, sehingga dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the issues that arise in implementing the Independent Curriculum in the Aqidah Akhlak subject, from the perspectives of teachers, students, and the school environment. The research method used qualitative with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing it using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification techniques. The results show that the main obstacles lie in human resource readiness, limited teacher understanding of the new curriculum concept, adaptation of teaching materials relevant to aqidah and akhlak values during the learning process, and the lack of supporting facilities. In addition, differences in students’ backgrounds in terms of ability and understanding of religion also pose a challenge in applying varied learning models, requiring teachers to adjust the learning process to meet individual students’ needs. This study recommends enhancing teacher training, developing contextual learning modules, improving facilities to support the Independent Curriculum, and providing full support from educational institutions to ensure its successful implementation in the Aqidah Akhlak subject.
