Abstract

ABSTRACTWhile this time, in particularly in Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta, process of data exchange is dtill manually. The lecture is still has problem in data sending, where as mostly has used computer nor internet, but has not integrated well. However recent problem is, communication way in diffrent area, such as in remote distance. The communication way in remote distance able to be complement or by internet and email for data sending. Therefore it need private network for an easy file acces forward a different location, in order that it is easier in data exchanging process though in distance. The benefit of this research are to anable the cooperation between remote distance people by computere network, both in data exchanging nor communication establish and also enable to acces or obtain information in remote distance. In planning of Information Technology Networking Management of Institut Sains & Technology AKPRIND by using VPN-PPTP technology. In this VPN-PPTP palnning, using Public Static IP which is palced in 6 Jarinet Laboratory of Institut Sains & Technology AKRPIND. VPN-PPTP network use public IP of computer Laboratory 6 Jarinet with IP 202.91.10.217. However in topology VPN-PPTP is passed by gateway campus III of Institut Sains & Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta network in order that could be connected to internet.Planning of IT networking management of Institut Sains & Technology AKPRIND use VPN technology is able being an acces facility of local network and usage of resources of local network which is not depent on condition of acces location, and transferring process velocity and pass time of upload or downloading in VPN network as still very affected by measure and type of sanding file. Keywords : network, VPN-PPTP, IP, Internet, networking plan

Abstract

ABSTRACTNowadays, the existence of VoIP communication is growing fast. However, communication that is common at this time has not fulfilled the needs of specific users. For particular users, the safety and fluency of the communication is the fundamental needs. This is about VoIP communication that combined between FreeSWITCH as SIP Server, ZRTP as an encryption method to securing communication, and the use of G.729A as an audio codec. To collect the data, it will use the wireshark application for observing Quality of Service during the communication such as delay, jitter, and packet loss. While cain& able application is used for sniffing the process of communication on the network. Using a process of testing using sniffing method, communication on the network which is not using encryption can be caught and read by both wireshark and cain& able application, while communication on the network which is using encryption can not be read by both application. The result of VoIP communication using ZRTP protocol as an encryption method is can not be read and decoded by wireshark and cain& able and the use of codec G.729A is more suiteable for VoIP communication. Keywords: VoIP, FreeSWITCH, G.729A, ZRTP, Encryption

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlongwith the rapiddevelopment of information technology, especially with regard tocomputersandthe Internet, data security is acomplex issue, one of whic his the manipulation of data. One way to prevent this is to create data security system that can prevent data manipulation activities and ensure that the data is authentic. In this case, data security technology using the QR code is afairly precise effort. Application of the method QR code on asecret message is one of the solutions in the application of data security systems. This application s built using the QR code with the function of AE Sencryption algorithm that will generatea digital image file is a three-dimensional shape ofthe barcode, then th egiven key as the AES decryption key toopen the message in the QRcode. The results of this application is a data security system that displays the message, as data security efforts. With the application of QR codeis expected to help reduce the activity of data manipulation. Keywords : QR code, encryption function, AES, authentic.

Abstract

Selama ini khususnya di Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta, masih manual dalam bertukar data. Dosen masih kesusahan dalam mengirim data sedangkan sebagian besar sudah menggunakan komputer maupun internet, tetapi belum terintegrasi terpadu. Namun permasalahan saat ini adalah, cara berkomunikasi dalam area yang berbeda seperti dalam jarak yang berjauhan. Cara komunikasi dalam jarak yang jauh dapat menggunakan internet dan email untuk mengirim data. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan jaringan private untuk mempermudah akses file terhadap suatu tempat yang berbeda lokasi, sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam bertukar data walau terpisah dalam jarak yang berjauhan. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu untukmemungkinkan kerjasama antar orang-orang yang saling berjauhan melalui jaringan komputer baik dalam bertukar data maupun komunikasi serta dapat mengakses atau mendapatkan informasi dari jarak jauh. Dalam perancangan pengelolaan jaringan IT Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND dengan menggunakan teknologi VPN-PPTP. Dalam perancangan VPN-PPTP ini, menggunakan IP Public statis yang ditempatkan di Laboratorium 6 Jarinet IST Akprind. Jaringan VPN-PPTP menggunakan IP public Labkom 6 Jarinet dengan IP 202.91.10.217. Namun dalam topologinya VPN-PPTP dilewatkan menggunakan gateway jaringan kampus III IST Akprind Yogyakarta agar dapat terhubung ke Internet. Perancangan pengelolaan jaringan IT Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND menggunakan teknologi VPN dapat menjadi sebuah sarana akses jaringan lokal dan penggunaan resources jaringan lokal yang tidak bergantung pada kondisi lokasi akses, serta kecepatan transfer dan waktu tempuh upload atau download pada jaringan VPN masih sangat dipengaruhi oleh ukuran dan jenis file yang dikirimkan.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penunjukan pihak ketiga pelaksana pengerjaan prasarana umum merupakan suatu sistem berbasis komputer untuk melakukan penilaian kelayakan pihak ketiga yang di tunjuk untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pelakasana pengerjaan prasarana umum. Pada proses penunjukan pihak ketiga dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan Binamarga. Dalam proses penunjukan pihak ketiga dibutuhkan sistem yang mampu melakukan penilaian secara tepat dan akurat sehingga diperlukan teknologi yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut .penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputerisasi dapat meningkatkan ketepatan,akurat,efisiensi serta memberikan nilai dan daya guna yang tinggi. Kelebihan sistem antara lain dapat menampilkan laporan kelayakan pihak ketiga berdasarkan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Delpih 7.0 dengan MySQl. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan diharapkan pihak Binamarga akan memperoleh kemudahan dalam memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan berkaitan dengan kegiatan pengerjaan prasarana umum.
