Abstract

ABSTRACT The computer network is a collection of computers that are connected to each other and work automatically . It can affect the stability of the internet connection that is the amount of bandwidth used and how effective the network bandwidth can be utilized . Bandwidth is a measure of the amount of information that can flow from one place to another within a certain time. Delay pools allows the administrator to limit bandwidth usage can be used by the user and also limit the bandwidth that can be used by a particular file type . One type of method of managing bandwidth using squid . Squid is a caching application GPL ( GNU Public License ) and an implementation of a proxy server that can store objects in the cache . Delay Pools is an innate feature of squid that are used to perform bandwidth management. In this system of testing , including testing includes downloads , uploads , content - filtering and blocking adult content social media during work hours . In testing the download and upload can be seen that the system is able to divide bandwidth fairly to all users . To test the content filtering system using two methods, namely filtering with delay pools and the DNS Nawala . Lots establishments have integrated the Internet into daily activities of environmental workplace. This it expected that the company can facilitate activities with ease. PT. Universe rides Bangka (Babylon Pos) is an establishments that stir of newspapers in the field of. On problem above, designed a network capable handling solid connection problems and slow, and used mikrotik for load balancing, load balancing with the solid lines will be balanced. Therefore arising solutions using two ISP and make the mikrotik load balancer. Mechanism that will mark the package mikrotik access internet, select a line which will be passed ISP and ISP equalize load. Based system development methods are used, namely Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), before determine load balancing method, author conducted an analysis of network conditions be applicable in Babel Pos. Selection of PCC load balancing method because it meets criteria because it can increase speed the connection and share the burden on both the gateway to prevent overload. Abstract

ABSTRACTVirtual LAN (VLAN) is a network of networks that are connected together despite different locations to do with the configuration of the equipment switch trunking method, the switch can be connected to the network router to connect a specified VLAN. This research will design a virtual network environment LAN in Dili Institute Of Tecnhology (DIT) Timor Leste provide results that can improve perfroma VLAN network, the distribution network based on the existing department, enabling administrators to manage the network, minimizing costs, and security methods.In the trials conducted on two network design is to test connectivity, data transmission and download / upload, on each VLAN to know the results of the average and will be compared with two network design and good where it will be used. Keywords: VLAN, Trunking Switch, Router

ABSTRACTIndustry spread in Serang very diverse . In general, the industry is located in Serang is a huge industry , while for small industries were not many . But the potential of this industry has not been widely known by the public his special helpers to facilitate the working world . One of the obstacles is lack of information about the location of industry . Therefore, it is necessary Serang regency industry website based Geographic Information System ( GIS ) that would assist and facilitate both the users wherever they are in order to obtain information and local government district of Serang regional promotion side. GIS can be one of the main tools are interactive , because with the GIS will be described also the location where the actual conditions in the industry in the form of a map. Abstract

ABSTRACTGeographic Information Systems (GIS) can facilitate the visitors, tourists, and business people and the general public to obtain information and the geographic location of the facility-star hotels in Yogyakarta are fast, accurate and complete. In addition, the location of the hotel is built GIS makes it easy for users to add locations, so that GIS-based web-site is always updated. Methodology conducted in several steps to build a software, software engineering, systems analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and system maintenance. The software used, XAMPP, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Notepad ++ and Google Maps as a server to display a map on a web page. The results show that the system can display the location of the hotel is in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in accordance with the choice of hotel category, the system can also indicate the route to the destination location, addition of data in the system can be managed by admin.Keywords: GIS, hotel search and Google Map.

Abstract

Data security’s problem is the important thing in organization or personal area. Moreever, if the data in network and connecting through public network, such as internet. The data have to protected by unregistered user, to protect from either data damaged or lossed. The aim of this research is how to secure the data, and security of sending mes-sage from the unregistered user. Criptography using Vigenere Chipher algorithm were adapted Cipher Block Cha-ining (CBC) mode operation is the one of security methods. These application though da-ta encription and decription using Borland Delphi 6.0 and the file extention of result is .enc. Combining Vigenere Cipher and CBC mode operation will produce new methode named Vigenere Cipher+ that repair the disadvanrages of Vigenere Cipher.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is a famous tourist destination city. One of the main destinations of tourists is cultural tourism, such as the palace, sites of cultural heritage, tourist villages and historic relics. One of the historical heritages that should be preserved is the Kampung Prajurit (Warrior Village). There are ten Kampung Prajurit in the Yogyakarta palace, namely Langenastran and Langenarjan, which are inside the castle of the palace, Wirobrajan, Resilience, Bugisan, Patangpuluhan, Suronggaman, Dhaengan, Jagakaryan, Mantrijeron, Prawirotaman, Jageran, Surokarsan and Nyutran who each have their own characteristics and characteristics. each other's uniqueness. Kampung Prajurit are cultural tourism assets that have not been seriously worked on, especially in terms of promotion through information technology and telecommunications. Considering the current use of mobile devices has become so widespread, the use of this media as a means of promoting the Kampung Prajurit is very urgent. Mobile-based applications can be downloaded and used easily through smartphone devices so the use of this facility to introduce Kampung Prajurit as a cultural tourism destination is very much needed. The method that will be used in this study is a qualitative method, including methods of collecting data with literature study and field observations. While the application development is done by prototyping method and application design is carried out based on the Object Oriented Analysis System with UML. While the application development uses the PHP 5.7 programming language and Android Studio 3.2.1.0 using the MySQL Admin. The result of the research is a mobile-based application prototype that will be able to display all information related to history, fashion, bregada and reality videos about activities in the warrior's village. With this application, it is expected that the Kampung Prajurit will be more widely known by the public so that tourist visits to the warrior villages will increase.

Abstract

INTISARIFasilitas umum adalah fasilitias yang diadakan untuk kepentingan umum, seperti jalan, angkutan umum, saluran air, jembatan, fly over, under pass, halte, alat penerangan umum, jaringan listrik, tempat ibadah, banjir kanal, trotoar, jalur busway, tempat pembuangan sampah, dan lain sebagainya. Fasilitas umum diberikan oleh pemerintah untuk menunjang kebutuhan aktivitas masyarakat sehari – hari. Setiap fasilitas umum yang dibangun, memiliki fungsi atau kegunaan yang berbeda – beda. Kenyamanan atau keamanan menjadi suatu hal penting untuk menunjang penggunaan setiap fasilitas umum.Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari observasi dilapangan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan observasi. Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat untuk Melaporkan Kerusakan Fasilitas Umum Berbasis Perangkat Bergerak ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JAVA, API, database MySQL, web server Apache, Google Maps Android API dan IDE Android Studio.Sistem pengaduan masyarakat untuk melaporkan kerusakan fasilitas umum berbasis perangkat bergerak ini dibangun dalam bentuk aplikasi Android. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi 2 aplikasi Android, antara lain aplikasi untuk masyarakat dan aplikasi untuk petugas. Aplikasi Android untuk masyarakat dibangun untuk melakukan pengaduan tentang kerusakan fasilitas umum  dengan mudah dan sederhana. Sedangkan aplikasi Android untuk petugas dibangun untuk membantu pengecekan terhadap laporan masyarakat dengan mudah dan tepat.Kata kunci— Fasilitas  umum, Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat, Perangkat Bergerak.  ABSTRACTThe public facilities are facilities that provided for public purposes, such as road, public transport, waterways, bridge, fly over, under pass, bus stops, public lighting, power line, place of worship, canal flooding, sidewalks, busway lanes, laystall, etc. Public facilities provide by government to support daily activities of the people. Each of the public facilities has different functions or uses. Confortability or security becomes an importan thing to support the use of every public facility.Materials used in this research is the data that obtained from field observation . The methodology used is literature study and observation. Community Complaint System was built using the programming language JAVA, API, MySQL database, Apache web server, Google Maps Android API, and Android Studio IDE.                Community complaint system to report damage of public facilities based on mobile device was built in Android application. The Community Complaint System is divided into 2 Android applications, including application for community dan application for officer. Android application for community was built to complaint the damage of public facilites easily and simple. Whereas the Android application for officer was built to verify report from the people easily and accurate.Kata kunci— Public Facilities, Community Complaint System, Mobile Device
