Abstract

Iklan Youtube merupakan salah satu cara yang dimanfaatkan perusahaan dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran berbasis internet dengan tujuan untuk menjangkau konsumen yang tepat secara real-time. Gojek merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan pengunggahan iklan pada platform Youtube, seperti iklan layanan GoSend. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklan berdasarkan konsep copywriting, AISAS dan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) dari teknik digital marketing copywriting yang diterapkan dalam iklan YouTube melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana penerapan digital marketing copywriting dalam iklan YouTube dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dan penjualan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada kolaborasi antara Gosend dan Ariel Noah dalam kampanye iklan YouTube mereka. Analisis akan didasarkan pada konten iklan, termasuk naskah iklan, visual, dan target audiens. Terdapat lima jenis elemen copywriting yang ada, semua elemen digunakan dalam iklan meliputi headlines, sub-headlines, body copy, slogans dan taglines. Selanjutnya dari delapan jenis copywriting, ditemukan tiga jenis copywriting yang digunakan yaitu story copy, humorous copy dan news page copy. Serta mengungkapkan potensi dan tantangan penggunaan teknik copywriting. Temuan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemasar dan pengiklan yang ingin mengoptimalkan kampanye iklan YouTube mereka dengan menggunakan teknik copywriting.

Abstract

Film sebagai media komunikasi, digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat. Film Dua Hati Biru yang menimbulkan pro dan kontra dalam isu yang diangkat mengenai Gender Role Reversal, terlihat melalui review di Instagram, X, Tiktok, maupun YouTube. Penceritaan dalam film Dua Hati Biru yang menangkap konsep dari Gender Role Reversal digambarkan melalui peran Bima sebagai suami yang mengurus anak dan rumah tangganya, sedangkan Dara sebagai istri yang bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yang berfokus membahas mengenai penerimaan masyarakat terkait konsep Gender Role Reversal melalui analisis resepsi dari Stuart Hall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif paradigma konstruktivisme yang digunakan untuk melihat pengalaman terhadap fakta dari subjek yang diteliti. Data diambil melalui wawancara secara mendalam, dengan subjek penelitian generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, informasi tersebar dalam tiga posisi khalayak yaitu dominant-hegemonic position atau khalayak yang menyetujui konsep dari Gender Role Reversal, negotiated position atau khlayak menerima dengan syarat dan memahaminya sesuai dengan kepercayaan dan keyakinan masing-masing, dan oppositional position atau khalayak menolak dan memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terhadap pesan yang disampaikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat informan posisi dominant-hegemonic position atau menyetujui konsep Gender Role Reversal, karena menganggap perempuan harus memiliki sikap independent, sedangkan informan negotiated position memiliki pandangan yang tidak menerima sepenuhnya paham Gender Role Reversal, dan opposition position yang memiliki pandangan menolak karena laki-laki harus bertanggung jawab terhadap keluarga. Pandangan informan dalam menentukan pilihannya, tentu dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman, perbedaan latar belakang, sosial, dan budaya yang dianut. Film as a communication medium is used to convey messages to the public. The film Dua Hati Biru which raises pros and cons in the issue raised regarding Gender Role Reversal, can be seen through reviews on Instagram, X, Tiktok, and YouTube. The storytelling in the film Dua Hati Biru which captures the concept of Gender Role Reversal is depicted through the role of Bima as a husband who takes care of his children and household, while Dara as a wife who works to meet her needs. This study has an objective that focuses on discussing public acceptance of the concept of Gender Role Reversal through Stuart Hall's reception analysis. This study uses a qualitative method of the constructivism paradigm which is used to see the experience of the facts of the subjects studied. Data was taken through in-depth interviews, with generation Z research subjects. The results of the study show that information is spread in three audience positions, namely the dominant-hegemonic position or the audience who agrees with the concept of Gender Role Reversal, negotiated position or the audience accepts with conditions and understands it according to their respective beliefs and beliefs, and oppositional position or the audience rejects and has different views on the message conveyed. The conclusion of this study shows that there are informants in the dominant-hegemonic position or agree with the concept of Gender Role Reversal, because they think that women must have an independent attitude, while informants in the negotiated position have a view that does not fully accept the concept of Gender Role Reversal, and opposition positions that have a view that rejects it because men must be responsible for the family. The informant's view in determining their choice is certainly influenced by experience, differences in background, social, and culture that are adopted

Abstract

Social behavioral change about privacy is phenomenon that we concern in internet user, especially in Anti Pelakor Indonesia (API) Facebook Group. This research studied about women managing private information in social media by observing how members of API Group interpreting of privacy and managing their privacy. This study focuses on the interactivity of members, the meaning of privacy, how manage privacy and what kind of factors make members choose to reveal their privacy in the group. Using a concept of privacy and theoretical approach to Communication Privacy Management (CPM), which is providing assumptions about the system to find out how humans balance decisions about reveal private information. Netnography method used to see virtual activities that occur in groups. The results of the study show that various factors influence the process of privacy disclosure. This research produces a description of how privacy management is carried out by the group members.

Abstract

Generation X and Generation Y couples have different ways of communicating, influenced by generational differences caused by technological developments. The pattern of communication in couples of Generation X and Generation Y is formed due to the gradual openness. Good communication in relationships will create harmony. This study uses qualitative methods, which aim to understand, analyze, and interpret phenomena in depth through the description of words. The Data in this study were collected by purposive sampling technique, where the data were taken based on the criteria of informants in accordance with the objectives of the study. In Generation X couples, social media is not used as a means in their marriage relationship, in contrast to Generation Y couples who more often face conflicts due to misunderstandings through social media. However, both generations still prioritize face-to-face communication directly in their marriages. Harmony in relationships is created by mutual understanding and mutual commitment between partners. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of understanding the different ways of communication between Generation X and Generation Y to improve relationships and reduce conflicts that may arise from different ways of communicating.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy but continue to face major challenges in digitalization, particularly in optimizing online promotional media. Through the Community Service Program (KKN) In Tanjungsari Village, Sukomanunggal District, Surabaya City, a team of students from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur implemented an empowerment program entitled "Upgrading MSMEs: Understanding SEO and Google Maps to Penetrate the Digital Market." This initiative included outreach, training, and direct assistance in utilizing local Search Engine Optimizatio (SEO) and Google Maps to enhance business visibility. The results of the program showed an increase in digital understanding and skills among MSME actors, marked by a growing number of businesses successfully creating and verifying their Google Maps accounts. This program demonstrates that an educational and participatory approach is effective in driving the digital transformation of local MSMEs and enhancing their competitiveness in the digital market.

Abstract

Sasanti Wiyata Special School (SLB) is one of the special schools in Surabaya that has students with special needs. The results from the focus group discussion revealed the partners' issues, namely the lack of utilization of information and communication technology and the insufficient digital learning experiences for children with special needs. This community service activity aims to enhance the partners' skills in using digital-based learning methods and to improve the abilities of students with special needs in utilizing digital technology for learning. The method of implementing this community service is carried out by providing training, assistance, and evaluation of activities. The training and mentoring were measured using pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-tests and post-tests were processed using descriptive statistics, which showed an improvement in the understanding and skills of the teachers in creating, using, and integrating learning materials on the DXML (Difabel Experience Management Learning) platform. This platform serves as a tool that integrates the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The advantage (value proposition) of the synergy between the implementation of LMS and LXP is the customizable DXML that can be tailored to the characteristics of children with special needs at SLB Sasanti Wiyata, specifically those who are hearing impaired and intellectually disabled. From this activity, an increase in the skills of teachers and students in using the DXML digital platform was achieved, making the teaching and learning process easier. Therefore, this community service needs to be carried out continuously.

Abstract

Purpose: Organic waste from oyster mushroom cultivation bags in Gayungan Village, RW 03, has long been underutilized. The purpose of making compost from oyster mushroom cultivation bag waste is to improve the community's knowledge and skills in sustainable waste management. Method: The training was conducted through socialization, question and answer sessions, and mentoring, involving 25 participants. The approach used was as follows: quantitative data was collected through pre- and post-training evaluations, while qualitative insights were obtained from interviews and field observations. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Practical Applications: This training effectively improves participants' knowledge and skills in processing mushroom baglog waste into organic fertilizer. This raises public awareness, reduces waste accumulation, and encourages environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Some residents have implemented composting techniques independently, demonstrating the potential for small-scale economic development. This program supports sustainable waste management and community empowerment. Conclusion: This program demonstrates that targeted environmental education combined with hands-on practice can foster behavioral change, promote circular economy principles, and enhance community resilience through sustainable agriculture.
