Abstract

Sistem Information Retrieval (IR) maupun chatbot semakin banyak dikembangkan. Salah satu bagian yang banyak diteliti adalah cross language. Masalah pada pengembangan cross language yaitu terjadinya kesalahan pada hasil terjemahan mesin translasi yang memberikan arti tidak sesuai dengan bahasa natural, sehingga pengguna tidak mendapatkan jawaban yang semestinya, bahkan tidak jarang pula pengguna tidak menemukan jawaban. Penelitian ini mengusulkan skema baru mesin translasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan performa dalam masalah ambiguitas. Mesin translasi bekerja dengan cek kebenaran kata kunci, kemudian melakukan Part-of-Speech (POS) Tagging pada kata benda (noun). Kemudian, setiap kata benda yang terdeteksi akan dicari sinonimnya. Lalu, sinonim yang didapatkan akan ditambahkan dan menjadi alternatif kueri baru. Kueri yang mempunyai nilai confident tertinggi diasumsikan sebagai kueri yang paling sesuai. Pada hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan uji coba, melalui penambahan metode yang kami usulkan pada machine translation, dapat meningkatkan akurasi chatbot dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan skema yang diusulkan. Hasil akurasi bertambah 5%, dari yang semula 73% menjadi 77%.  Information retrieval and chatbot systems are increasingly being developed with its language part mostly studied. However, the problem associated with its development is the occurrence of errors in the translation machine resulting in inaccurate answers not in accordance with the natural language, thereby providing users with wrong answers. This study proposes a new translation machine scheme that aims to improve performance while translating ambiguous terms. Translation machines functions by checking the correctness of keywords, and carrying out Part-of-Speech (POS) Tagging on nouns (noun). The synonyms of any detected noun are searched for and obtained added to become alternative new queries. Those with the highest confident value are assumed to be the most appropriate. The results obtained after testing, through the addition of the method proposed in machine translation, can improve the accuracy of the chatbot compared to not using the proposed scheme. The results of the accuracy increased from the original 73% to 77%.

Abstract

Sidoarjo district have an embryo maritime tourism destinations that can be a tourist destination for nautical Sidoarjo district. But, the maritime tourism still has not been exposed or promoted with maximum, so that there are many local communities, global and foreign that have not located a maritime tourism and the beauty of tourism destinations that are owned by sidoarjo. So necessary right to marketing and measurable tourist destination program. The purpose of this study is to find and testing whether integrated marketing communication influences attractiviness the embryo tourism destination, Whether integrated marketing communication impact on brand building tourism destination, and do brand building an influence on thr attractiveness of the embryo tourism destination. This research of quantitative research using a Partial Least Square ( PLS ). Population in this research is all visitors tourism in Sidoarjo district. A sample in the research used design probability sampling by choosing 80 visitors maritime tourism in the sample Technique analysis in research that is descriptive and statistic analysis inferential with the methods Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result explain that integrated marketing communication influences attraction, integrated marketing communication influences brand building , and brand building influences attraction.

Abstract

The world today has a rapidly growing human population whose daily needs are certainly increasing. Supermarket is a place to fulfill daily needs. When going to the supermarket, we have to spend a lot of time both shopping and also queuing at the cashier. This turns out to be a problem for customers because it can take up customers' time which is also experienced by one of the largest supermarkets, namely Hypermart. Not only a problem for customers, but it can also create a threat to Hypermart companies. However, with advances in technology and information systems, the world is growing to adapt to current conditions, namely by improvising. The improvisation carried out in this research is the payment transaction business process at Hypermart, namely by implementing the Self-CheckOut system by replacing the old trolley with a "Hyper Smart Cart" as an improvisation which will certainly answer all existing problems.

Abstract

The Department of Office Automation and Governance (OTKP) is one of the Vocational High School’s majors in Indonesia that focuses on office operations and information processing. One of the popular skill in information processing lately is data processing and visualization. In response of this trend, we propose a Google Data Studio training for Tunas Bangsa Vocational High School’s students from OTKP Majors. Google Data Studio is a free data analysis tool from Google. With this tool, users can not only display data with attractive and easy-to-understand visuals but also can process data from various sources on one worksheet. This service is mostly free, not limited to Google services such as Google Sheets but can be linked to other platforms, such as websites, applications or third party services. By the end of the training all participants have been able to use Google Data Studio for data visualization needed for offices in general.

Abstract

Stock price data or similar time series data can be used to carry out forecasting processes using past data. The method that can be used is like a neural network, one type of neural network that is used is the Recurrent Neural Network. When using the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method, we need to determine the appropriate parameters in order to get the best forecasting results. It takes experience or . In this study, this problem can be solved using optimization algorithms, such as Genetic Algorithms. With genetic algorithms, neural networks can be trained to get the best objective function. So that after implementing the RNN which was optimized using the Genetic Algorithm on stock time series data, when the trial was carried out without optimization the Genetic Algorithm got an RMSE value of 0.108, after being combined using the genetic algorithm it got an RMSE value of 0.106.

Abstract

Manajemen insiden keamanan informasi merupakan tindak pengelolaan data yang perlu dilakukan oleh instansi pemerintahan untuk menjaga keamanan dan konsistensi atas validnya ketersediaan informasi. Berkembangnya teknologi menjadikan instansi pemerintahan juga melakukan pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan berusaha untuk menerapkan e-government yang menjadikan risiko insiden keamanan informasi semakin meningkat. Kejadian kejahatan di bidang keamanan informasi yang terkait dapat berupa penyerangan keamanan, pencurian data pada perangkat lunak yang dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media email, serta serangan hacker atas beberapa website instansi pemerintah dengan domain go.id. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan manajemen insiden keamanan informasi pada berbagai instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi dan informasi. Kerangka kerja atau framework yang digunakan dalam melakukan audit tersebut beragam dengan tingkat standar yang berbeda, seperti COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, dan Indeks KAMI. Standar ISO 27002 dinilai sangat efektif dalam menganalisis insiden keamanan informasi karena merupakan pengembangan dan penyempurnaan dari standar ISO 27001 yang berfokus pada penerapan, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan manajemen keamanan informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem keamanan dan mengurangi risiko terjadinya pencurian data. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis manajemen insiden keamanan informasi menggunakan standar ISO 27002:2013 dengan fokus kontrol Klausul 16 yaitu Manajemen Insiden Keamanan Informasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah penerapan manajemen insiden keamanan informasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Timur berada pada level 4 dengan pemberian rekomendasi yang berfokus pada kontrol dengan nilai kematangan rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menekankan pemanfaatan kontroversi akademik terstruktur sebagai model teknik pembelajaran kooperatif bagi mahasiswa universitas. Meskipun pentingnya berpikir kritis dan pembelajaran kooperatif dalam pendidikan tinggi semakin meningkat, kurangnya teknik yang efektif menghambat perkembangan keterampilan penting ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan efektivitas kontroversi akademik terstruktur dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan mempromosikan pembelajaran kolaboratif di kalangan mahasiswa universitas yang mempelajari bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing (EFL). Melalui tinjauan komprehensif terhadap literatur yang ada dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyoroti implementasi sukses kontroversi akademik terstruktur dalam beragam pengaturan kelas EFL, menampilkan adaptabilitas dan efektivitasnya dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran kooperatif dan keterampilan berpikir kritis di antara mahasiswa.Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menganalisis secara kritis isu-isu kompleks, mengembangkan pandangan yang nuansat, dan berinteraksi secara konstruktif dengan sudut pandang yang berlawanan, mengindikasikan potensi kontroversi akademik terstruktur dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kokoh. Sebagai kesimpulan, integrasi sistematis kontroversi akademik terstruktur dalam lingkungan pembelajaran EFL dapat secara signifikan berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan mempromosikan suasana pendidikan yang kolaboratif dan intelektual yang merangsang.

Abstract

The increase development of information technology has had many impact on various aspects including sports. Management of digitalized sports clubs can make the system more accessible and well documented. The swimming club information system with new registration class classifications is made based on the club requirement. The class determination system was created to facilitate class classification for new members so as not to harm the monthly dues and training portion. The decision tree algorithm is used in making class classification models. Variables for making classifications were obtained based on the number of achievements, 50m freestyle time, mastered style and training distance with three classes namely beginner, semi-achievement and achievement. The classification with C4.5 algorithm, produces an accuracy of 100%. This mean that the C4.5 algorithm can classify new registration classes well.

Abstract

Diabetes is a serious disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin as a hormone that regulates blood sugar in the body. This disease also has an impact on health. This research builds an Android-based application called Diabetic to help classify and provide information related to diabetes and analyze the performance of the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency method and the Naive Bayes algorithm. The Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency method is a technique for calculating the presence of words in a collection of documents by creating document vectors. The Naive Bayes algorithm is an algorithm that uses probability to solve a classification case. This algorithm has an efficient and fast calculation. Based on this research, it is known that the Naive Bayes Algorithm produces an accuracy of 66% by taking a computation time of 39 seconds with a memory consumption of 80 to 351 mb.
