Abstract

ABSTRACT In this case of growth and development, the prevalence of significant growth retardation in the pediatric population is not yet clear. Through statistical calculations, 2-3% of infants are outside the range of normal motor milestones. Of this number, a small proportion (15-20%) are known to have a diagnosis of significant growth and development disorders in the form of cerebral palsy or defects at birth. A child's growth and development disorder, commonly known as Delay Development, is a disorder that attacks the child's growth and development process, in this case, a child's growth and development disorders such as cognitive, gross motoric, fine and emotional. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of a combination of bobath exercise and neurosensomotor on sitting postural control on developmental delay. Abstract

ABSTRACTWe often find hyperactive children in children with autism. This study aims to determine the challenges and difficulties of parents in reducing hyperactivity with diet and play exercise. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the interview method to obtain data. The total patient population, 20 samples were taken. The sample selection process was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the data obtained in this study, it can be concluded that parents play a major role in the success of diet and play exercise programs to reduce children's hyperactivity. Parents are fully involved and actively participate in choosing the right food for their children and choosing the play exercise method while still coordinating with a team of doctors, nutritionists and physiotherapists. Parents also play a full role in providing understanding of children, families and the environment around childrenABSTRACTAnak hiperaktif ini sering kita dapati pada anak dengan gangguan austisme.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dan kesulitan orangtua dalam menurunkan hiperaktif dengan diat dan play exercise. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara untuk memperoleh data. Jumlah Populasi pasien  tersebut, diambil sejumlah 20 Sampel . Proses pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling . Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa orangtua menjadi peran utama dalam keberhasilan program diet dan play exercise untuk menurunkan hiperaktif anak. Orangtua terlibat penuh dan aktif keikutsertaannya dalam memilih makanan yang tepat untuk anak dan memilih metode play exercise dengan tetap berkoordinasi dengan tim dokter,ahli gizi dan fisioterapi. Orangtua juga berperan penuh dalam memberikan pemahaman terhadap anak,keluarga dan lingkungan disekitar anak
