Abstract

Limited state responsibility on liability for acts that violate international law, for example refusing the entry of foreign citizen into his territory does not lead to state accountability is an important issue, state responsibility in defined as the bases for carrying out its obligations the meaning of the elements is difficult. Proven because the act of omitting the state apparatus gives rise to a dilemma, in international law practice since the and of the second worid war. Show clearly that individually accountable for the actions carried out when acting as officials in certain positions, ending the community so that each individual is responsible for the international actions he does.

Abstract

Generation Z interaction with digital devices and the internet is very high. The latest data from March 2023 published by Populix Co-Founder and CEO Dr. Toimothy Astandu states that Indonesians spend an average of 8-10 hours per day using mobile phones. This data is higher than the 2022 data published in the State of Mobile report which recorded a figure of 5.7 hours per day in the use of mobile phones. This will result in a lack of sensitivity, attention deficit disorder, and difficulty building interpersonal relationships. In addition, their understanding of legal norms and values, which can help them to form good character and akhlakul karimah is relatively low. To respond to these problems, Malikussaleh University Faculty of Law lecturers have conducted legal counselling on the Relevance of Qanun Aceh to Generation Z Character Building at SMK 4 Lhokseumawe. This activity is a form of Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi where each lecturer carries out community service to help provide solutions that occur in society.

Abstract

National Economic Development based on Article 33 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, states that the national economy is structured as a joint effort based on the principle of kinship to achieve prosperity and prosperity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Realizing the important role of MSMEs, efforts are made to empower MSMEs in the context of accelerating regional and central economic development as well as increasing the competitiveness of MSME products. Social welfare, as a desired condition, cannot be realized if it is not developed through social welfare efforts, whether by the government, non-governmental organizations, or the business world. This community service is carried out using socialization methods, lectures, discussions, questions and answers as well as legal education regarding the Socialization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for the Community of Ceumeucet Village, Kuta Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. The results of this counseling are that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can improve their MSME businesses in Gampong Ceumeucet, Kuta Makmur District, North Aceh Regency, they can develop their business products to a much greater extent by utilizing various existing technologies and building a technologically sound MSME product identity so that they can growing rapidly among the wider community.
