Abstract

Elementary school education has an important role in the formation of individual ethics and character. In Wanajaya Village at SDN 1 Cipatat and SDN 2 Cipatat, the author identified problems regarding the process of developing students' ethics and character. This is caused by the lack of access for educators to educational materials. Students also have the freedom to access the internet via smartphone without parental supervision, thus making the situation worse. This is a concern for the author which requires intervention through educational programs. This program aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of moral and ethical values ​​through interactive lecture methods, providing real examples and reflection. Collaboration between teachers, parents and the surrounding community is a crucial factor in creating a conducive learning environment. By implementing this education, ethics and character program, students are expected to not only excel academically, but also have good morals and ethics, in accordance with the national education vision which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. It is hoped that this program can become a model for other villages with similar challenges, and ongoing evaluation will ensure its effectiveness in the long term

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality, price, and service quality on IndiHome customer satisfaction in the Datel Cibadak area. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 68 IndiHome user respondents in the Cibadak area. This study was conducted to what extent product quality, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The study's results showed that product quality had an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that product quality is not the primary factor influencing IndiHome customer satisfaction in this area. Price was also found to have an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that price changes do not directly affect their level of satisfaction. Conversely, service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, which means that the service aspect is a key factor in shaping IndiHome customer satisfaction in Cibadak. This study also found that when product quality, price, and service quality are explained simultaneously, all three affect customer satisfaction. This finding has important meaning for Telkomsel company and policymakers in designing more effective strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, especially in the Cibadak area.

Abstract

Trans Metro Pasundan merupakan moda transportasi umum di kota Bandun yang akan dioptimalkan dalam menjadi transportasi umum terpadu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengalisis faktor internal dan eksternal Trans Metro Pasundan berupa SWOT Analysis dan dirumuskan strategi yang paling tepat. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan Mix Methods dimana proses analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada narasumber dengan pendekatan triplehelix, kemudian dikuantifikasi dan menjadi kuesioner yang diolah dengan pendekatan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary). Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Trans Metro Pasundan ada pada Kuadran 1 (satu) dengan pendekatan strategi progresif yang mengoptimalkan kekuatan untuk menangkap peluang. Kuadran ini menekankan kerjasama dengan angkutan kota dalam mewujudkan transportasi terpadu seperti Jaklinko di Kota Jakarta dengan pilihan sistem pembayaran yang mudah dan variatif.
