Abstract

The number of phenomena of low learning motivation among students, this study aims to see the effect of lecturer competence on learning motivation in students of the Management Study Program at the University of Nusa Putra. This research also aims to broaden the knowledge of researchers and train scientific thinking. In this study, the population used was 101 people. While the research sample used purposive sampling. Based on certain criteria, a sample of 85 people was obtained. Data analysis used normality test, product moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. This study succeeded in revealing that the competence of lecturers on the learning motivation of management students at the University of Nusa Putra had an effect but not significantly as much as 11,3%.

Abstract

Introduction: Training is often seen as an activity that is commonly carried out on employee performance. To create quality employee performance with training can help the success of a company. The company's goals are expected to be achieved with high employee performance. In the era of Industry Revolution 4.0, it is very important if Human Resources are further improved. Through this training management, the company can improve employee performance and the quality of human resources owned by the company so that they can compete in the industry 4.0 Revolution Era. Because of this, based on the research background above, training management plays an important role in improving the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 So that with the existence of training management in the Industrial Revolution Era, human resources will be of higher quality and can develop better in every company by keeping up with the increasing times. Methods: In writing this journal using a literature review, which contains the results of the researchers' thoughts on the theories in articles, journals, books, etc. which are following the research topic. Literature reviews use qualitative methods which only emphasize definitions, concepts, and focus more on case studies or theoretical adjustments to problems that occur in a given scope. The literature review was used as a reference in this study, namely international journals and national journals. Results: Based on the results obtained from several literature reviews, this training management played an important role in the development of Human Resources in the Industry 4.0 Revolution Era. because the era of the industry 4.0 revolution, was characterized by the need for digital skilled human resources to support the application of industry 4.0. Therefore, training management plays an important role in the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 as the main asset to create quality Human Resources so they can compete. Discussion: Management training in the development of Human Resources in the Industrial Revolution Era is a problem that must be studied and continuously improved so that Human Resources are skilled at technology and can compete and have quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the Role of Organizational Culture in Improving Employee Performance in the Age of Globalization. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, namely research based on data that is then collected in the form of words and not in the form of numbers. Data collection is carried out in this study using secondary data techniques, which are generally secondary data in the form of documentation data or existing report data. From this study, the authors took from books and journals as secondary data. The research results indicate that it turns out that in improving employee performance one of the influences is the role of organizational culture. Having a culture in an organization will make its employees have the same perspective in carrying out their work activities because the organizational culture that exists in a company is a reflection of its employees. The existence of employees in an organization aims to change and develop the organization into an organization that can compete competitively in the era of globalization and can also make the organization superior. Amid globalization which is rapidly undergoing many unexpected and unpredictable changes, a leader must place himself following the demands of a global organization and have a strong leadership attitude. That way, foreign cultures that enter this era of globalization can be well accepted and instilled. by instilling global organizational values in the existing organizational culture and building good communication with employees to make these values a shared value. When leaders can make cultural values that are included in this era of globalization as shared values, employees will be familiar with cultural changes. So that their performance will not be disturbed, and even tend to increase.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan signifikan di Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh asupan gizi yang kurang dan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi anak (Sugianto, 2021). Kondisi ini berdampak pada perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak, mengakibatkan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dari standar usianya (Utami et al., 2023). Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah stunting, karena berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan dan edukasi gizi kepada masyarakat (Mubarak et al., 2017). Kader posyandu, yang merupakan petugas terlatih, memiliki peran vital dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini, terutama dalam memantau status gizi balita dan memberikan penyuluhan gizi (Saeni & Irwan, 2022). Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Wangunsari, Kecamatan Cisolok, difokuskan pada pencegahan stunting melalui berbagai langkah seperti observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan kader posyandu. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pemeriksaan kesehatan balita dan ibu hamil, serta pembagian sayur dan buah. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada kader posyandu meliputi tiga tahap: pemaparan materi, praktek langsung, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman ibu hamil dan ibu balita tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting dan peningkatan kunjungan ke posyandu, yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan program ini. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah stunting sejak dini, sehingga dapat mengurangi angka stunting di Indonesia.

Abstract

Gempa dan Likuifaksi di Cianjur Tahun 2022 menyebabkan mayoritas bidang tanah tidak bisa di identifikasi batas-batas bidang tanahnya secara kadastral. Jumlah gempa yang tinggi disebabkan karena Indonesia berada di Cincin Api Pasifik (Pacific Ring of Fire), sehingga tidak luput dari ancaman gempa. Cianjur diguncang gempa sebesar 5,6 SR dengan kedalaman 10 km pada saat pertama kali gempa, terhitung telah terjadi 406 kali gempa susulan. Gempa tersebut menyebabkan berbagai kerusakan dan korban jiwa, dan kondisi paling parah melanda Kecamatan Cugenang. Gempa tersebut berakibat pada kerusakan bangunan yang menyebabkan beberapa kampung harus relokasi. Salah satu diantaranya di Desa Nagrak ini ada satu wilayah yang harus dilakukan relokasi tempat tinggal yang mencakup satu RT, yaitu yang terletak di Dusun 4 tepatnya di RW 16 RT 02. Tidak hanya tempat tinggal saja, melainkan Kawasan pertanian juga ikut di relokasi. Jadi beberapa permasalahan mungkin saja terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang lama, karena relokasi tersebut belum diketahui apakah sepadan dengan luas tanah yang sebelumnya. Dengan ini tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai memahami pentingnya kepemilikan surat tanah dan bangunan ini sangat relevan dilakukan terkait permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Nagrak. Hasil yang diperoleh pencapaian dari sosialisasi yaitu mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai kepemilikan surat tanah dan bangunan pasca gempa Cianjur terutama bagi masyarakat yang dilakukan relokasi tempat tinggal ke tempat yang lebih aman. Abstract

Trans Metro Pasundan merupakan moda transportasi umum di kota Bandun yang akan dioptimalkan dalam menjadi transportasi umum terpadu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengalisis faktor internal dan eksternal Trans Metro Pasundan berupa SWOT Analysis dan dirumuskan strategi yang paling tepat. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan Mix Methods dimana proses analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada narasumber dengan pendekatan triplehelix, kemudian dikuantifikasi dan menjadi kuesioner yang diolah dengan pendekatan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary). Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Trans Metro Pasundan ada pada Kuadran 1 (satu) dengan pendekatan strategi progresif yang mengoptimalkan kekuatan untuk menangkap peluang. Kuadran ini menekankan kerjasama dengan angkutan kota dalam mewujudkan transportasi terpadu seperti Jaklinko di Kota Jakarta dengan pilihan sistem pembayaran yang mudah dan variatif.

Abstract

Industri kelapa sawit Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam sektor ekonomi dan sosial dengan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan nasional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peramalan produksi kelapa sawit di PTPN Kebun Sukamaju, Jawa Barat, menggunakan model ARIMA untuk mendukung manajemen operasional. Data sekunder produksi bulanan dari 2016 hingga 2023 dianalisis dengan pendekatan mixed methods, menggunakan perangkat lunak R-Studio. Model ARIMA(1,1,3)(1,0,1)[12] dipilih sebagai model terbaik setelah melalui identifikasi, estimasi parameter, dan pemeriksaan diagnostik. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan penurunan produksi dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 12,49%.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality, price, and service quality on IndiHome customer satisfaction in the Datel Cibadak area. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 68 IndiHome user respondents in the Cibadak area. This study was conducted to what extent product quality, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The study's results showed that product quality had an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that product quality is not the primary factor influencing IndiHome customer satisfaction in this area. Price was also found to have an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that price changes do not directly affect their level of satisfaction. Conversely, service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, which means that the service aspect is a key factor in shaping IndiHome customer satisfaction in Cibadak. This study also found that when product quality, price, and service quality are explained simultaneously, all three affect customer satisfaction. This finding has important meaning for Telkomsel company and policymakers in designing more effective strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, especially in the Cibadak area.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the application of Talent Management at the Sukabumi Regency District Attorney's Office and evaluate employee performance through talent management. By understanding how talent-based human resources develop within the Sukabumi District Prosecutor's Office, this research is expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of the talent management strategies implemented. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods to collect and analyze data, thereby enabling a deep understanding of the dynamics of talent management in this institutional context. The population in this study were employees of the District Attorney's Office. Sukabumi uses data processing using the nine box matrix method to assess and group employees based on their current performance and their potential in the future. The research results show that 91% of employees are able to fulfill most job expectations but have not demonstrated the ability to take on greate responsibility or are in the medium performance and potential category.

Abstract

Green Logistics (GL) presents a strategic framework for enhancing operational efficiency and environmental sustainability two key imperatives in modern supply chains. However, its implementation among MSMEs, particularly in agriculture and in developing countries, remains both understudied and underutilized. This study explores the extent to which GL practices influence Operational Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability within agricultural MSMEs in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. Adopting a mixed methods approach, quantitative data were collected from 76 MSME actors and analyzed using SEM PLS, while qualitative insights were gathered through open ended survey questions. Results show that GL significantly impacts Operational Efficiency (β = 0.593) and Environmental Sustainability (β = 0.485), with Efficiency acting as a partial mediator (β = 0.406). The R² values of 0.633 and 0.352 suggest strong predictive validity for the structural model. The qualitative data reinforce these findings by highlighting real world constraints limited access to eco-friendly tools, a lack of technical knowledge, and insufficient training. While geographically localized, the study provides transferable insights into the broader barriers and potential of GL adoption among MSMEs in emerging economies. It also affirms the relevance of the NRBV and GSCM frameworks when adapted to rural and resource constrained contexts.
