Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Pola makan dan Konsumsi Zat Besi dengan Kejadian Anemia mahasiswa Program studi diploma 3 Kebidanan STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta.Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program studi (Prodi) D3 Kebidanan STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta dengan memberikan kuesioner tentang pola makan, pemeriksaan kadar Hemoglobin dan mengetahui apakah mahasiswa Program Studi Diploma 3 STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi atau tidak. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisisChi Square Crosstabs, karena untuk menentukan hubungan antar variable yang akan diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, didapatkan nilai signifikasi dari Pola Makan, Konsumsi Tablet Fe dan Kejadian Anemia sebesar 0,0351 (<0,005), yang artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan Pola Makan dan Konsumsi Tablet Fe dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Mahasiswa Prodi D3 Kebidanan STIKes Kusuma Husada Surakarta

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Ketidaknyamanan sering terjadi pada ibu hamil TM III yaitu salah satunya adalah nyeri pada punggung. Sekitar 80% wanita mengalami nyeri pada punggungnya di beberapa titik selama kehamilan. Hal ini terjadi 70% akibat perubahan otot tulang punggung, sedangkan 30% nya mungkin bisa disebabkan karena masalah pada kondisi tulang belakang sebelumnya. Pemijatan juga bertujuan untuk mengembalikan aliran vena dan getah bening, menstimulasi reseptor sensorik pada kulit dan sub kulit untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Samudra Mom Kids SPA Kabupaten Sragen pada bulan Februari 2021 terdapat 10 ibu hamil yang dilakukan wawacancara menyatakan 8 (80%) ibu hamil mengeluh nyeri punggung pada saat Trimester III. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pregnancy Massage Punggung Terhadap Nyeri Punggung Ibu Hamil. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan non randomized pretest and posttest with control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan, pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non ramdom sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian pregnancy massage pada punggung terhadap nyeri punggung ibu hamil Trimester III di Samudra Mom Kids SPA Kabupaten Sragen yang dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas (p) 0,043 < 0,05.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is an individual response to a disruptive state of the endocrine system that can cause pain during menstruation. The cause of the pain is the imbalance of progesterone hormones in the blood. The more severe the pain can disrupt the psychological condition of the individual, where pain stimulates the brain, leading to changes in life, social relationships, feelings of anger, fear, and depression. This study aims to determine the effect of giving warm compresses on the level of menstrual pain in adolescent girls. The research is a Pre-Experimental Design conducted from August 2023 to March 2024. The research population is 222 teenage girls from Islamic Boarding School Hidayatus Sholikin Pembuang Hulu Central Kalimantan, and the sample obtained from a calculation of 68 teenage girls. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with the Standard Operating Procedure for the independent variable on the application of warm compresses and the dependent variable with the observation of menstrual pain in teenage girls. Data is analyzed using the Wilcoxon Rank Test on SPSS. The results of the research show that the characteristics of the respondents, with the majority of 43 respondents (63.3%) being 12 years old, 44 respondents (64.7%) having regular menstrual cycles, 31 respondents (45.6%) having a menstrual cycle of 28 days, 36 respondents (52.9%) experiencing menstrual pain (Dysmenorrhea) on the first day, 38 respondents (55.9%) having a high level of menstrual pain in teenage girls before being given warm compresses, and most of 35 respondents (51.5%) having a low level of menstrual pain in teenage girls after being given warm compresses. There is an impact of applying warm compresses on the level of menstrual pain in teenage girls (p value=0.000). The conclusion of this research is that there is an impact of applying warm compresses on the level of menstrual pain in teenage girls.
