Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) peningkatan hasil belajar materi Perilaku Amanah pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dan (2) aktivitas belajar materi perilaku terpuji amanah mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran problem-based learning pada siswa setingkat sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) digunakan untuk memenuhi maksud dari penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV MIN 16 Aceh Besar tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui Paper-Pencil Test materi Amanah dan Lembar Observasi Aktivitas Belajar Siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik sederhana berupa formula untuk mendapatkan indek persentase dan rata-rata. Data penelitian melaporkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem-based learning materi perilaku terpuji Amanah pada siswa kelas IV MIN 16 Aceh Besar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Di samping itu, suasana kelas selama pembelajaran berlangsung dengan melibatkan problem-based learning terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa yang terekam pada setiap siklusnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem-based learning pada materi perilaku terpuji amanah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas sekolah dasar.

Abstract

 Along with the implementation of bureaucratic reform, in order to improve the performance of civil servants in the environment of the Ministry of Law and Human Right, it is necessary to provide performace allowances outside of the monthly salary. The allowence amount is not fixed which should be based on the employees'grade and performances.Therefore, the calculation of the allowence is very essential and should be done accurately.The performance allowance indicates the effectiveness of employees working performances including their punctuality to the office.Regarding to this matter,there should be abreak through in creating applications thatwill be able to assist the employees workload in the environment of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Jambi. It is hoped that the application could help in managing data and reporting the calculation of performance allowances effectively.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has a great influence on office work, it can be carried out easily and quickly. Office activities are in handling mail, office communication, mail delivery, archive management, and inventory of goods in the office. By using information technology in data processing, it will produce data speed, renewal of facilities to increase speed of information and spread access to parts of the organization. The process of inventorying goods at the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City has used a computer but the processing process is not optimal. So that data errors often occur, data loss, data manipulation, inaccurate data and even difficult to find previous data archives. So the process of monitoring the inventory of these goods is not going well. To overcome this problem the use of computers is very necessary in order to achieve optimal service, so it is hoped that the inventory process of goods can run quickly and smoothly and reduce errors or data manipulation that can occur in data collection of inventory items. The same research and it is hoped that this research can overcome the problems that exist in the Beringin Village Office, Jambi City. Furthermore, the author tries to make a material or equipment information system design for employees so that there are no shortages or disappointments in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batanghari is one important part of the economy in Batanghari. Changing times, a lot of people can make their own efforts. Along with the many businesses in the distric of Batanghari so many businesses doing promotions for their business continuity. In line with this web-based information system that can hold information about the micro, small, and medium enterprises based web can be a mass promotion for SMEs in Batanghari.

Abstract

Technology is currently needed in all fields, especially in the education sector. Technology in education can be used for all kinds of activities, one of them is teaching and learning. On this situation, technology can be used to build interactive learning media, which must also be paired with an attractive user interface. Therefore, it can give a new impression to students and increase their enthusiasm for learning. In building learning media with an attractive user interface, supporting software can be used, such as Adobe Flash and Canva since this learning media requires attractive images, colors and animations to eliminate students' feelings of boredom. The school as the destination for this thesis research is SMP Negeri Satu Atap 2 Tungkal Ulu which still used a learning method that could be said to be monotonous, sometimes they still used a system where students only listened and took notes without any other activities. This situation made students tend to be easy getting bored. One interesting subject for learning is English, with material taken is narrative text and storytelling. This learning media contains a menu of instructions, materials, discussion videos, quizzes and evaluations, assisted by a good user interface. The development of this learning media turned out to be able to help raising students' enthusiasm, as evidenced by the questionnaire that was carried out which gave a result of 72.3% and was included in the satisfactory category.

Abstract

PT. Anugrah Berkah Grup is a car rental service company located in Jambi City. Since its establishment in 2022, the company has encountered administrative challenges, such as managing customer records, rental transactions, and financial reports, which are still conducted manually and lack integration with digital systems. This has led to inefficiencies and ineffectiveness in data management and business processes, potentially hindering the company’s growth. This research aims to design and develop a web-based car rental information system to help PT. Anugrah Berkah Grup manage customer data, transactions, and financial reports in a more structured and effective manner. The research utilizes the Waterfall methodology, covering stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. The result of this research is a web-based car rental information system that facilitates data management, improves efficiency, and enhances customer service. With this system, PT. Anugrah Berkah Grup is expected to optimize its operations and support its business growth in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan kunjungan ke Agrowisata Elite Park serta untuk menentukan nilai ekonomi dari Agrowisata Elite Park yang diukur melalui surplus konsumen menggunakan metode Travel Cost Method (TCM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis berupa Microsoft Office Excel dan perangkat lunak RStudio. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data meliputi identifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan wisata, uji kelayakan regresi Poisson, dan analisis nilai ekonomi agrowisata. Variabel independen yang digunakan terdiri atas biaya perjalanan (X₁), tingkat pendapatan (X₂), waktu tempuh (X₃), usia (X₄), dan fasilitas (X₅), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah frekuensi kunjungan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan (X₂) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap frekuensi kunjungan, sementara variabel biaya perjalanan, waktu tempuh, usia, dan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai surplus konsumen per kunjungan sebesar Rp208.594 dan nilai ekonomi total Agrowisata Elite Park mencapai Rp3.656.028.000 per tahun.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sensitivitas harga dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minyak goreng kemasan merek Filma, Sunco, dan Tropical. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 96 responden dengan kriteria ibu rumah tangga sebagai responden penelitian. Metode Huisman digunakan untuk menganalisis sensitivitas harga dan metode piramida loyalitas untuk menganalisis tingkat loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen minyak goreng kemasan merek Filma lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan harga daripada minyak goreng kemasan merek Sunco dan Topical; konsumen minyak goreng kemasan merek Filma memiliki tingkat loyalitas yang lebih rendah, sedangkan loyalitas pada minyak goreng kemasan merek Sunco dan Tropical sudah baik
