Abstract

The development of information and communication technology, especially the internet and social media, has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the business world. The internet has become a vital platform for running an online business, providing easy access to information and expanding market reach without geographic limitations. One social media platform that is increasingly popular in supporting online businesses is Shopee. This research aims to examine how using Shopee can increase income for online business people in Amposari Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The method for carrying out this research includes preparation stages, training implementation, and evaluation. Training activities were carried out by lecturers and students of the Muhammadiyah Semarang Institute of Statistics and Business Technology for one month in March 2024. The training participants were Dasa Wisma women who were involved in various sectors such as agriculture, animal husbandry, and waste management. The training uses lectures, discussion, and question-and-answer methods to explore participants' ideas or opinions about online business development and increasing digital literacy. The research results showed that the participants were very cooperative and enthusiastic in all training activities. There are no significant obstacles that hinder the implementation of activities. The training material on Shopee social media was well received by participants, with 80% of participants understanding the content of the material presented. This training improved participants' abilities in optimizing business through social media, especially Shopee, and fostered an entrepreneurial spirit to improve people's lives. The conclusion of this research shows that Shopee has a significant influence on increasing online business revenue and offers great potential for new and established businesses. However, further research is needed to explore the most effective strategies for utilizing Shopee features to maximize revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bhina Raharja Papahan Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 50 karyawan koperasi tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,611, yang berarti bahwa 61,1% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel tersebut. Sementara itu, 38,9% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, budaya organisasi yang kuat, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa manajemen koperasi harus memperhatikan ketiga faktor tersebut dalam upaya untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja sumber daya manusia mereka.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dunia semakin hari semakin berkembang. Segala kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak dimanfaatkan adalah mesin fotokopi. Sebelum ada fotokopi, pekerjaan yang banyak dilakukan untuk menggandakan suatu dokumen atau catatan hanya dapat dikerjakan secara manual. Adanya fotokopi membuat pekerjaan untuk menggandakan dokumen dapat dikerjakan dengan cepat dan mudah tanpa harus menyalin satu per satu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas jasa fotokopi Syivana di Kota Semarang. Data primer yang diperoleh dengan mengisi kuesioner yang diperoleh dengan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi logistik biner. Hasil analisis deskriptif diketahui mayoritas pelanggan fotokopi Syivana berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 52 orang (52%) dengan usia antara 20-24 tahun sebanyak 61 orang (61%) dan dari segi jarak didominasi oleh pelanggan yang memiliki jarak 100 meter ( dekat dengan kampus, rumah dan kantor). Uji Chi-Square dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor kualitas produk, faktor pelayanan dan faktor fasilitas mempunyai hubungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Uji Regresi Logistik Biner menunjukkan faktor yang berpengaruh dengan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu faktor pelayanan dan faktor fasilitas. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, pemilik harus perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia.
